For individual Apps to access iCloud drive, the APP Developer must set that up. If it is not an option in a specific application that you use, you should submit feedback to the App Developer to add the feature.

Looks like its fixed. I am syncing it now. A lot of the answers are for the new iphone so i had to mess with a bunch of settings as well. My old phone is now an 8 gig ipod. the books app no longer works and that *****.....but better than nothing...

You will be able to designate a different Spectrum Analyzer, but because the Agilent Spectrum Analyzer is not on the list of supported hardware you'll have to take the measurements manually.

The new iMacs do not come with a MiniDisplayPort, they have Thunderbolt, so unless you are talking about purchasing one of the previous generation iMacs such as this refurbished model in the online Apple store, it won't work. And yes, if you are going to get the full range of video resolutions you will need the Dual-Link version.

Wi-Fi only iPads do not have the GPS chip and rely on inaccurate methods to determine location. So a cellular iPad is a must even if you do not set up a cellular data account.
Also downloaded maps take up space on the iPad. So I would suggest that you consider an iPad with storage greater that the base model.

USB keyboards are generic and should work without any difficulty.
If it's a wireless keyboard, it may or may not work, depending on the drivers Microsoft uses. Having said that, there are some drives with built-in wifi routers that a device can connect to. These would behave like a cloud device in which some of your apps might be able to connect.

Unfortunately logging into your account won't help, because then I don't have access to Illustrator.
I was just trying around a little if you could share it with me, but unfortunately sharing doesn't seem to work with Draw files. You could try and find someone near you who also has an iPad and Illustrator and then try to send it to them via AirDrop. But I don't know if that actually shares the file or just a PNG.
Maybe someone on the Draw forum has an idea how you could send the file to someone else.
