First of all, I suggest to remove the banned credit card from your account. If the banned credit card is still on the account, iTunes Store would sent a preauthorization request to the financial instute which would be declined as the credit card isn't active. To remove the credit card, please follow and choose "none":

If "none" is not an option, the latest order is unpaid - maybe due to the fraud transactions. In this case you have to contact iTunes Store Support to clarify the order. If it is fraud, they can forgive the order. If the order wasn't fraud, then you have to pay first (just choose a active payment method or redeem a gift card).

You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions. I would like to inquire about how I could have my iPad 2 repaired or replaced. I bought it With a credit card via apple store website last June 19 of this year. At first, I already noticed a little white spot in the middle of the screen visible when the display on screen is dark. I thought this was okay. Now, My problem with it is that, it now has green discolorations at the center whenever the screen display is black or dark I.e. If the Migration Assistant won't do it, move them over as you would any other folder; they're located in the Pictures and Music folders of your home folder by default. If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'

How can I have both genius playlists and regular playlists available on my new 160g classic ipod. I can see my entire song list, but no playlist other than the 3 genius playlist I just made. Also how can I delete a genius playlist. Made the same playlist twice by mistake. Thanks.
This was not a simple task. Got it handled. Had to call Apple support. Apparently, the 160g only syncs the genius playlist. You have to go in and "tell it" to sync the entire playlist as well as the genius playlists. There is also an option for only syscing certain songs. On itunes, there is two sections; one for the stuff that is synced on your ipod and another separate list for the stuff in your library! This is exciting for me as I am not computer savvy to say the least.

I have an iphone and a New ipad. When I set up my ipad, I had already had my iphone backed up on iCloud. I didn't however, use the backup to set up the iPad, so some of the apps don't have the same data on both devices. This is mostly fine with me. I was able to sync my games so that I can play the games on both devices and not lose any data or progress in the game. There is only one game that I haven't been able to get onto the ipad with the progress that I have made, even though it's been backed up on the iCloud. Now both devices are being backed up on the iCloud. Some information is shared between them, some not. I have no idea why it's arbitrary which info is shared. But I would like to get the one game (and perhaps a few other apps) to sync between the devices. Is there a way to do this by targeting specific apps and their respective data?
The game that we are playing is called Swordigo ... A Zelda type game just FYI. When I installed the app I went into the Settings>Swordigo>sync saves to iCloud>On. That set it up to sync up to three different saves in iCloud because that is what this game offers.
Then my daughter downloaded the app to her iPad ( the original one that I gave her when I upgraded to the new one). We share an Apple ID for purchases.
When either of us launches the game on our iPads - the option to start from either save is already available in the game. The game supports this. Not all games will support it but you make it sound like your game does sync saves to iCloud.
There is a difference between saving data to iCloud and syncing game saves. The beauty of the syncing of saves is that I could download this game to my iPod touch as well and still pick up my "saved" game from iCloud,
