If it were not for Firefox, I would not be able to have my computer crash every time I start Firefox; I would not have my graphics card crash; I would not have Firefox send reports to whoever although I have clearly specified that it shouldn't do that; I wouldn't have to deal with constant Firefox crashes that take many minutes to recover from because the bug reporter runs in the background and sends information I don't want it to, to whoever I don't know, using up my vital resources and time.

Those problems have been reported in some iPads. Is the problem(s) in every one? Doesn't seem to be. There just seems to be a few batches/shipments with issues.
Has the problem been solved? Unknown.
The heat and battery issues seem to be fixable with a software/firmware restore. the wif issue seems to be ongoing and presumably the subject of a later fix.
Will you get one of these devices when you buy yours? flip a coin. No way to know until you get it.

Yes. See this article from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different ways to copy content from your iPod over to your computer and into iTunes. Once you have successfully done that, you can go ahead and sync the content over to your iPhone.

I would like to see the time in a waveform graph (real-time)

i need the x-axis of the waveform graph to show real time (from the computer clock). I have made a program with all the example. He read and log data when the chosen time has elapsed. the program work's well...but i dont't know why the x-axis blink every time he draw a point
i can see two x-axis in the same time.

The Store menu is at the top of your screen in the iTunes window.

You need to start over.. the MAC addresses are different.. if you try it will fail.. even with the same names and same IP addresses because it is not the same box.. it is much better to start over.
And even use a wholly different naming structure.. short.. 2-20 characters no spaces.. and pure alphanumerics.
It doesn't take long really to redo it.

I would think you would drop down the audio level lines in the "Stereo" tab (FCP 6.0.6 view to me) in the clip's video window.
But then again, in my old version, I can't play two clips at once. But I figure if the newer FCP allow you to do that, then that's what I would do.

I did that - nothing happen... I have changed my adobe ID and all address to my Canada home.
Having log myself out and re-log back in to start the Creative Cloud subscription. The payment still shows in Sterling Pounds.
This is difficult as I am no longer earning Sterling pounds as a wage and the subscription would automatically be doubled payment, because Canadian $ is less in currency exchange to the UK Sterling Pound.
Thanks for your above suggestions, but what should I do now, to resolved this issue.

You can't back up to iCloud until you update to iOS 5 or higher. You will have to back up your iPod on your computer using iTunes. Update iTunes on your computer to the latest version, then connect your iPod to your computer, open iTunes, if iTunes give you a pop-up asking if you want to update your iPod, decline. Then click on the name of your iPod in iTunes, go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases to transfer any purchased media to your iTunes library. Next, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click on Back Up Now to back up your iPod on your computer.
When it's done backing up, click on Check for Update (or Update) on the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings. Allow your iPod to update, and leave it connected to your computer. At the end, it will restart and give you the option to restore to the iTunes backup you made earlier. Choose this option to restore your backup and sync your apps and other iTuens media to your phone.
This process is outlined in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4972, under "If you are attempting to update using a Mac or PC with which you normally sync".

iTunes only syncs to Apple devices.
Assuming the media is not DRM protected, any of the media can be dragged and dropped from iTunes onto other drives (external, flash, etc) as the user chooses.

You have to restore whole libraries.. but if you want your whole itunes library you can do that.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
