No. iCloud has nothing to do with Time Machine on your computer, and as long as your computer has synched all desired content and settings to iCloud, not only does the modem not need to be switched on, your computer doesn't need to be on either.

I read the 'Shipping Policy' of Apple Store (U.S.). It says "No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. Bangladesh is not included in "International Store Directory" section, so how can i order online for an apple product & get it?
If its possible for me to buy apple products through ordering online lets just say an iPhone4 and an iPod Classic then how much it will cost separately for each one in total?The iPhone is not available for legitimate sale in Bangladesh. There are no supported carriers in Bangladesh. If you can purchased an unlocked iPhone in a neighboring country, you should be able to use it with any compatible carrier, but warranty service and support will not be available to you outside the country of origin.

I would like to know why I can not download apps for other apple products. Mac Book Pro's selection is quite limited.
The games available for the iPad from the App Store will not be compatible with any computer other than an iDevice. To check for available games/Apps for the MacBook Pro you would need to check the Mac App Store, assuming of course that you are running at least OS 10.6.6.

Question.Why don't the apple company ever make a memory card that people could use for their apple product just in case customers run out of memory on their apple product?
One thing the iPad lacks is a file manager. There is no file explorer native on the iPad. If you started adding plugin cards, then you add the need for that. And, in PC's, most viruses spread via the file explorer (the definition of a virus is a malicious program that propagates itself across multiple programs)
There are a few drives out there for iDevices. Such as the WiDrive and others. -
