I wish to transfer my photos on Photo Stream to an USB, can you help?
I have some 200 hundred photos in Photo Stream and I have friends that would like to have them in their own computers, they furnished me with a 8GB USB stick but I do not know the correct procedure to transfer the photos to the stick, can you kindly help me?

open iPhoto and click on Photo Stream, then select all (Command+A) the pics that you want to save, navigate to the menu and choose export

ThanksFile transfer by bluetooth is not supported on the iPhone. There are a few apps in the app store that permit the transferring of photos by bluetooth, but this is only iPhone to iPhone. Fact is, you can't do what you're trying to do, so you can quit trying.

I seen so many of these post for windows users.
Try my little "trick" (must be running iOS 4.3 or better)
Download the app "Download Manager Lite" (FREE) or "Download Manager" Full ($ 1.99 USD)
After downloading, transfer it to iTunes
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
After transferring, Go to your iDevice (on itunes), to the apps page, scroll down, you can add/save videos and/or files.
Click on "Add", find the folder of which your movies are being downloaded. Its much faster than syncing from itunes.
You can do the wi-fi transfer, the best part is that you don't have to be connected to the same wi-fi.
You will get 2 different URLs you need to type on your computer. Type the Web URL not the ftp URL. After that, you should have access to the app, without the need of itunes.
Click on Add, find the folder of where your movies are stored, faster than syncing with iTunes.

When I open up iphoto and click on the events tab then double click on an event, it used to show minis of all the photos in that event. Now it shows only one photo at a time. How do I get it back? Can you help?
On the bottom bar of the window (on the left iPhoto 11, on the right in other versions) note the slider. Drag it left.

Hi, Can you help me I am running an iMac 10.7.5 and iPad 6.0.1 and a macair10.8.2. iCloud is syncing emails and notes but not photos. Photo streaming is switched on on the iMac. what do I need to do to stream photos?
Hi you have basicly 2 Options.
1 -if you Switch One fotostream on all 3 devices of yours which are working on the same apple id -all Fotos you Take with your iPad will be synchronized via icloud to the other 2 decvices ( w-lan and battery depending).
2- If you select foots or a whole album in iPhoto on your air or iMac and choose than puplish --> fotostream --> new or existing event you can key in a friends mail. If this friend has iCloud and iPhoto ( for iMac or MacBook ) and click on the link in the email it will download this fotos in the fotostream section in iPhoto. If he has a iPad, iPhone,... It will do it in the foto app and if he doesn't have a iCloud account at all and you choose "public web site" while publishing he can see your fotostream on a website. -

Can you help me delete photo library & duplicate photo library
Hi,
I don't know what I did, but I somehow copied 44 of my daughter's music images into my photo library and then created a duplicate with 43 images. These 87 images are taking up room and there is no obvious way to delete them.
Here's what happens when I touch camera roll it brings me to the photo library -- where 43 out of 44 images are hers:
I click edit and the only options are share via email, faceboook, twitter, etc. or add to which leads to create a new album. I don't want to do any of this. I just want to delete them to make room.
The same options apply for the Duplicate album as well.
Can you help me delete the photo library and the duplicate library on my phone? I only want to keep one video in the camera roll and all of the rest of the images can go.
Thanks!Thanks for your response. I think you just isolated my issue -- I was trying to upload music and somehow wound up syncing my daughter's photos to my iphone. I don't know how to delete them because not all of the album/folders are appearing there. Do you have any suggestions on how to find them?

If you are trying to recover photo stream photos, they are only held in iCloud for 30 days. All you would be able ro recover is photo stream photos from the last 30 days.
If you have an iOS device that still has the photo stream photos one it, you can save them to the camera roll by opening the my photo stream album, tapping Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. Once in the camera roll, they can be imported to iPhoto on your Mac as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. -

I am trying to print in Photoshop CS4 on an Epson Photo printer (3880) from my Mac. I just upgraded to Maverick 10.9.2 when the problem started. Can you help.
I have the answer. It took quite a while but I know why the 3880 won't print from Photoshop 4 with Maverick. It is due to the Epson .icc page description files. The way to solve the problem is to make your own .icc. OK, so you don't know how to do it. This is what I did so now I get the quality prints I expect from an expensive printer.
You need to go to www.datacolor.com/spyderprint and purchase the Spyderprint hardware and software. It comes as a package for $300 to $350 depending on if you get a sale. The software will print on the 3880 test sheets of color blocks. With the hardware reader you then read the colors on the test sheets printed. What this does is match the monitor image with the printer, ink and paper you used. It makes an .icc page description file for you to select instead of the Epson .icc file. When you print again select the new .icc file and also choose "Printer Manages Colors" instead of "Photoshop Manages Colors" I know this is usual but it works. When you are done you will be smiling too with your beautiful results.
One other thing. If you want, it is optional, also purchase the Spider 4 Pro for $150. It calibrates your monitor and helps make excellent prints.
I understand it is more money and you already probably have a good computer, expensive camera to go with the 3880 so spend the extra money so it all works together.

fingers crossed, it appears they are working the bugs out of this update....i was able to post a pic to my newsfeeds/time line this morning....first the picture went into the ios album but within a minute, it appeared on my timeline! im glad ...

Hi i have purchased a lightning to sd card but i cannot get the photos to open can you help please.
How did the photos get onto the SD card that you are using ? Photos (and videos) on the card will only be recognised if the card has a DCIM directory off the root of it, and the photos are underneath that directory and their filenames are exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus their file extension (that should be how most digital cameras write photos to a card).

Help us to help you: There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on seven different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary from version to version and OS to OS. So before anyone can help, they need information to work with. Basic stuff:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. What were you doing when the problem arose?
- Did it ever work properly?
- Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
Anything else you can think of that might allow someone else to understand your issue.
With this kind of information somebody can develop a starting point for troubleshooting the issue.
