I would appreciate information on how to download an updated Adobe Flash for my New Apple Ipad?

I have been unable to download a free upgrade for the Adobe Flash on my new Apple Ipad? Do I need to download through Cloud or just download as an upgrade on my Ipad? I apologize having to ask elementary questions but I am terribly Tech Handicapped. I have it on my net book but it would not work for my Ipad? I appreciate any information and all comments in relation to installing the proper download for my Ipad. I need this application but do not know which apps to select for the ipad?

I am a grandmother and barely getting by with all the new and wonderful technology. In fact, the only reason I purchased the Ipad, which I now enjoy more than my net book, is because I severely broke my right arm and wrist and cannot type. the touch pad and the easy use of my ipad has been a wonderful investment. I had no idea how enjoyable and easy to use, it was or I would have purchased it much sooner. I am now playing games and reading, even though I have a Kindle e reader. I never dreamed I would enjoy so many games. I am definitely hooked on my ipad. Now, if some of you Tech Savvy experts can help me, I will truly be grateful. I have found the best help comes from you. I have tried the support service but they do not talk my language, ha ha. BeforecI discovered you guys and learned you are a gold mine of information, I was unable to get the help I needed. I know I always get the best and most understandable help, without hearing the condemnation for being so uninformed. Now I am no longer embarrassed to ask for help!

Flash does not exist for iPad. Apples decision. any games or whatever must be downloaded as apps, which of course can be based on Adobe AIR/ Flash packager, but they must be self-contained apps, regardless.

You cannot. The apps are assigned to that Apple ID and there is nothing you can do to change that. You could choose to download them again with the new Apple ID, any paid apps will need to be purchased again.

Apple's iOS platform (iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) has never, and will never support flash.
First on this; Thoughts on Flash. This is from Steve Jobs regarding Apple's views on Flash (2010)
Second; Adobe stops making Flash for mobile devices. This is from Adobe themselves last year stating that they would stop making Flash for mobile devices.
If you can find the App equivalent of the programs you are looking for, then congratulations, however, if you require specific 'programs' requiring flash, then the iPad is certainly not for you, and returning it would be the best choice (granted you are still within the return period).

I have the same issue. 2 days ago I upgraded (at Adobe's recommendation) my Flash Player (which was working fine!)--now I can't get anything except the message "Blocked Plug-in". And, I called Adobe almost an hour ago for assistance, told they would call back in 12-17 minutes, but here I am still waiting. This same thing has happened to me before and I cannot remember how it got fixed. I'm thinking Adobe may not be the best company with regard to servicing their products.

Hi, I have been attempting to update my ACC application manager but it fails to install. I was instructed to download Adobe Support Advisor but all it said was to contact support which led me in a circuitous route back to my original enquiry for help. Meanwhile my present application manager is reported as corrupt. I have a window telling me to contact support. Hence this call. I was in a similar situation. AAM attempted to update itself but failed repeatedly. Downloading and installing a fresh AAM from the above link (Windows) resolved it and restored full functionality.
However: I have two Win 7 machines, both with master collection CS6 already installed, and the AAM failure occurred on one of them when attempting to download Photoshop CC (single app subscription). On the other machine, AAM updated without problems and transformed into the CC desktop app, as it should:
But on the "problem" machine I'm still stuck with the Application Manager. There's no way to update further:
Now, it apparently works as it should and I'm able to download and install the apps included in the subscription. But IME anything that doesn't update when it should is a problem waiting to happen. So how can I get the CC desktop app on this second machine?
I did find a standalone CC download on the ProDesign Tools site (along with a backup PS CC installer). Can I just run that, or is there a risk of messing up anything? I need to stress that this is a production machine at work and I simply cannot have any extended down time.
Specs for the "problem" machine: Windows 7 professional x64, i7-3820, 32 GB RAM, SSD boot/system 250 GB, 4TB spinning disks, CS6 Master collection, Photoshop CC, Lightroom 4.4, Lightroom 5.0.
I also need to mention that this machine is on a network domain, and the user account had to be changed since CS6 was installed (due to server/network problems). But everything on the machine runs locally.

You can resize the keyboard window, positioning the mouse pointer at the edge of the window, clicking and dragging to the desired size.

To try disabling Plugins and extensions, Open Firefox in Safe Mode. If you don't know to access Safe Mode, Click Start Menu, click All Programs, Click Mozilla Firefox and select Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode).

As you can see Erin, trying to recover information from a hosed drive can be very expensive.
I would suggest first the OWC site as well. You can get a new drive of choice in size there.

Wth your lap top and these folllowing tools your are set to change out the drive, reload OS and then with
the voyager pop in the old iMac drive and with the Prosoft software, try to mount and recover the files. Data Rescue is very good at this " if " the drive is not totally mechanically hosed. Drive Genius is very good at a number of things too. Nothing replaces the old adage of Back Up Back up Back up.
The voyage I listed can become the new backup drive for you.. your choice of tools: Time Machine or by cloning via CarbonCopyCloner or by what I use SuperDuper! IF you want to be really kewl.. both. By that I mean cloning and Time Machine.
It will take you an hour to swap out the drive and spring clean the iMac.. there is a hundred how too,s on you tube.
Hope this helps. Remember if is always when a drive will fail..they all do. I tell the people I support that Harddrives are good for 15 min.. to when they don't work. They will all fail.
Apple Geniuses are very limited to what they can and will do as far as file recovery.
Your best bet is to try to do it your self first. There is lots of help out here and you are not the first.

You can also re-download most previous purchases (not just songs) from the iTunes Store from the Purchased screen. So, you should be able to get the "one missing purchase" back too. Sign in to iTunes using the Apple ID used to make the purchases. Go to the iTunes Store. (With the new iTunes 12, select the Music category first, then go to the iTunes Store.) Click on Purchased (along right side under QUICK LINKS). From the Purchased screen, you can find and download previous song purchases, at no cost.
You can also re-download purchases from other iTunes categories, such as Movies and TV Shows.

Please follow the instructions below.
Please hold down the windows flag key and the R to open the Run box.
Type services.msc and press Enter
Locate Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)
Right click and open Properties
Stop the service from the General tab and then Start it again
Verify that the Startup type is set to Automatic rather then manual
Also, look for 'Shell Hardware Detection' in the list of services. If it is not enabled/started, make sure to enable/start the service, and make sure the Startup Type set as Automatically from its properties.
Locate the 'Remote Procedure Call (RPC)' in the list of services. If it is not enabled/started, make sure to enable/start the service, and make sure the Startup Type set as Automatically as well.
If the issue persist, the HP Print and Scan Dr might help, otherwise I suggest contacting Microsoft.
