I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

Trying to install iTunes for Windows Vista. Says "successfully installed," but when I try to open iTunes, I get error messages, "unable to locate componant AVFoundationCF.dll not found," then "Error 7 Windows error 126." I have tryed to reinstall twice with the same result.

Hi, I was working at home with my iPad, everything was going well. It went out battery and after this I am unable to connect to the wifi at home. Before getting out battery no problem, and now it sees the router signal but it is unable to connect to it.
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

My MacBook Pro will not start. When I started it goes to a gray screen with the Apple logo and has the spinning dial. When I started in safe mode it will not start. In safe mode it as an error message that says MacBook Launch_msg(): Socket is not connected
If running 10.7 or later hold down Command-R at Startup.
This should invoke recovery Mode.
Choose Disk Utility.
Select your Hard drive. Inspect the SMART Status in the lower right of the window for "Verified".
Select the Mac OS X Volume (originally Macintosh HD) click (Repair Disk)
If errors, run again until it comes clean or gets stuck.
Report any error messages. -
What version of iDVD is compatible with OS X 10.5.8? I get an error message that iDVD 5.0.1 is not compatible with OS X 10.5.8.
It won't mess up anything. The preference file contains the preferences you set in iDVD such as this:
Follow this to delete the iDVD preference file:

Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.

I have purchased an Ambient Content movie. It successfully downloaded to my Itunes library. It did a sync with my Apple TV. whn I try to play the movie, I get a message that states, Your Apple TV is not aurthorized to play this content. When I use airplay to watch hbo go through Apple TV it starts running. However for no apparent reason it will suddenly stop and the error message that I need hdcp something comes on and then I cannot continue watching it. It is so random happening after 40 min of viewing or 15 min or sometimes not letting it start at all. Support topics are no help. Any ideas?

When trying to install io5 on my iphone4 I get an error message during the updtae that there is a problem with backup and if I continue with the update, all the data will be deleted from my phone. I thought I was ust deleting one album from iTunes but I must have accidently hit the shift button or something becasue it deleted over 300 songs and now I can't get them out of the trash and back into iTunes, any suggestions? Be warned I am "technoligically ********!"
Are the songs still found in the finder -> Music -> iTunes -> iTunes Media -> Music?
If so, you might be able to import them again from there, else you can try to move the songs from your trash to an other folder. -
I'm getting very confused with setting up multiple user accounts on my Mac Pro for my wife and I. We each have a separate iTunes account, and we want to keep our music libraries seaprate. I've set up two user accounts on the Mac Pro and I have my iTunes authorised and logged into my user account on my user account. Under my wifes user account (i.e. a separate log in on the computer) I'm trying to set up her iTunes account, but I can't download or play anything from the cloud - it just says "This computer is already associated with another iTunes Account" and tells me that if I 'transfer' then I won't be able to use the other one for 90 days! This is really annoying as my wife can't access music she has purchased on her iTunes account on the home machine. We're not trying to do anything dodgy, just access our music on our own accounts on separate log ins on the same machine. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
Hi Allan, thanks for that. I've already set up a log in for my wife and that is all working fine. The problem is that when she logs in and opens iTunes and trys to associate her library with her iTunes account she gets the error message "This computer is already associated with another iTunes account". Whilst this is true, the computer is associated with my iTunes account under my separate log in, which should have nothing to do with hers. If she transfers the association to her account it will lock me out of my content on my log in for 90 days - I'm trying to work out how to associate each of the log in accounts with a separate iTunes account so we can access our music independently of one another without locking each other out. Hope that makes sense!

Having problems launching iTunes on my pc. Had iTunes on this particular pc for over a year. Have downloaded all of the new updated versions. Now I get an error message saying "This copy of iTunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. Please reinstall." I have backed up the pc to an earlier date when when the program was working, and also performed serveral system diagnosis all saying the program is incompatible. Searched for several compatible programs, none worked. All this happened several days after visiting iTunes. I'm afraid that if I reinstall iTunes that I will loose everything and have to start all over. Eventhough everything is saved in an iCloud account and this particular pc. Let's try a repair install of iTunes first.
Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
