Are it's amazing what going to the apple classes can do for you, lol the problem was air play has turned off no doubt when the upgrades were done, but thanks to the training apple gave me I was able to reason the problem out yah! I love my apple.

My latest downloads for my iphone4 are just waiting....for weeks! And when asked for my account password,it doesnt recognise it and asks if I would like to cancel or retry...please help!

Well, it's waiting because you haven't entered a password it recognizes. So if you fix the password problem you will fix the download problem. It's clear that you are not entering the correct password for the account on the phone. Have you verified that the account name is correct? Check in Settings/Store.
Next, in iTunes on your computer click on iTunes Store on the left, then your Apple ID in the upper right. Enter your password here. If it doesn't work here either click the Forgot Password? button. If it does work log in and change your password by clicking the Edit link to the right of your Apple ID, then try the new password on the iPhone.

As a first step, do a hard reset by holding down Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until you see the Apple logo on the screen. If a red power slider appears on the screen, just ignore it and keep holding the buttons down until you see the Apple logo.

If you were using iCloud, did you have Notes turned on for syncing? If so, then it would be there. If not, then see if your AOL account has a notes folder. Outlook is for the computer and you would have to have a setting in iTunes for you to be syncing to that.

This doesn't work. It's asking me to contact customer support, but keeps circuling back to the page where it describes how to cancel a membership yet still not showing an option to cancel. In addition to that, it does not give me customer service contact info.
