lg2You can cancel iCloud storage within a period of 45 days, however if this period is more than 15 days you may only get a partial refund.
Contact AppleCare (or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
If you have been using additional iCloud storage for more than 45 days, you can cancel your next years renewal here. -
