I currently use Adobe Standard CS 5. It was bought with the Education discount. I would like to upgrade to Creative Cloud and see that they have special pricing for existing customers that use past versions of Creative Suite. I am no longer in Education, so I will have to buy a full version. This is fine, but it won't accept my serial number for the discounted pricing. Is there something else I should be doing?

The only way to locate/disable/erase any lost/stolen iPhone/iPod Touch is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords.
If your carrier offers Blacklisting & they Blacklist the phone, it will be unusable as a phone.
If locked with a passcode, and running iOS 7.0, then phone cannot be activated or the passcode removed without knowing your Apple iD/Password. It will be nothing but a useless paperweight.
If not running iOS 7.0, the phone can be forced into recovery mode & restored. -

All you need is wireless. If the DSL modem does not provide routing services or does not provide wireless, then you need to get a wireless/wired router. If the modem provides wireless, then that's all you need. Consult the user manual for the DSL modem or talk to your service provider.

Please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Navigate to Application/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall CC desktop.
2. In Application/Utilities/ trash Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder.
3. Go to Library/Application Support/Adobe and rename OOBE to OOBE.old.
4. Go to ~/Library/Appplication Support/Adobe and trash OOBE.
Try to install CCD again and let us know if still the same issue.

Try downloading the current version of the iBooks app on your computer's iTunes so that the app is in your purchase history. Then on your iPad go to the Purchased tab in the App Store app and see if you can download an older compatible version of it.
If the ebooks aren't ibooks, then unless they are digital-rights-management free epubs then you probably won't be able to add them to your computer's iTunes library (File > Add To Library) and sync them to your iPad - in they do have DRM on them then does the store that you got them from have their own app in your computer's iTunes ? If they then you could try the above and see if they have an iOS 5 compatible version available. -

Now on Creative Cloud, how do I cancel Product Subscription
I've signed up for full membership of Adobe Creative Cloud, and that's all set up fine.
I had an existing Photoshop CS5 12 month subscription that was converted to the non version specific subscription as part to the Adobe Creative Cloud launch.
I now want to cancel the product subscription (and have no problem with the payout fee), but can't find anywhere in the My adobe account pages that allows me to cancel it.
I can see it my subscribed list, I can find out all about it in the account details, it's just that there is no facility anywhere that I can see that will cancel it.
All the FAQs indicate that it should be possible after logging in with my Adobe ID.
Any ideas?
ThanksBoth annual and monthly customers should be able to cancel their subscription via the membership tab. A customer who has bought the subscription via a reseller will not have the cancellation option available under their membership tab.
Also to cancel a one-year membership, customer can either go to the Account page on www.creativecloud.com or contact Adobe Customer Service
