I wish to book a one on one at Doncaster, Melbourne. Australia,.
The program has asked me to enter my serial number, which i had taken from my sales docket when the computer was bought for me.
I haven't had a one on one for a while, but it seems to have forgotten my serial number and won't recognise it, please advise me as to how to fix this problem.

You can check your serial number by clicking on the Apple in the menu bar and then on About this Mac - click underneath the large Mac OS X until your serial number is revealed.

You have things wrong: You have two activations and they are still just one license. If you want to work on your Mac, you need to buy your own license, which, from what it sounds like, for you as a student might be perfectly affordable with a student and teacher version, if you are eligible.

i bought a mini DVI to HDMI convertor and a HDMI to VGA cable to connect my mac book pro to a tv but it doesn't work any one can help.
I would suggest looking into a Thunderbolt to HDMI connector. In this case, you may be able to use the TV as an external monitor. For this option, please confirm through additional research. I have not tested it personally.
You can also use an Apple TV, which connects with HDMI. In this case, you can use Airplay Mirroring. Not all Macs support Airplay Mirroring, so you need to check first. I have a Mid-2011 27" iMac, and it supports Airplay Mirroring. I don't use it often because my TV is in another room, but I just tried it and it worked. You would need to use one Apple ID for purchases in order to get them across all of your devices and computer. If you want you can use one Apple ID for purchases and the other one to sync personal data. The article below will explain further.

There are only a few of the contacts I had, so there must be a location where the rest are, but not sure where to look. And once I find them (with your help), how do I get them into the address book?
If you copy abook.mab or history.mab into a profile folder, they will show up as Personal Address Book and Collected Addresses. I have downloaded a Audio Book from Itunes Store, but rencently i have had to reinstall windows, is there any way to re-download the audio book from Itunes, i know that the audio books are one time downloads, but is there any way to get the audio book back as i have already paid for it once and i would not like to pay for it twice.
