I was using a trial for ID, and I upgraded to creative cloud but it says,"trial expired."
I payed for it, and downloaded it in creative cloud as well.

You can also check the host files & find if Adobe has been blocked or not.
Windows: Start >>Run>>Drivers>>etc>>hosts(open with notepad)
Macintosh: Click on Go---Go to Folders---/etc---Hostsrunor host
If you find any Adobe entry please remove it & make the host file free of Adobe entry. Please try to launch then.

Just upgraded to creative cloud but why are apps marked as TRIAL?
I was expecting to download as normal but the versions seem to be 30 day free trial apps. This seems strange. Can anyone help?
Tried uninstalling everything including Creative Cloud Desktop which I then reinstalled. I am definitely on the right download page as the apps say DOWNLOAD not DOWNLOAD TRIAL. However they are still installing as 30day trial apps. Any ideas?

I believe this question was already answered via ticket #57102 - please see my response to that ticket for further details regarding the needed steps.
What I was trying to explain in my previous reply is that you can upgrade any Creative Cloud site directly through each site's admin area, not necessarily through the link mentioned on the promo page...
If you still have login issues with your Adobe ID (the updated email address) please access adobe.com -> Sign in -> Trouble signing in? to reset your password.
Please try that and let us know if that worked.

I have creative cloud, I have photoshop and lightroom current versions installed - I was using the trial period. I paid for the 9.99 a month and now I'm trying to figure out how to update this.
You need to uninstall the trial applications and reinstall from the CC app.

I was using the iCloud for my iPod and had recorded several irreplaceable Voice Memos. It went up to the Cloud, but I wasn't too savvy with the Cloud at that point, so it wasn't syncronizing to my home computer. So, the thing is that the iPod died and the backup is in the Cloud and I would like to load the backup to my iMac to recover my data. How can I do that? Thanks
The new device I got to replace the iTouch is a iPad and I don't see the playlist I created with previous voice memos on it at all. Is there any way to access them on the iPad? If I erase the iPad and restore it with the old back up will the Voice Memos come along and get in to my home computer or will I be out of luck?

Why did the new update for my macbook air hinder my ability to use my camera for google and skype but not photobooth or facetime??? This is messed up it was working yesterday and now neither google or skype can find a camera on from my mac? what do I do??
