Ibook and kindle can not turn page

after installing os 5 on a new ipad I can't turn pages with Kindle app or ibook app and can't move number in a sudko app. How do I fix this? Is it a setting problem?

Try two things:
1. Fully close the apps, by double tapping your home button, which will bring up the task bar (most recently used apps), then place your finger on any of those apps and hold it there until they all start to jiggle. You'll see a sign on the upper left side of these apps. Touch the minus sign on both apps and they will fully close. Then tap your home button a again to stop the apps from jiggling, then again to go to your home page. Open the apps and see if you can swipe pages.
2. Reboot your iPad: Press and hold BOTH the home and power buttons at the SAME time for at least 10 seconds (ignore the red slider) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart.

Take it back to the Apple Store for repair since it's still in warranty.

HT201401 since iSO 7.02 update bluetooth with my car is no longer working at all. also can no longer access my mail! the browser is turned off and I can not turn it back on!!!!!

last week my phone was automatically updated after a trip to Europe, now I can no longer access gmail because the browser capability for cookies has been turned off and I can NOT get it back on. Before the trip bluetooth was on partially working with my car and now since the newest update works no more in any form. Anyone else having these problems? Need help!!

As far as automatic update, the iOS cannot be updated without user intervention, so it could not have been automatically updated.
You need to provide more information about your mail. Does this mean you cannot access the Mail app, you cannot download mail, or what? Not sure why you cannot access the cookies setting in Safari. Go to Settings>Safari>Block Cookies>set to what you want.
Problems with 3rd party Bluetooth devices, such as car audio, etc., generally has to do with vehicle manufacturers not providing updates to match the current Bluetooth stacks that are found in today's phones. You can go into the phone and remove the pairing for the car, and then go into car settings and remove the iphone. Then put both devices back into pairing mode and attempt to connect them again. Try resetting it: hold the on/off and home buttons until you see the Apple logo (ignore the off slider that appears first), then release. If it won't reset just let it discharge and stop on its own, the recharge it and see if it works again.

I have lost count of the number of posts here, in addition to my direct experience with my clients, where FileVault is discovered to be the main cause of whatever symptoms are being experienced. I refuse to turn it on on any of my systems and will always, always advise against turning it on to anyone who asks me.
I would recommend that you initially back up all your data to external media (either external hd or DVD-R) and then attempt to turn off FileVault. I purposely used the word attempt because, more often than not, even this can cause issues. If you are unable to turn FileVault off, indeed even if successful, I would recommend that you carry out an Erase and Install using your MacBook Pro's system disks.
In short, my message is ---- stay away from FileVault.
If you require to protect your files then the best way to achieve this is via Disk Utility and creating an encryted image. More details here:

Ipad 4 keeps Shutting off and i can not turn it back on?

Brand new Christmas iPad 4 touble from the start. The iPad keeps turning itself off for no apparent reason? Also wierd pixel glitches while using. And right now I have not been able to turn it on for 2 days. This has happened before and I have tried a HARD restart - but it will not work, at the moment. Tried plugging it in at least 8 different electrical sockets? Set up a Genius Bar appt - so far this iPad business it not so great. Any thoughts?

Firefox 4 will not open any windows and I can not turn it off either.

I get a grey square at bottom left of my screen when I attempt to open Firefox 4. I have tried restarting my Macbook Pro and that has done no good. Any help would be wonderful.
Also if I have to delete the browser to reinstall how do I save my bookmarks?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.<br />

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins"

Hmmm, if there are any tech stores nearby you can bring it to them. If not then heres an article related to your topic. I won't recomend opening the prodcut yourself unless you think you can put it back together. Remember if anything is broken then im not responsible and you might need to bring it to the apple store nearby and get it fixed (might cost a bit). Good luck!

Again, the remote app will need home sharing enabled on the APPLE TV. They also need to be on the same wifi network. The OP has a new network.

It's impossible to use your iPhone if it is frozen. I found a troubleshooting guide that provides steps to take if this happens. You can skip any steps that you have already tried:

I have been using the kindle app to load books on my ipad. For the past two days I cannot access those books. I might get one page to show then the screen will freeze and I can't turn the page. Does anybody know what is going on. Help!
