웹에서 프로시져조회를 하면 아래와 같은 에러 메세지가 발생합니다.
그리고 제대로 작동하는 프로시져도 한글이 모두 ?????씩으로 나오는데요.
뭐가 문제인지 알고 싶습니다.
ORA-06500: PL/SQL: storage error
ORA-06512: at "SYS.OWA", line 54
ORA-06512: at line 4
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 32028 bytes of shared memory ("unknown object","PLS non-lib hp","plbtn: outlined leaf data")

  • New features Workflow 2.6.2 - iAS9 Rel 2

    Hello,
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between :
Oracle Workflow 2.6.2 installed as stand alone
    versus
Oracle Workflow 2.6.2 installed with the iAS9 Release 2 (workflow is installed automatically when installing
Oracle9iAS InterConnect 9.0.2 Hub and Developer Kit).
Are there any new features added to Workflow when using the iAS9 rel 2 ?
Do some things work differently, for example using the java functin activity agent. As this works using Advanced Queing.
I already looked in the ias doc, but didn't find much.
    Tnx,
    Chris.

The 2 releases are essentially the same, the main difference is that in iAS 9.0.2 you can leverage Single Sign on Oracle Internet Directory integration.
A new feature introduced in 9.2 was the Oracle Workflow Manager component of Oracle Enterprise Manager, which you can use to submit background engines and other workflow system processes, and has graphs of workflow item metrics and agent activity.

  • When will IAS9.0.4 be released !!!

When will IAS9.0.4 be released !!!

Indeed it's very confusing. This week I also heard that version 9.0.2.6 will be released in the end of March, including the upgrade scripts.
The release date for 9.0.4 is not set yet, but they told me that upgrading from 3.0.9 to 9.0.4 will NOT be supported. So, we all have to migrate first to 9.0.2. I do not know whether you've tried it yet, but one of the biggest problems is that virtual hosts (and ssodatax) are not working in that version. So, if you have more than one domainname pointing to your portal-server, it will not be possible anymore to keep the url as the user typed it in. By the way, version 9.0.2 is the first "major release" and would it be wise to use that version for large production sites?
It is also very alarming that 904 takes so long. We only wanted a nice WYSIWIG editor for the text items and got a completely new product 902. Perhaps 904 will be totally new as well....

  • Oracle IAS9 - Standard Edition

    Hi,
we have bought Oracle 8i 8.1.7 SE and Oracle IAS9i SE 1.0.2, both on Win 2k; when installing IAS9i, we choosed "Standard Edition", but noticed that also an Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition was installed with the service started automatically (but the listener service was set to manual).
The questions are : is Oracle 8i EE part of the product? is it included in the license of IAS9i Standard Edition?
    Thanks,

    Hi Marco,
Yes you are right. Along with 9iAS you will get one 8i database. I am not sure about the licensing though, but I ASSUME if you are licensed to use 9iAS SE, you will also licensed to use the database along with that.
Regarding the listener service.... right now in Win2k system, the TNSListener service is coming as manual by default where as in NT, by default it is automatic. But you can change the mode if you want to.

  • Oracle8i IAS9i on the same machine running RH6.2

    Hi there,
I have Oracle8i intalled on my RH 6.2 machine. I would like to try out IAS9i. According to the installation guide, it seems that IAS9i would prefer to have its own machine. Is it possible to configure them to work together? What should be done?
    Thank you very much!

    Hi
I am currently running oracle 8i on hp unix 11i.
I would like to ask whether I could run another instance(another oracle 8i database ) on the same machine.
In another word can I run two database on the same machine?
Is there any implication by doing so?
    Thanks in advance Hi,
You can create multiple databases on the same machine, if you have sufficient resources.

  • IAS9i with Portal3.0 on RH 6.2 Linux

    Hi,
I am installing iAS9i and having problems with the Oracle Portal Configuration Assistant.
It goes all the way through the install, and returns a message that errors were detected in the post-installation check. -The SSOHash has not been loaded into the DB. - The enabler configuration table does not have any entries.
In the iAS9i installation log, I found an error in Install Action 11, running ssoinsd.sql, Error at line 1, ORA-06510 and ORA-06512: at "PORTAL30_IAS2A_SSO.WWSSO_UTL", line 1094, and at line 495, and the same type of errors in "WWSSO_LS_PRIVATE" , line 238. It also indicates that the SSOHash does not exist.
It found similar errors in ssoseedl.sql, and a few others: Setting Portal Partner App, and Setting Login Server Partner App.
I also saw errors in ssoseedw.sql: Error Seeding the Portal Enabler config entry.
In ssossedu.sql I saw: Error Obtaining Login Server Configuration.
I found the manual way of installing the SSOHash (loadjava -user portal30_IAS2A_sso/[email protected] -resolve SSOHash.class) and it appears to run without error, after I changed the script shell from ksh to sh.
However, I still get the same errors when trying to reinstall (after uninstall) Oracle Portal.
After reinstall OP, and SSOHash, I tried to run the scripts that failed manually, but got the same errors as before.
I hope I have provided a reasonable amount of detail.
    Can you help?

    Ok,
I have followed the MetaLink Note #133400.1 for installing iAS9i on Linux.
The only differences between it and what I had already done was to set ORACLE_TERM and use the Blackdown jdk (I had used Sun's).
I still get the exact same errors.
What version of RedHat are most people starting with (6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 7.0, ...)?
I have a 8.1.6.1 EE DB running on a 6.2 system with the appropriate upgrades.
Can anyone who has made this work help me?

  • Migrating from OAS to iAS9

    Hi!
I'm looking for documents about migrating from OAS 4.0.8.1 (Linux & HP-UX) to iAS9. The document i have found on OTN don't tells me much about how to migrate from JServlet and PL/SQL.
    My main questions are:
    - how do i migrate my Servlet, which uses many Oracle spezific classes (icx etc.). Are these Classes supported in iAS?
    - how i call PL/SQL-Skripts from Servlets now? Is ICX supported?
    - can i use my PL/SQL scripts without modifications? I'm using only htp.print
    Che
    null

    a) ICX is not supported from Java. However, ICX is just http library - kind of like java.net.url. So, you should be able to do everything that ICX provided using java.net packages. If not, pl. submit a followup and we can discuss.
    b) The way you would call a PLSQL procedure is you would just submit a request thru java.net.url package. The target url of this request would be one that maps to the plsql procedure. You will thus have the response back in a string.
    c) You can use your plsql scripts without modifications [at least for what you are doing. there are some minor changes, but they don't impact you.]
The other thing to note is that you cannot runa standalone sql file like you could in OAS. It has to be in the database.

  • Installation of iAS9 - DNS

    Hi,
am installing iAS9i on NT 4.0 I have teh following question please:
who can i setup DNS for the nt that make iAS9i configuration working
    Thanks,
    Hazem

    Sorry that didn't work, Stefan.
Perhaps HP has the wrong graphics driver pegged to the support page for your notebook.
I doubt I will be able to help you with this problem.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try other Intel HD graphics drivers from other business notebooks such as the Elitebook 850 G1.

  • IAS9i Relase 1 on Red Hat Linux 8

I am trying to install IAS9i Relase 1 on Red Hat Linux 8. I connect with user oracle and tried to start runinstaller but it simply did not start.
Do I have to install something prior installing ias.

Did you check the prerequisites in the installation guide?
I believe that 9iAS Rel. 1 is not supported on Red Hat Linux 8, only 7.1 or Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS/ES 2.1.

  • Deploying ear from within JDeveloper9.0.2 to ias9.0.2

    Hi,
Is there a way to deploy an enterprise archive from within JDeveloper9.0.2 to an Oracle ias9.0.2 instance. If I try to deploy my application I get the following message:
Security error: This operation was denied. The admin.jar utility can not be used to perform operations against OPMN managed OC4J instnaces. Please use Enterprise Manager or dcmctl instead. Refer to the Oracle9iAS Admin Guide or the OC4J User's Guide for more details.
Exit status of Oracle9iAS admin tool (-deploy): 1
I'm guessing that with the new ias version I can only deploy by using oem or dcmctl, but wouldn't it be convenient if we still could use JDev?
    Thx,
    -J.
    BTW. What are 'instnaces' ;-)

You are correct ... you must use dcmctl or OEM - see:
    Re: Conditional execution in pl/sql
But JDev 9.0.3 will have the ability to invoke the DCM deployment utility within its application server connections.
As for "instances" - it is a term meant to describe multiple instances of OC4J within Oracle9iAS. In fact, you can multiple application server instances with multiple OC4J instances in each. This clustering architecture is what necessitated the need for dcmctl. For a quick architecture overview with a nice diagram check out:

  • Migrating from BEA WebLogic 5.1 (Windows 2000) to iAS9

    Hi!
I am looking for a step-by-step guide for migrating from BEA WebLogic 5.1 (Windows 2000) to iAS9. The guide should contain the detailed information on how to migrate servlets and EJBs.
    Some of my questions are:
    - What do I have to do when I have system startup files from WebLogic? Are there equivalent properties for iAS9?
    # Register a startup class by giving it a virtual name and
    # supplying its full pathname.
    #weblogic.system.startupClass.[virtual_name]=[full_pathname]
    # Add arguments for the startup class
    #weblogic.system.startupArgs.[virtual_name]={argname]=[argvalue]
    - How do I set the system properties?
    Phuoc
    null

This a response to the specific point of startup/shutdown classes, a whole Migration paper is underway
Since Servlet 2.2 and EJB containers in 9i AS run within the middle tier database instance,
the easier way to accompish what you want is to declare those classes as database startup/shutdown triggers (Java stored procedures).
You can also set session properties using the "modifyprops" command (cf Java Tools Reference)

Yes I did have a problem with the net configuration hanging when I performed the install.
I had to cancel it, the rest of the install seemed to work fine. Afterwards I ran the command manually.
You can get the command to run from your install.log file. Locate the section that starts off the configuration tools. I placed the command to set off the net configuration tool at the end of this post. If you decide to use it, you should change the directories to suit your own setup.
