I wish to download Acrobat 10

I wish to download Acrobat 10 on a new laptop that does not have a DVD drive.  I purchased it in 2011 but cannot find a record in my order history.  I do have the serial number and the email to me confirming purchase. Where do I go to download the product?

Shawn5454 if you purchased Acrobat 10 from Adobe and choose the DVD option then you will not be given an option to download under your account.
I would recommend you copy the installation files to a USB drive on a computer which does have an optical drive.  Alternately you can download Acrobat 10 Professional from http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-acrobat-x-10-pro-reader-suite-direct-download-links-ddl.ht ml.  Please make sure to complete the Very Important Instructions section prior to scrolling down and clicking on the download link.

    The exact description should be:

Although developers can use the SDK to create software and plug-ins to interact and customize FREE Adobe Reader, developers can NOT use the SDK to create software and plug-ins to interact and customize Acrobat without buying (NOT FREE) Acrobat.
    But, Aandi, please do not misunderstand me: I was NOT intenting to argue with you. Simply I felt very frustarted and upset by Adobe's policy.
    Our customers just need to read .pdf files. They wish our c#.net application can open the file they select from our app, and automatically jump to the page they preselect, and save the paper numbers they select this time so that they can use next time. They do not need edit/save/delete/... functions at all.
    However, based on what you said, our customers will have to buy hundreds of Acrobat for the functions they will never allowed to use. (Those .pdf files are read only legal papers, no modification is allowed).

    This is the only information I've found about using a second device from Adobe:
    Can I use my software on two computers? 
    If you own, or are the primary user of, a single-user or volume license Adobe product that is installed on a computer at work, you can also install and use the software on one secondary computer of the same platform at home or on a portable computer. However, you may not run the software simultaneously on both the primary and secondary computers.  No more than one user can use a single-user license Adobe product.  Note: AVL customers have to buy two different licenses to use both operating systems, even if they have two different computers. They can only use the same license on another computer (not simultaneously) with the same platform at home.

    You can download the setup file again from this Link (Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X ) and Burn it to a DVD Disc using Windows Explorer.

    If you are using Acrobat you can try the suggestions mentioned above.
    Are you using the Create PDF service from within Reader to create pdf?
    If yes then please check if you are able to login to: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf  with your Adobe ID and able to convert the document to pdf.
    If yes then within Reader you can try the following:
    Choose Edit > Preferences (Win)
    Click 'Online Services' or 'Adobe Online Services' on the left-hand side
    Sign out of your Adobe ID and sign back in.

    Standard or Pro would be licensed through your serial number, the download link and downloaded file would be the same for both of them.
    Pro or Standard would be determined after you put in your serial number.
