- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I have purchased a TV series on iTunes and can't get it to download to either my pc or iPad. I have been trying for days. I have gotten about thirty minutes of one episode to download after leaving my computer up all night downloading. If I happen to get a few minutes downloaded it skips and then shuts down. Several times the message has come up that the episode is ready to play but it never will. I can fast forward and see the credits but can't play anything in between. It is very frustrating.
I have since read several reviews by iTunes customers that voice the same complaint, but I never have found anyone that gives a solution. If this is the way iTunes works then it looks like Netflix is in my immediate future!Similar issues here.
I purchased five movies for download and having nothing but problems getting them downloaded. I keep receiving error messages and the download stops and I have to restart it, just to get another minute worth of download with each restart. Now Apple has my money and I have nothing. -

Reboot the computer
Restore via Itunes.

i tunes will not update it says before i open itunes it wasent installed correctly but i dont want to lose everything i have how do i fix this?
It looks like you may have to reinstall itunes.
There are multiple things you should uninstall (and in a certain order) according to apple.
Also, even thought your music and itunes library information should not be affected in the uninstall, I would strongly recomend backing it up. Go to where you keep your music files and make sure you back up everything in the folders "itunes" and "itunes music".

when i was trying to update my iphone 4s from 6.1.4 to ios 7,its asking to change the media sync options,how can i change that option,can any one help me.........?
I tried powering down and re-starting the iPhone (as suggested at http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1275). This seems to have cleared the "...not connected to the Internet" problem, and iOS 6.1 is now in the process of downloading.

I cannot force quit and I cannot restart. I tried the online help which directed me to uninstall, but I couldn't find library /application support. How can I fix this without having to turn off the computer?.

When I right click on my Bookmark Toolbar to choose Open All in Tabs and click it, nothing happens. This is when I upgraded to 4.0. I've rebooted. How do I fix this?

Why can't I open and retrieve my files from iPhoto and my Address Book after importing the files from my Power Mac G5 to my new Mac Pro? I get a warning that says the new OS on my Pro doesn't open files from a Power Mac. Any idea how I can fix this?
For your addressbook, export the files to vCard on the PowerMac, then bring them over to your Mac Pro. For your iPhoto, copy the Users -> yourname -> Pictures folder to your Desktop on the Mac Pro, and open iPhoto on the Mac Pro holding the command and option keys. Select the library file from that Pictures folder and open it. It should import all the pictures into iPhoto as part of the rebuild process. Every single time I power up photoshop CC get an error. says " the monitor profile "acer S201HL" appears to be defective. Please rerun your monitor calibration software. How do I fix this?
Your factory-supplied monitor profile, associated with your monitor by the operating system, is bad. It's more common than you'd think.
To avert the error:
Open the Color Management panel of your Windows operating system. In the Devices tab, if it is not already listed [ Add... ] the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 profile and [ Set as default Profile ].
After doing the above, log out of Windows and back in again, just to ensure everything's updated.
Note that the above assumes your monitor is more or less displaying color in the sRGB color space (sRGB is short for sRGB IEC61966-2.1). For many monitors this isn't a terribly wrong assumption.
If you want to ensure you have the most accurate color, consider buying a calibration and profiling device, which (with its associated software) can set your calibration and generate custom color profiles by doing actual measurements from your monitor. You'll want to take some time to get your mind around how color-management works, and that is not a trivial task. It's certainly well beyond what can be taught in a forum post by post.
