IBase linking with Account Identification

Hello,
Can I know the configuration involved if I'd like the Account be linked to the IBase in WebClient?
Meaning to say, when an IBase is confirmed, it auto populates the Account information or when an Account is confirmed, the IBase related to the Account is displayed?

Hi,
First, you need to create your Ibase and add partner information (IB52 - Change Installed Base ->Goto>Partner ). In this path, you need to complete partner with function Ship to Party and Sold to Party.
Second, your Interaction Center Profile, need to have correct configuration for search installed base. SPRO> Customer Relationship Management> Interaction Center WebClient> Master Data> Accounts> Define Account Identification Profiles. In this path, please ensure that "Ibase search partner" has an entry (customer, contact person or both).
After that, in IC when you select a Ibase with partner, system automatically found BP and confirm.

Tax code linking with account mapped to condition type in vkoa

Hi,
I created two new discount condition types and mapped an account in vkoa as per client's requirements. There is no field for tax code in the condition record maintenance screen. However, on creation of billing document I am getting error 'No taxes on sales/purch. are allowed for account 416010 TCL, A4 is not allowed.' Message no. FS217. Is there any setting in FI linking the account with the tax code? Or should I check any SD settings?

this are two programs which are affected with the respective TAX CODES.
check FTXP for the same.

Issue with Account Identification Screen

Hello Experts,
We're facing an issue in our IC web client UI. The scenario is as below :
- Agent logs into the UI, the first screen to appear after logon is the Account Identification screen.
- Without entering any Account number, or confirming any account, the agent directly clicks on the Sales Order work centre. This opens the Sales Order selection box ( but the Account Identification screen from the background has now disapperared).
- The selection box is closed without choosing any of the available options. This results in a blank work area left behind.
- After this, neither can Account Identification be selected from the navigation bar, nor the transaction be ended using END button.
The requirement is that the Account Identification screen should stay in the backgraound even when the Sales Order selection box appears, or when it is closed.
Is this related to some configuration settings?
Any pointers to how this can be solved will be highly appreciated.

For IC webclient you have to confirm the BP first, before doing anything else, this is training and business process issue.
For your issue open an OSS with SAP this will help.

Read IBASE details in Account Overview

Hi All,
I have a requirement to read Ibase details in Account overview screen.
I created component usage of ICCMP_IBASE in BP_HEAD.
My need is to get Ibase data (without enhancing ICCMP_IBASE) in BP_HEAD dynamically, when a partner is selected.
I have an IBASE link in account overview screen.
If I write code in wd_component_usage, how will it navigate to ICCMP_IBASE and get the respective data for the partner.
Any idea how to go ahead?

Bit confused with your requirement, please clarify..
1.Are you trying to show ibase assignment block in account overview page(this requires component usage/binding) or
2. You want to have a ibase link in account overview page on click of that it should dynamically navigate to ibase view and show the ibase data(it requires cross component navigation)

IBase search result list not showing in Account Identification

Hi Gurus,
I'm new to CRM and we have an upgrade issue. We just migrated to EHP3 for SAP CRM 7.0. After the migration, the installed Base result list is not showing in the Account Identification screen. We have the requirement to show the installed base on the right side of the confirmed account and also the result list in case the customer have multiple equipments. The first part is working correct and it shows the data if there is only one equipment with the customer. But in cases where there are more than 1, the installed base view shows blank and also the result list does not show. Instead the Interaction History is displayed. I have checked all the forums and the config and it all looks correct. Here is the list of config that we have
1) I have the Account Identification Profile created and assigned the Object Component 'ICCMP_IBASE' to it with Auto Search checked ON. This I believe is for the IBase Details which is working fine for single equipments.
2) Function Profile 'BPIDENT' with value of the Account Identification Profile has been assigned to the Business Profile.
3) The Installed Base Profile 'DEFAULT_TREE' has been updated to UNCHECK 'Display Tree' as we want the result list.
4) Function Profile 'IBASE' with value 'DEFAULT_TREE' has been assigned to the Business Profile.
Am I missing something? The exact same config works perfectly in a box that has not yet been upgraded. Any help would be appreciated...

I tested this issue and I can reproduce it in my environment. However, as far as I know, this behavior won't affect the usage of the address book.

I have 1 apple ID linked with 2 account help me please.

I got a new ipad2 from genious bar, the old one was broken. when i login to the game center it's showing me i create a new account. when i login to gamecenter again it is my old account. I open the Gunbros app, the notification shows use exsiting account or create a new acount, or cancell. i chose use my exsiting account. then i login with my new game center account. exit the gunbros app, and open the game center, it's the new account. how to delete the new game center account linked with my apple id. please help.

You can't delete accounts unfortunately. Your question is a bit confusing because you're logging in and out. Forget about the new account and just use the old. Log out of the GC account you don't want, and log in with the account you want. If Gunbros app is asking you which account to use choose existing account ie the account you last logged into Game Centre with.

Oracle E-Business Suite account has not been linked with the Single Sign-On

We followed this note 1484024.1 to integrate Oracle EBS 12.1.3 with Oracle Access manager 11g R2.
Integrating Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with Oracle Access Manager 11gR2 (11.1.2) using Oracle E-Business Suite Access Gate [ID 1484024.1]
All the steps have been complete successfully without any errors.
When the excisistign users trying to login.. they will get the single single OAM page but not able to use their current user id and passwords..
it says: "Your Oracle E-Business Suite account has not been linked with the Single Sign-On account that you just entered. Please enter your Oracle E-Business Suite information. The next time you sign on with your Single Sign-On account, it will automatically sign you on to the Oracle E-Business Suite using the following account information. "

When it asks the user information here, enter the EBS username and password.
The first time users login to ebs, it needs to link that particular usre with a particular.
The next time you login, it does auto link.

Contact AppleCare (or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
I'm not exactly sure what procedures are in place for such events, but it may take a while and you may need to provide a death certificate and a note from the executor that the iPad has been willed to yourself.

G/L acount will post cost to the WBSE say material cost etc through cost elements. You can check various reports for getting G/L account with WBSE such as CJI3 / s_alr_87013542

Reconciliation to link multiple accounts with different identifiers.

Background:
Identity template uses CN=$firstname$ $lastname$,$userou$ to identify account on AD. Currently all users have a linked AD account.
Issue:
A user in IdM may have multiple accounts on Active Directory and the identifier for the second or third account on AD is the sAMaccountname attribute with an appended "-ZZ".
What can be done in order to link all IdM users with their potential multiple AD accounts?

We are facing problem to writing a code based on GR Number with us, we want IR invoice Number link with GR accounting Document Number.
when we do GR. the accounting Entry has been generate Inventory RM Domestic a/c 100 Dr. to GR/IR clearing A/c 100 Cr.
when we do Miro Vendor A/c Debit 100 Cr
to GR/IR clearing A/c Dr. 100
Note : we are not doing GR/IR clearing account Month end activity as well Year End Activity.
Kindly help from where we can give the link from which table and field name to fetch the value . on selection screen we want give Posting date and Plant.

Hi,
I think there is no direct link between GR and IR. A PO can have multiple GRs and single IR, Single GR, multiple IRs, Single IR linked to multiple POs. What is your business scenario?
Please note that IR can be created with out even receiving GR.
Eg: In case of imports, we first receive IR and taxes to clear customs. Then only we get GR.
Table EKBE has entire PO history. Input your PO and item numbers, you would get all subsequent documents like GR, IR, Credit notes etc.
