I would like to express my highest level of dissatisfaction with the Apple brand.

I was a person who admired not only the products, but also the brand itself and above all, the confidence that the brand Apple generated to myself.  I have my own company in Argentina  and both, my company and my family, were migrating to Apple technology: Iphones, Ipods , Ipads , Mac stations , etc.  until I had a problem with my iphone 5, and not only no one give me an answer, but I also received a poor attention and indifference from the company. Briefly, I bought my Iphone 5 in December 2012 in USA.  One day, In December 2013, when I connected it in order to charge the battery and although I left it loading for five hours It had only loaded up to 20-25 % of the battery and when I took the phone it was too hot and almost could not touch it. I decided to take it to Apple official technical service in Argentina, where they thought the problem was the battery, they changed it, but the Phone continued having the same problem, then they proved with the loading dock but neither was the problem . The warranty of my Iphone had expired the same week that the phone got broken, but  Ipoint Argentina told me that if I take my phone to USA and by paying a certain value, I will get a solution, a new Iphone to replace the broken one. When a person of my confidence traveled to USA, she took my Iphone to an Apple Store at Wellington Green where she was attended by the employee: 1277331637, who first indicated that she could changed the phone paying 270 dollars. I agreed, but then suddenly this person, in a very unkind way indicated that the phone had missing parts, so he could not proceed to change it. My friend did not received an explanation about what or how to proceed, or which was the specific problem of my phone beyond the issue of the missing pieces, much more less how to fix it or solve the costumer problem. This unkind employee, said that someone opened the phone and stolen parts from it, but  the phone was always taken to official technical services, so if someone really lacked a piece, this person works for  your own company, for Apple.  Not only that, later I find out that employees are prohibited by policy to open phones so, How this unkind employee realized that it has missing pieces? I wish someone would give me an answer or an explanation to my case,  what happened and how an employee of Apple can treat a customer in such a hurry and in so unfriendly way. I was really a fan of the brand, not just me, my company in Argentina and all my family. After this  horrible experience and specially if I do not receive an explanation of what happened, I will never purchase an Apple product and will recommend to all my network contacts not to choose your brand, warning them  the bad experience I had.
