your ipad is in recovery mode, you will need to restore it in itunes, after the restore you can use your backup to restore back your information.

Given the state your device is in you have already erased your old stuff. You have an image on the screen that says, "Connect to iTunes." That's what the image means. So you will need iTunes on your computer.

I backed up my Iphone to itunes so i can do the new Update to IOs 7 and so now that i updated it i want to backup and restore and its not working, Please help!
An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. Have you checked your sound prefs after you updated the OS? It's possible they got changed during the update.

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

The music is stored on the iTunes library. This library isn't deleted when you uninstall or reinstall iTunes, so you will keep everything. Anyway, it's better to make a backup of the library. Apart from that, you can download the purchased music as many times as you want -

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

So I had a large amount of music on my Iphone 4S, and so i bought a storage plan with 10 more GB's of storage. I went to sync the rest of my music, assuming it would now let me have it on my IPhone, but it said I still didn't have enough storage. Help?
You bought icloud storage.
This has nothing at all to do with the storage on your iphone. You cannot increase the storage capacity of your iphone at all. -
