There is no way to transfer them to a different account. That is why Apple lets you change the email address associated with your account without having to get a new account. If you didn't do this, but instead got a completely new account, you are out of luck. You can still go back to the old account and just get a new email address for it.

Hi Jason, I can take care of this for you. All you need to do is delete the apps and I can delete the account.
Since your email does not match the email you use on this forum, you will need to reply to the email that I will send you (at the email registered with your revel account) to confirm you wish me to delete that account.
