i was trying to snyc with computor and now its frozen on do not disconnect
NOTE: If the iPod is set to Manually manage music or Enable disk use, it will say DO NOT DISCONNECT until you eject the iPod. Just want to make sure it really is "frozen."
If iPod is frozen, you need to do a Reset on the iPod.

i disconnected my iphone 4 while it was updating and now its frozen, the screen is showing a apple logo and a loading bar which has been for 9hrs now. please help
It's not uncommon for it to not work the first time and sometimes, you have to try it a few times. Turn off your antivirus software and your firewall while you are trying to restore the iPad. Enable them again after you restore.
If that still won't work, post back with detailed information as to what exactly does happen as you go through the process. -
im trying to update my iphone and now its saying the server is unavailable so try connecting to itunes, once this is done it then says no sim is fitted?any ideas?
Lots of ideas... starting with, try a search of the forums for the issues that are occurring.

I updated my ipod touch4 and it said i had to plug it up to itunes which i did then when i plugged it in it said i had to restore which i did and i was very upset and it restored it i guess and now its frozen on the apple logo how do i fix it? ps my ipod home button doesnt work.
Try as much as you can. When it says to place in recovery mode use this program instead.
RecBoot: Easy Way to Put iPhone into Recovery Mode
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. -
i need help!??? i just tried to update my ipod and now its making me restore it on itunes and it wont complete the restoring process. Its giving the warning that the updated software server couldn't be reached. Can anybody help????
Update Server
Try:
- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers
Public DNS — Google Developers
OpenDNS IP Addresses
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem -
I tried changing my password, and it changed to one that wasnt it, and i dont know it. So i tried it too many times and now its saying it is disabled, connect to itunes. but a problem is that my power button on top is broken. how to i fix it?
Disabled
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

For how to restore:
iTunes: Restoring iOS software
To restore from backup see:
iOS: How to back up
If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store -

Hi there itiago,
I would recommend that you take a look at the article below for more information on forgotten passcodes in iOS.

Friend locked ipod and now its frozen..
My friend locked my ipod in class today to be funny, and i had no idea what the code was so i couldnt unlock it. When i got home, i tried to sync it with my computer but it wouldnt sync when i plugged it in. Then i unplugged the ipod from the computer, and now its been stuck on the Do Not Disconnect screen no matter what i do for the last 20 minutes.. any suggestions?
Try resetting the iPod.
See this.
How to reset the iPod if it appears frozen or is not responding.
It may take quite a few attempts and is best done connected to power. -
I was updating my phone and now it is frozen
Due the unsuccessful updation your iPhone has stuck in recovery mode. you need to download the iOS 7.0.2 from the following link http://appldnld.apple.com/iOS7/091-9872.20130924.2wc82/iPhone4,1_7.0.2_11A501_Re store.ipsw and restore your device manually, please make sure you have all the backup stored since this will be a restore not an update so you data will be lost and you will have to restore your data from backup. You can do this by shift + mouse click the restore button in iTunes this will give you an opendialogue box to select the iPSW from which you want to update your iPhone after that have some patience and let the iTunes complete the installation and enjoy iOS 7.0.2.

i tried to update my software to 10.9 and forgot i had a disc of pictues in the computer. i stopped the istall as it was trying to go onto the disc of pictures. now its stuck on the os x page and i cant get it to my home screen. can anyone help?
I'm not really sure what you mean by "the os x page". It sounds like the installation did not complete.
I would try this:
hold down the power button until the computer shuts down
take out the disk with the pictures!
restart and see if it will boot up
if it boots up normally, I'd probably try to repair your HD: Boot into your recovery partition (hold down ⌘R at restart until you see the Apple symbol), go to Disk Utility, and repair your hard drive. While you're there, repair permissions too. OSX Tips Using the Recovery HD
Then I'd try to reboot and run the installer again. I think it's a good idea to do the installation in safe mode : Mac OS X: What is Safe Boot, Safe Mode? .
if it won't boot up normally, I'd try booting from the recovery partition and repairing your HD.
if it won't boot into the recovery partition, your options are:
Try to repair your hard drive with internet recovery: OS X: About OS X Recovery
If you have access to another (working) Mac and a USB thumb drive, download Recovery Disk Assistant, which you can use to repair your hard drive or reinstall OSX: OS X: About Recovery Disk Assistant
Try to boot into single user mode and repair your hard drive: Repair Your Hard Disk in Single User Mode | Everything Macintosh -
I tried to update my ipod touch software by syncing with itunes and it put the ipod into "recovery mode". Seems like the only option is to restore? Is there a way to get it out of recovery mode?
No.
Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...
To minimise loss... Connect to iTunes on the computer you Usually Sync with and Restore from the most recent Backup...
