Hello, I just purchase Adobe Premier elements 12. I installed it but the only problem is when I try to open "new project" it tells me I have to put my password in and username for the first seven days of installation, but when I do that the project never opens, it just has the loading bar loading and then it stops, so I have no idea wat the problem is, please help

Have you gone through the typical drills of
1. Latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements?
2. Running program from User Account with Administrative Privileges as well as from Run As Administrator applied to the desktop icon
with right click of the icon, followed by selecting Run As Administrator?
3. Does problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
4. Even though the Premiere Elements 12 Editor will not open, can you open the Elements Organizer 12?
If Yes to all of the above, please review the following for a possible solution...

When I sync my iPod some of my purchases from iTunes transfer, but some do not. When I try to drag the songs onto the iPod icon it shows the 'crossed out' symbol and won't move them. I've tried synching from multiple computers that are all connected with home sharing but it still didn't do the trick.
Installing iTunes does not cause content to magically appear on the computer.
Your media is only where you put it.
iOS devices are not backup devices.
Copy the media from the old computer to the new computer. -

Hi! I just joined the creative cloud. As a photographer I would like to download photoshop and lightroom. Do you have 10.8.5 or 10.5.8? It's listed as the latter on your equipment setting, but you stated that you have 10.8.5? If you have 10.8.5 you have the most recent version and you should be able to update iTunes by checking for updates. However, if you have 10.5.8 you need to first update to 10.6 so that you can download the new version of iTunes. To upgrade to 10.6 (Snow Leopard) you need to get a hold of Apple so that they can send you the install DVD which will allow you to update your computer, after that, you can then download updates and get access to the App Store right from your desktop where you can then download Lion or Mountain Lion should you choose to move on further.

Copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder to teh external.
Hold Option and launch iTunes.
select Choose library... and select the iTunes folder on the external.
Make sure the external is connected and ready before launching iTunes. -
