I want to cancel my Creative Cloud Photography plan. I cannot do it online apparently and I can't find a phone number to call. Please help.

Creative Cloud single-app membership for InDesign (one-year). On September 20, I bought a subscription to Creative Cloud membership (one-year) and paid 1500 rubles, but the same day I removed the money for Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year), Creative Cloud single-app membership for Illustrator (one-year). I am very upset that I'm paying twice for one and same products, please recoup my losses and unsubscribe me from an early subscription. I currently use Adobe Standard CS 5. It was bought with the Education discount. I would like to upgrade to Creative Cloud and see that they have special pricing for existing customers that use past versions of Creative Suite. I am no longer in Education, so I will have to buy a full version. This is fine, but it won't accept my serial number for the discounted pricing. Is there something else I should be doing?

I call the customer support, send them a message many times, and my request status is WITHDRAWN because
"Your support case was cancelled because we did not receive a response
from you"
