I would like t open a second iTunes account for a different country, but still be able to access my original account. It was not clear inthe documentation I read on this subject if this was indeed possible - using the signing out/in, create new account procedure.
How recently did you switch? If it's less than 60 days, then Verizon simply reinstates your previous account. The fact that you were on the EDGE plan and mailed the devices back, and they apparently are somewhere in the system, could cause complications, and it might just work out that you just go back on the same plan and they set you up with the same devices. I'm not sure how it will go - but since you are still being billed for the devices...

You will need to update the address and country that you have on your account, and if using a credit card then that will need to be registered to that new address - you should be able to update them logging into your account via Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes

My Ipod is messed up. Every time i click the top button it just flashes the apple sign for like 5 seconds and then goes off and just continues to do that.Can someone please help?
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Searching on the web for something to open it I get the message from the windows website:

Please help me unistall my old library and then sign back in to use my library in match as my hardrive has gone bang with everything in it.I can log in with a different user profile and stream and download items but it wont let me do it from my actual user account on my macbook. all i want to do is open itunes as with the other macbook guest log in and download all my music from match but do it with my existing user account.

Windows 7 64 itunes 10.5.2 64 - I receive the following error message when opening iTunes - please sign in again itunes match has encountered an error. Please choose sign out and then sign in from the itunes store menu and try again.
When I try to sign out iTunes freezes and I need to shut down windows entirely to get it to open again.
Has anybody been able to resolve this issue?After many annoying sign-in-out-iTunes-match-activation problems I found an easy solution for me. When the iTunes Cloud symbol is broken (and I should sign in again) I just deactivate my notebooks (Windows 7) Wifi (with Fn+F5 for my Thinkpad).Then I call up the Itunes store and iTunes tells my that there is no connection to the internet (most probaply this step is not necessesary). After manual re-activation of my Wifi iTunes seems to re-establish the connection and the Cloud symbol signalizes that iTunes match does work, again.

Pull down File > Add to Library, navigate to the iTunes folder and click "open." This will add all the music to the new iTunes library.

It seems to occur about every couple of hours for me, I can still access the apple store, but music match just dies with the message: "iTunes Match has encountered an error. Please choose Sign Out and then Sign In from the Store menu and try again."
As it takes a good ten minuites for itunes
If this is also occuring in Itunes 11, the previous Discussions are probably not relevant.
Itunes 11 has had significant changes applied, so it would be reasoble to assume this is not the same fault and Apple have some how broken Itunes again.
I might try to downgrade to itunes 11.0, as it looks like music match faults are not high on apples priorities, it looks like took them almost a year to fix this fault last time it occured. -

Did you try setting itunes to run with administrator privileges?

I have full membership to CC and have been using it for 4 months. Randomly Photoshop stopped opening jpgs, so I uninstalled and re-installed. Photoshop then stopped working all together. I signed out of the app manager and when I signed back in all my info was gone and only "TRIAL VERSIONS" of CC apps were available. I paid for this software. I need to be able to download it again.

Every few hours I receive this error message:

I have a mobleme account and an existing iweb website. I would like to create a second website with a registered domain name. How do I do this?
All you need to do is create your second site in iWeb, move it to the top of lhe list of sites in the left hand pane and publish to your MobileMe account. You must make sure the second site has a different name from the first.
Then setup domain name forwarding to the second site following Apple's instructions here: iWeb: Using your own domain name. You will need to setup forwarding at your domain name provider also.
The key is that the second site (with the domain name) must the top top size in iWeb.
Note: with MobileMe scheduled to be discontinued on June 30, 2012, you might begin looking into obtaining another host. When you do you'll find that both sites will need to have a domain name.
When the time comes take a look at HostExcellence.com. I've had excellent results with it. They have a couple of packages that offer free domain names. And most important they have outstanding 24/7, ear-to-ear customer support.
