No, no one here can help you, & neither can/will Apple. Only Orange can authorize the unlocking of your phone, & typical of most carriers, they will only do so for customers using the phone on their network.
Either establish service with Orange, then request the phone be unlocked, or sell it to someone that can use it on their network. -

Sprint will only unlock the SIM slot for international use for current Sprint customers in good standing.
AT&T will unlock iPhones purchased as no-commitment phones with proof of purchase from Apple or AT&T or for customers who have completed their contract or paid the early termination fee.
T-Mobile phones are already unlocked.
The other US carriers do not offer unlocking for iPhones. -

STNot officially for sale in the US, at the present time, although Apple's flagship store on 5th Ave, in New York City, gets supplies from time-to-time. However, no GSM US model iPhone 5 will support LTE anywhere other than North America. It will not support LTE in Europe. If you want LTE support in Europe, you need to purchase your phone in Europe.
