I just need to cancel my Adobe PDF Pack subscription, as I already bought Adobe Acrobat Pro IX. I have been on chat and on the phone with Customer Support for a couple of times, hours at a time. No response. I am ready to call my credit card to dispute the charge, as I have left with no options. Any suggestions?

Hi there, I currently subscribe to Adobe Pro Subscription (yearly) and I also subscribe to Adobe PDF pack (monthly). I only require Adobe to read and create PDF documents such as converting word/excel document or a web based document. Can someone tell me if I'm doubling up as I'm not sure of the differences between the products and would like to save a few dollars.
Acrobat Pro can do a lot more than the PDF Pack online service.
Try if you can do everything you need with PDF Pack; otherwise keep Acrobat Pro. -
Adobe pdf pack monthly subscription not working
My adobe pdf pack monthly subscription has never worked. I can see 'Adobe createPDF desktop printer' as a printer option but when I click print I get the following message (for a split second) Printing..... now printing page 2 of Microsoft Office Outlook Memo Style on the Adobe CreatePDF Desktop printer - though nothing then happens. I am not given an option of where to save the pdf and I canot see that it has just automatically saved the pdf on my hardrive or desktop.
Any help appreciated.

What is the version of Acrobat installed on your machine. Adobe PDF printer gets installed with Acrobat.
Have you tried to install latest updates for Acrobat.

Adobe PDF pack cannot download
I ordered and received acceptacne but not a confirmation email for Adobe PDF pack, so cannot download PDFs now.
To download PDF files you don't need Adobe PDF Pack.

I would like to upgrade to the Adobe PDF Pak but on a monthly basis, even though it is a little more. I currently have the Adobe Send on an annual basis with Auto renewal. Even if I turn off auto renewal, it won't let me upgrade unless I turn auto renewal back on. I didn't think it should be this difficult....

When you no longer need the Adobe software on a computer or you wish to move it to another one, you should deactivate the software.
See this link: how to deactivate software. Installation rules will let you install the software on two computers of the same platform (both windows or both mac) but you are limited to running it on only one at a time. If you have already installed the software twice and you don't have access to your previous computer or you upgraded your computer's hardware, replace a hard drive, upgraded your operating system, or reformatted your drive before deactivating your software, you can ask Adobe Support to help you deactivate the software from the machine. Just have your serial number or Adobe ID ready, and then contact support. Then you can install the software from the links below and enter your serial number to re-activate the software.
