I would like to know what a CS3 participant is
I would like to get a Creative Cloud account but can't afford the year up front. It doesn't make sense that you offer a monthly account but you don't allow people to pay monthly. You should word it annually instead of monthly as that is very confusing to most people, because you are in fact not offering a monthly account when you are requiring a year up front. You could get sued for this type of wording.

I am not sure if they offer a month-to-month upgrade path from CS3? (If that is what you meant?) I think all the special offers lock you into an annual commitment, not sure.

I've never used Airport network for surfing to the internet on iMac.

I had an in-game purchase that failed to give me my items purchased, this is usually an easy fix, but this one was through EA, I would like to know what steps I can take to rectify this. (I realize that NOT playing EA games is the best answer...)

I'm a newbee, (Win Tech) Would like to know what command it is for reaching the reinstall menu at boot-up.
I do not meen cmd r menu wich just install OSX above the OS. I think I need a totally fresh installation.
Do you have any clue? Have several issues on a new MacBookPro but it's propably "PEBKAC" made..
UffeIt is Command+r or for the online internet system it is Command+option/Alt+r keys. Then you use Disk Utility to erase the macintosh partition, from the built in recovery hd, or you can repartition the drive as one partition from the online system.
To actually get to the online internet system you have to hold that key combo down until you see a globe on the screen. Otherwise it will just boot from the built in recovery hd on the internal drive. -

Well not to get off topic but your company needs a new IT guy. You can slipstream all the updates into an install image and for that matter you can take one PC, updates it, create an image from it and use a universal install feature to image any PC with that updated image.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.I wouldn't use Photoshop to make posters, though of course I'd use it with the photos that are part of the poster. For text work I'd use Illustrator or InDesign as appropriate.

1: when texting, if I tap e.g. the letter T, occasionally 3 or 4 letters T will follow in rapid succession or when the letter T is highlighted to confirm the letter is correct, it will freeze at that point

Also, when scrolling through a message thread to find a particular message, sometimes I have no control over stopping at the wanted message - rapid scrolling right back to the first text occurs & often when I then try again, the reverse happens with rapid scrolling (uncontrollably) through the messages to the last message received.
