Thanks for your prompt response, however I have first seen it now. I have placed an active SIM card in the iPhone turned it off and on. It now says SIM locked, please write access code. The problem is I don't remember the password. When I connect it to iTunes it tell me that I have to write the password before it can be used with iTunes...... Do you have any good ideas? iDVD may or may not work with them – depending what kind of MP4 and AVI each is.
Drag them into iDVD and preview them to check compatibility.
If there are issues, use MPEG Streamclip and re-wrap them as QuickTime.

If you want to stop sending reports to Apple and developers when apps crash, then go to System Preferences, click on Security & Privacy and click on Privacy. You will then see on the left side of the window an section for Diagnostics & Usage with the option to turn off sending crash data to app developers. I just bought a 3TB My Book that I would like to store my iPhoto library on and remove it from my hard drive completely. I am running Time Machine with another external drive as back up and would like to use Time Machine to also back up my photos that will be on my My Book external. How do I move my iPhoto library to my new external and delete it from my hard drive? The catch is that I only want this new external to be for my iPhoto. I don't want Time Machine to start backing up my entire hard drive, since I already have an external dedicated to back up. I have not attached my external yet because I am afraid it will automatically start backing up my entire hard drive. I am very experienced on a Mac but not very technical so please, no big words and THANKS MUCH in advance!!

First format the drive to OS X Extended (journaled) with ownership set to be ignored:
Next drag your iPhoto library from your Pictures folder to the EHD. When the copying is complete launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and in the window that comes up select the library on the EHD:
Check the file path under the window to make sure the correct library has been selected.
Once you've confirmed that the EHD library is working properly and has all of your photos you can delete the library in your Pictures folder.

Hello, it may be tough finding an ADC->DVI adapter, & not certain ADC->DVI->HDMI 2 adapters will work.
I'm reasonably certain Apple no longer carries anything for ADC.

My wife and I only have one computer but we each have iPhone 4 everytime either of us update our phones it gives me her apps and visa versa we do make sure we sign in our iTunes account first is anything can do to prevent that from occuring

You have to transfer all of your purchases into iTunes from the old Pad and then sync that content onto the new iPad. You have to be signed into the correct Apple ID each time that you want to sync with iTunes - on the iPad itself and in iTunes on the computer.

You have to use the same ID that you bought your apps with every time that you want to update those apps. You will have to continue to log in and out of both Apple ID's if you are going to continue to use content purchased with both ID's.
As soon as you download a past purchase with one of the ID's, you will associate the iPad with that ID and you may lock yourself out of the other ID for 90 days.
