Or install Adobe Reader in the iPad and use that instead to view PDFs. Once installed, you can transfer PDFs between the two devices using iTunes on the Mac. Go to the iPad's Apps section and you will find a File Sharing section thru which you can move the PDFs.

When I open a saved document in pages, then close it right away without making any changes, why does it ask if I would like to save the page or all new info will be lost?

I have a few saved documents and when I open them to view them quick, sometimes when I close it, I will get asked if I would like to save the document or all my new info will be lost. I didnt change anything so Im not sure why it asks me that. When I open the document again, all the info is there and nothing is different. Thanks

Unless they were Word documents, Pages has done nothing really, but it is updating date information in the file.
It is annoying but just ignore it and don't save.

1: when texting, if I tap e.g. the letter T, occasionally 3 or 4 letters T will follow in rapid succession or when the letter T is highlighted to confirm the letter is correct, it will freeze at that point

Also, when scrolling through a message thread to find a particular message, sometimes I have no control over stopping at the wanted message - rapid scrolling right back to the first text occurs & often when I then try again, the reverse happens with rapid scrolling (uncontrollably) through the messages to the last message received.

I would suggest using Apple's Pages which allows support for imbedding videos from the device's camera roll. Pages also allows for sharing via email, Air Drop, and Messages.

People I make websites for often want to post stuff but don't want to get in HTML or web creation. Using iFrame with pdf files is one answer but being able to use MHT files would be better, saved from Word for example with images. But Firefox needs extensions for this to work. There are a couple example program online and in LabVIEW that I think you’ll find useful. You might want to consider just writing out a tab-delimited spreadsheet file that Excel can read rather than writing it out to Excel directly as this requires learning ActiveX and Microsoft’s Common Object Model.
In LabVIEW, see the Write to Text File.vi in C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\examples\file\smplfile.llb. Writes simulated, timestamped data to a text file in ASCII format that can be read by spreadsheet applications.

Plug your iPhone into your Mac and open iPhoto. Transfer the photos from the phone to your Mac.
