I was told to create a password for my itunes backup, which i did. Now its telling me my passwords is incorrect. I dont know what to do because i am locked out of my phone and don't remember its password.

I forgot the password to unlock my phone. I read online to go to itunes and create an encrypted password for my backup and then sync my phone and then restore it. But now, when i try to enter my passcode into itunes to backup, it tells me it is incorrect. I don't know what to do.. I am locked out of my phone and my itunes backup. please help me

The backup encryption passcode has nothing to do with locking a user out of their backup.
If the encryption passcode has been forgotten, nothing can be done. There is no reset for the encryption passcode.
Delete the backup and create a new one.

But up until recently, i was using my phone and all of a sudden the screen went blue and shut off. I was able to get it to the home screen an i though it was a 1 time thing. Outside of the contact number for that you've already used I don't know another way of direct contact. Here are some things that they may or may not of had you try that might help you. If you will go to the settings app and pick general on the right-hand side you will see accessibility. Within that you can adjust a text size make the text bowl you can also increase the contrast. You can also adjust the brightness and control panel.
As for Siri again in the settings app under general you should see Siri on the right-hand side with the switch to turn it on. If that is turned on and you're still having issues

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

You cannot retrieve it, you must restore via recovery mode following the instructions in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212 and it may take more than one time through to succeed.

I'm glad to hear that they replaced your phone. Any experience I have had with Apple customer service and/or Genius bar has been extremely positive. While I have had positive outcomes from trouble with other phones in the past, they are not as quick and friendly. I had a Motorola phone and a Samsung phone go bad several years ago and warranty work through AT&T required that I wait for a replacement unit and then mail back the original unit to keep from being charged for the device. This usually meant almost a week without a phone. Nice to walk into Apple and walk out with a replacement device. Enjoy your phone.

You should be able to remove the passcode by restoring the device. Do the following:
1. Connect the device to the computer to which you normally sync;
2. Open iTunes (Note: If iTunes prompts you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes" in http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212 )
3. Right-click the device in the left column of iTunes and select Back up (read this article on how to restore http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766 )
4. When the backup is complete, select Restore
5. When finished, restore from your most recent backup

After setting up an mp3 player using my itunes library, all my songs are now in the library twice, I dont know what to do, other than delete them one at a time, and what did I do that would of caused this to happen.

When I tried to download latest version of Itunes, It got about 3 quarters done then it said "an error" occured. I dont know what else to do, my warranty ran out to talk to apple support.

Once you reset all content and settings, you are placed into the Setup Assistant. You enter your WiFi network information, your Apple ID, and are then asked if you would like to restore from a backup.
There is no "sync" as such in this process.
Are you sure you did Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings?
