I would like to sync using a certain e-mail address. I'm getting the message that I have made too many attempts to sync using the address?

I would simply like to use the same e-mail address to use the sync option. After using an incorrect e-mail, I deleted that account. I am now getting an error message that states I have made too many attempts to create an account using the e-mail that I wanted to use. Thank you.

The device is locked to Verizon wireless not a Russian cell provider.
You can use Verizon here in the states. Get a Verizon Sim.
In out of the country use, pop in that Sim and it should work. However Verizon does not unlock for use in the USA.
And you must be a Verizon customer to get it unlocked to use in other countries. Apple claims it will work in other countries.

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

Why do I get error message that iTunes could not copy x song while syncing

This is not a Touch issue per se, but once in awhile while syncing up on an XP computer, iTunes will give me the error message that it was not able to copy certain songs to the Touch because the orginal could not be found. Funny thing is, when that happens, I don't actually lose the song, but it shows up twice in my library, with an exclamation point next to one of them.
Why does this happen, and is there anything that can be done to prevent it? It has happened on songs I have purchased, as well as CD's I have imported. For the CD songs, I re-imported, and those songs no longer showed up in the list of songs where the orignal could not be found. I just find it strange.

AAPL is correct in that it was a duplicate. I deleted the dup (with the exclamation point next to it) and I still have the other song in my library.
I don't believe I ever moved anything, so I'm still not sure why the original song remains and when syncing a duplicate appears with the error message. This has also happened on a music video I bought just days ago. But, whatever, as long as I didn't lose anything no big deal.

I work on a website where I open a flash window to see how the changes I have made look. When I open the flash window, my mouse no longer works properly - I cannot click into the window - and scroll down to look at it. It also seems to "lock" up the page as I cannot click anywhere sometimes on this page (original or the flash window.) If I click on a different page completely and then go back, it seems to reset (actually sort of blinks) and then I can close the flash window. When I use the touchpad on my laptop, it works fine. When I use internet explorer, it works.

What kind of menu opens if you right click in the Flash area? 
Is that the Flash player menu?
You can check for problems caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and possibly downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3.

Anyone else getting a message that they have almost used all of their data for the month?

We just got a message saying that we have used 90% of our data for the month and we are only 10 days into the billing cycle. I looked at our account on line and it says that we aren't even close to using our total data for the month. When does all of the stupid stuff stop? When I switched to Verizon 10 years ago, they were great. Great customer service, great plans, etc. Now that has gone away. The 4G service is an absolute joke. Where I used to have great service, there literally is none, and the phone won't even switch to 3G if it is in a bad area. I travel through a major city every day and I am amazed at how crappy the service is.
Now I'm getting messages that aren't even correct??? I have a lot of lines on my account and I don't want to go elsewhere, especially since I live in the country and Verizon is the only way to get decent internet service, but this is getting rediculous. I guess listening to the customers doesn't matter anymore as long as they get their money.

mende1....I still have the problem.
I have been trying out the "Show/Hide Music in the Cloud" in the View menu and it works fine as long as I am in the "Show/Albums/Artists/Genres" fields of ITunes.
My problem still is that in my SmartPlaylist the iCloud tracks are still showing up and trying to download and play if I don't stop them time. The Hide/Show Cloud doesn't even show up in the View menu if you are listening to a playlist smart or regular either one.
My problem is that I'm on a Satelite connection (Hughes.net) and I'm only allowed 250 mb's download per week unless I download between 2 and 6 am New York time and then the download is free of charge other wise I have to pay extra.
A real pain for sure..
Any Ideas?

I have Garage Band on my Ipad Mini and I notice that it does not have a "delay effect" that can be added to my music. There are other effects, but no delay, which is the most important one for me. How can I add this effect? Thank you.

There are not many effects available in GarageBand on the iPad. You can add reverb and echo to the Master Track, but that's it.
