i have a trouble synchronizing requiring wifi fixing a bug and the phone keeps rebooting and i want to downgrade to 5.0.1 is there any chance you help me with this matter.

ONLY the carrier to which it is locked can unlock it. Contact that carrier and ask if they offer this service and if you qualify. -

What do you mean what should you do? Just because you don't want to pay too much for a phone, doesn't make the price any cheaper. If you can't afford the price of an unlocked phone, then you don't, or can't, buy one.

Bad idea. There are no supported iPhone carriers in Iceland, thus some features may or may not work. Further, there will be no warranty or support for a US purchased iPhone in Iceland...your friend will be on their own. If you still want to go down this road, make sure you purchase an officially unlocked iPhone(GSM model) directly from Apple.

STNot officially for sale in the US, at the present time, although Apple's flagship store on 5th Ave, in New York City, gets supplies from time-to-time. However, no GSM US model iPhone 5 will support LTE anywhere other than North America. It will not support LTE in Europe. If you want LTE support in Europe, you need to purchase your phone in Europe.

Unlocked means unlocked, so yes.
But, support and namely warranty coverage may not be available for you in Norway or anywhere but in the US with any iPhone purchased in the US, even an unlocked iPhone purchased in the US. -

Typicaly, devices liek this are loaded witht he production software at the time that they are manufactured. If you buy a unit built before the release of IOS6, you will have IOS5. Once the evice has been boxed up, it won't be touched before sale.
If you buy the iPhone from an Apple store, you can ask them to help with the IOS6 install.
But I have a question for you. Why do you say that "ios6 built with iphone when we buy it better than the uodated one" ? It may be easier to not have to do the install but why better? -
