I currently have a DROID RAZR M and I'm 1 year into my 2 year contract. Since the Kitkat update, the phone won't stay charged and it's very buggy. I know this is not Verizons fault but it's also not mine. I would like to change my phone to an iPhone 5s and keep my same plan but switch to the Edge program. Is this possible? I don't think I should have to pay an early termination fee or anything like that since my phone has become almost unusable. How recently did you switch? If it's less than 60 days, then Verizon simply reinstates your previous account. The fact that you were on the EDGE plan and mailed the devices back, and they apparently are somewhere in the system, could cause complications, and it might just work out that you just go back on the same plan and they set you up with the same devices. I'm not sure how it will go - but since you are still being billed for the devices...

In a new email message window start to type the name of the Group you have in Contacts/Address Book in the 'To' field - it should self-complete when it recognises the name.
(Note: this only works with 'normal' Groups and not Smart 'Groups'). -

You shoudl be able to individually deauthorise your computers directly on them via the Store > Deauthorise This Computer menu option, or as you have multiple computers authorised then you can log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.
If you've already deauthorised all within the past 12 months then you can try contacting iTunes Support and ask if they can do it for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

Updated my Iphone 5 with the latest software. The phone was plugged in and on WIFI. It showed the update was installing and then the screen appeared with just a Apple insignia on it. Phone is locked up. Cannot turn on. Is there a reset or anything available to fix this issue. Thanks for any help.
Read one article here indicating the problem may be more pronounced if you're using WPA2 security rather than the older WEP.

Thank you for your reply. Before I had seen your reply. I went into options and under general, all of a sudden it showed what should be there. I closed browser and did it again and it didn't show. It has been blank for roughly two months. Just seems funny that I ask a question and after all this time of not showing what it should, it does, to only be blank again.
I have also been trying to update the flash player. That comes up completely blank as well with nothing showing at all. I did this several times the day before I posted my question. That same day I also hit the reset button for firefox when I was having trouble trying to update the flash player.
I did as you said to do. Nothing has changed. Is there something else that I could try? -

As I have posted before, You, and others having issues with Verizon would be much better off if you complained to the FCC and FTC as well as your Senators and Congressmen. We, as individuals, have such small voices - use them where they might do the most good.
Also, don't assume that Verizon doesn't monitor these postings, they actively do & sometimes contact those that post complaints.

The only thing to do is to follow the information on the support document that you linked from that talks about not syncing with a computer. Read further down. You will have to restore the phone as new. Also, make sure you have the Apple ID and password for the original owner that activated the phone, unless they have already deactivated Find My iPhone.
