IAGR DRFT Work Order Status

Hello,
One of our Suppliers in SNC is having a problem with a Work Order. Right now the Status on the Work Order is IAGR DRFT (In Agreement and Draft). How do I remove the Draft status? As long as the WO is in this status no one can accept it. This is also causing a problem on the ASN for this as it was not confirmed completely, only partially Confirmed on the PO

I will the explain the general WO process view, If anything deviates from this, Please explain the step explictly
As customer i create a PO in sap ECC system, Coreesponding PO and WO are created in SNC
ex: 4500017485 and WO OEM0008522
Now In work order configuration as explained in previous msg
I do not check the "publish work orderupon creation and change option"
Then
Log into webui As customer
I would see required action-----Publish changes
WO status: CINE- content in negotiation
WO delivery line status : INEG DRFT-   in negotiation draft
After i pubilsh using save/publish i see status
WO status: CINE- content in negotiation
WO delivery line status : INEG -   in negotiation
Now log in as supplier into webui
I would see required action------respond to proposal
I go and select teh delevery line use action button-select Accept request
Then click adapt work order button (if automatic publish changes is not active, woo1 profile WO_AUTO_ADAPT_CHANGES validation check inactive )
Then i will see status
WO delivery line status : IAGR DRFT-   in AGREEMENT DRAFT
WO status: CINE- content in negotiation
REQUIRED ACTION-----PUBLISH CHANGES
Then i press save/publish buttion-
WO status----
CIAG ---content in agreement
WO delivery line -
IAGR----in agreemetn
THen you can start reporting actual data and ASN etc

Generating deltas records after a work order status change

Hi
We are currently reporting on Work Order status changes in BW. However, the process team has written an ABAP program that allows users to change a Work Order status or an Opeartion status. Any changes using this method do not trigger a delta record to be written to the Outbound Queue MCEX17 and subsequently we do not pick them up in BW without having to to a re-initialise.
Could anyone tell me how we could trigger a delta to be written to the Outbound Queue in the same manner as the standard Work Order change transaction IW32.

Work Order Status report

Hi,
Any body have ideal?
What are the work order summary report mean for?
I am using T-code ZPM02 to view the report but the report display the work center according to the category CRTL,REL,PCNF,CNF,TECO and CLSD with each colunmn display the figure.
What is mean for CRTL,REL,PCNF,CNF,TECO and CLSD?

Thank you for the information, the report is indeed a customized report.
Could advice how to diffrentiaze between customize and standard report in SAP system?
Can the IW39 list all orders with all the status in IW39?
The reason being I am having problem with the customize report display (work order summary report)the status diffrence with the IW39 is the detail report.I am now looking for the SAP standard report for work order summary report to compare with the customize report to verify which report are display not correct.
Do you have any ideal others than IW39 what others report in SAP system show the work order summary report?

You can use the FM 'STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN' for updating the user status. and 'STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN for updating the system status.

How to refer the work order status value from a different transaction in the step handler?

Hi All,
I have a requirement to check the status of the work order from a different transaction before doing some logic in the current transaction. The following transactions are done to replicate the issue
1)changing the status to ONSITE to edit the work order (transaction 1)
2)Adding some information which will do some logic (transaction 2)
3)Completing the work order (transaction 3)
The transaction 2 will have some logic and will be executed only if the status is COMP but even though the status is COMP now (transaction 3) my condition check in the logic is showing as ONSITE status(transaction.status=ONSITE) and it fails. How can i get the latest status of the work order in the device? Please advice

The CompleteWorkOrderFinish sub action does have Apply action (screenshot 1) and the transaction definition (screenshot 2)of CompleteWorkOrderFix transaction with the only property Status which has the following settings (screenshot 3)
Also I am trying to add a status property in EditMeterFitDetaisl transaction and update this value with the current status of the work order using object collections filtering with key value. Please let me know if that approach can be followed. Thanks

Values for various work order status

Hi Guys,
In AUFK table(which is the order master data table), there is a field ASTNR, which indicates the order status.
But I couldn't get any values for each status of the orders.
If anyone knows the status and the value for the corresponding status of the order, please let me know.

Hey,
ASTNR is not the field you should be evaluating for your requirement. You should look into the system/user status tables of the work order.
The system status master table is TJ02T and the user status master table is TJ30T. To derive the user statuses assigned to work order you need to know the status profile assigned to the work order type.
The various statuses assigned to a work order in its entire life cycle can be found in the table JEST.
In your case first get the user status code from the TJ30T table and then get all records from JEST for the derived user status code. JEST-OBJNR contains the work order number.

Work Order check while completing PM Notification

Dear Friends,
I want a check in my PM Notification. while the notification is completed the related work order status should be "Technically completed". Can this be achieved by config?

Hi,
There is no configuration that allows this type of check.
You could use a exit such as QQMA0014 to prevent completion based on your own logic.
Possibly prevent notification completion when there is a order attached, then notification can only be completed when order is completed from IW32.

Work Order Release Approval workflow

Hi All,
I am trying to setup Work Order Release Approval workflow. I have set its AME using supervisory level as the action type. When I tried set work order status, I had to set the department as I set department attribute as its AME condition, and work order status changed into Release - Pending and form become disable.
Where can the supervisor make his/her approval to relese the pending status?
I tried the Maintenance Super User page, but it can only review.
Any help is greatly apprecaited.

This is a followup to a question I asked in the SCM forum but was asked to post EAM questions here by Sandeep who answered my previous questions graciously.

For this one I think the work order status would be changed to complete?

What table info gets set when this happens?

A> WIP_MOVE_TRANSACTIONS is probably what you are looking for. Write a trigger on that table.
B> WIP_OPERATION_RESOURCES is the table used. So you can write a trigger on that table.

Work orders and updating user status (via IW32)

Hello All,
I was given a design to create a program that will retrieve all open work orders. The program needs to check on all the purchase orders for that work order to check if order quantity matches the received quantity and the invoice quantity. If it matches, I will do an IW32 to change the user status to 'AIP' (All Invoices Paid). If there are no invoices or purchase orders, I will again, do an IW32 to change the user status to 'AIP'.
And since this is my first time to work on a PM ticket, I'm not very familiar with the tables being used. I've tried looking for a list of PM tables. One table I got is AUFK (Order Master Data). I searched through the table and it has the fields for Sales Order Number (KDAUF) and Item Number (KDPOS). Is this the Purchase Order related to the work order? Also, is there a way I can see or verify it through a transaction? I tried looking into transaction IW33 but I couldn't find any Purchase Order Number there. Also, how do you know if a work order is open or not? Is there a field that indicates it?
I was thinking if there are any BAPI's I can use to change a work order's user status instead of doing a CALL TRANSACTION 'IW32'? I saw a function module, RFC_CHANGE_PM_ORDER, that does a remote function call to IW32 but this has dialogs. I'd appreciate any input.

You can use the BAPI - BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to maintain orders.
Given below few order related tables

RESB     -Order componenten
AFVC     -Order operations
AFVV     -Quantities/dates/values in the operation

JSTO     -Status profile
JEST     -Object status

Work Order - TECO Status Question

Dear All,
Is there a way to indicate who performed the last accounting transaction with a Work order?
For example, Who Teco'd the order and when it was Teco'd, etc..
This allows me to create a report to show productivity of how many work orders being complete.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

From PP Stand point ,if you are looking at TECO of Production order with individual person did , U can use COOIS functionality seleting Sytem Status : TECO and Give the Production Scheduler .There are lot of functionality u can use within date ranges, plant wise , material wise and u have the option to choose various lay out to generate report from COOIS.

LSMW for changing user status on work order(IW32)

Hi All,
I have created a LSMW for changing user status on work order using transaction IW32. It does not change the status when i run the LSMW. In the recording for the LSMW, i select the radio button on the user status i want to select.
When i run the LSMW in the foreground, it does everything except select the correct status.
Is there a way to fix this or is it a problem with LSMW. I'm using ECC6

I am not sure whether it would work with LSMW but if your on ECC 6.00 ,Enhacement Pack 3 then you have BADIs which allow you to make collective status changes in IW38 .The below are those BADIs :-
BADI_EAM_RIAUFK20_FCODE_CUS1 :Implement Customer Function Code in Order List
BADI_EAM_RIAUFK20_FCODE_SAP1 :Implement SAP Function Code in Order List
Else if your on lower version then write up a batch programme which checks the PM Order types with specific status and sets user status using FM STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN[This is used to set or delete User Status] in SE37 ..
