I water damaged my iPad mini, but i have a warranty. Do I have to pay still?
I Left my iPad laying around when my brother got out of the pool and sat on it while wet. Now it doesn't turn on or do anything and I'm freaking out. I have a warranty on my iPad still. Do I have to pay anything to get it repaired or replaced?
THe warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in the product.

Apple devices can hold protected content from up to five different accounts, however updating apps purchased over more than one account (as far as I'm aware) requires signing in and out of each account. You may be better off continuing to use one account for your family, as I do, but disabling the options on each device for the automatic download of purchases made on the account, and in iTunes, the automatic inclusion of new apps when syncing from the library to the device.

Reset iPad settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset, then choose an option:
Reset All Settings: All your preferences and settings are reset.
Also, check the restrictions settings on your iPad mini to make sure these apps have not been turned off:

How do you unlock a disabled ipad mini? I have my notes in Notability and I don't want to lose them. I know my passcode but I left my keyboard on and it disabled it.

You will need to remember or find your id, if you can't then you won't be able to reactivate your iPad.
Do you have any of the account's downloads in your computer's iTunes library : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name ?

I followed the directions to install the IOS 7.0.6 update to my Ipad Mini, but when I click on install and agree to terms & conditions, it says it is unable to verify the update because I am no longer connected to the internet. Not true. Help.
Ok, got it now. I turned the Mini off and rebooted. Seems to be working fine now.

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I have been having trouble connecting to my wifi on my ipad mini but my iPod is just fine......it will connect and then say "Unable to connect to network" I've tried resetting my ipad mini and turning off my router for 30 seconds and its not working.
What TC do you have? Model number direct from the base is a big help, it will be A1 followed by 3 numbers.. eg
A1409 Gen 4.. The new AC is A1470

I purchased a 64gb iPad mini but it did not have pages, numbers or keynote loaded to it. The website said it should be loaded, how do I get it back. The App Store does not show it for free.
Was the iPad already on iOS 8, or did you have to update the iPad to it ? Just noticed that they should have been pre-installed on devices with iOS 8 already on them which are 32 gig or larger (prior to iOS 8 they were only available as free downloads, they weren't pre-installed on devices) - so if your iPad had already had iOS 8 on it then they should have been on it : Free Apple apps for your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with iOS 8. I can't see anything that says that it's specific to particular countries.
If you go to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and tap on 'iPad App Collections' and then on the next screen tap 'Apps Made By Apple' they show with a price there as well ?

Before the recent iOS 7 update I could get closed captioning on amazon prime movies, now it's not possible even the ones that have CC available .. I've turned it on in setting on my iPad mini but it doesn't work. Netflix is no problem.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.
