You should always make sure that your Phone is running your very own apple ID account. To fix this, follow these simple steps.
Press the settings icon.
Scroll down toiTunes&app store.

If you want to create a apple ID with no creditcard, you have to do the register of the apple ID, by clicking "download" on a free app. and then sign up.
