You appear to be able to backup your contacts without iTunes. Google "backup iphone contacts without itunes".
The way to avoid having to get a tech person in is to get past the idea that your problem (which you still haven't defined) is "beyond my ability to fix". ;-)

I am very disappointed (yet I somewhat understand) Apple and how they completely have no interest in helping return lost items. I don't believe the person who traded me this was from around here so I don't even know where to begin. I seen on ebay you can sell them for parts but I don't really believe in doing that and would like to at least try my best to get it back to whom it belongs to. I will be contacting my local police department regarding this but I don't think they will be able to do much if it was stolen from somewhere else. There is no specific trial that is named Lightroom 6. The only trial available is the Lightroom CC trial. That's the only trial.
If you choose to buy, you can buy Lightroom 6, with no Creative Cloud component, from Products (scroll down to LR 6)

I have a terabyte of movies that I would like to put on a the cloud so that I can access them via iTunes anywhere. The movies are almost all .avi. I have tried to drag them to my iTunes on my laptop but have not been able to transfer 1 single file.

I would like to create a new page that does not show up in my "menu" .

I would like to set up a new page on my website for a specific one-time use.
I don't want the page to show up in my menu at the top.
The new "hidden" page will have specific files that already exist on other pages but re-arranged for a specific client.
Is there a way to do this so that I can just send someone a link to the new hidden page?

Document download folder is appearing each time we print and would like to change that setting so it does not default to that.

We are running a software application and using Firefox as the default browser. For printing we have set the default to Adobe PDF due to some printing requirements for the documents we use. We print a lot of documents and each time we have to the Download history window appear and we have to close or minimize that. Is there a way to change the default settings for that not to appear or to eliminate that functionality?

With the change in Firefox 20 from the old Download Manager to the new Download Panel, I thought you would only get the automatic appearance one time: for the first download on the new system, so you could see the connection between the arrow on the toolbar and the download panel. Have you overridden the new panel and gone back to the old dialog?

Sometimes the user will delete (let's say) Record 2 after creating a new Record 3
So now the sequencing goes as follows:
Record 1
Incident_Number = 123456
Case_Number = 1
Part_sequence = 1
Record 2
Incident_Number = 123456
Case_Number = 1
Part_sequence = 3
Now there will no longer be a Part_Sequence 2

ITunes won't run after downloading the exe

I downloaded the iTunes exe and tried to run it but it gives me Visual C++ buffer error. I have also tried to uninstall quicktime and install it again but it gives me a fatal error during the uninstallation process from "Add/Remove programs" option. It also gives me 0000b7a4 Offset Error when i try to run the iTunes. I have just bought a 5th Generation Video iPod and want to use iTunes to upload some songs on the iPod. What should I do? I have done all the things possible to run iTunes and uninstall quicktime but it doesnt seem to work. Please help!

I have a mid 2012 macbook pro 13 inch with mountain lion and an apple tv2 software version 5.0.2 and would like to use airplay mirroring however it does not show up in my menu bar. i have been to the display settings and it says there are no devices found
