Ibots are not retrieving cached results.

Hello,
I have scheduled the ibots on reports available on a dashboard page and added a list of users in the recipients tab. i want the results to be cached for these list of users.
I get an email with the results of the dashboard report whenever the ibots finish to run. Then i tried to login as one of the users from the list of users in the recipients, but the reports seems to run again without retriving the cached results.
Can anyone help me to understand why the results are not being cached?

SCCM 2012 R2 Clients are not retrieving policy

Hi - I know this question has been asked many times before - but I have tried almost everything and a no closer to solving the problem.
Background: Recently a SCCM 2012 SP1 single stand-alone site was upgraded to SCCM 2012 R2. The site is a single stand-alone primary site with a single DP, single MP, using mixed mode
(HTTP). The R2 upgrade ran without any problem and all SCCM components are showing as healthy.
A few test SCCM 2012 SP1 clients were upgraded to the R2 client using client-push.
However the upgraded clients are not retrieving policy from the Management Point. In the Actions Tab of the SCCM client, only Machine Policy Retrieval and User Policy Retrieval are available. But kicking of those actions does not
result in any of the advertised applications, Task Sequences becoming available. Infact Custom Client Settings are not being set either (e.g. Organisation Name in software Center).
I have checked and rechecked the following:
The upgrade of the client completed successfully (checked ccmsetup.log) and the version number went from 5.00.7804.1000 (SP1) to 5.00.7958.1000 (R2).
The MP health in the SCCM console is showing healthy.
The MP access URL's load correctly when run from SCCm client computers
“http://<ServerName>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mplist” is ok
“http://<ServerName>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mpcert” is ok
The SCCM clients are assigned to the site correctly – verified via the SCCM client and
ClientLocation.Log
ClientIDManager.Log is not showing any errors
CCMExec.log and ExecMgr.log don't show any advertisements being executed (Execmgr.log is almost empty and only has "Software ditrbution site settings policy does not yet exist on the client). If the client is not yest
registered this is expected behaviour")
The SCCM clients are Approved and NOT Blocked in SCCM
I have attempted to upgrade the SCCM client and also completely removed and reinstalled - and both have the same result (no client policy dpwnloaded)
I have also deleted the above clients completely from SCCM, Run divoery again and pushed the client to the machines again ...with the same result (SCCM client installs, assigns to correct site and then no policy downloaded)
SCCM 2012 Boundaries are configured correctly and assigned to Boundary Groups correctly
The SCCM client’s do not have the firewall enabled
Changed boundary from AD Site to Subnet to IP Address Range: Same issue exists
Uninstalled MP role and reinstalled it: same Issue exists
Tried to connect to SCCm client using 3rd party SCCM Client center tool but cannot connect
??? Not sure what else to try ???

Hi all - sorry for the late response.
We managed to resolve the issue after logging a job with Microsoft Support.
The issue was that the SCCM 2012 R2 upgrade corrupted 2 tables in the SCCM Database - leading to corrupt SCCM client policies.
I am pasting the resolution email from Microsoft below:
(NOTE: This may not be the exact sypmtoms you are experiencing so do not implement this fix assuming it will fix your problem!)
ISSUE:
- All clients are unable to download policies from the server
CAUSE:
- Bad policies in the Database
RESOLUTION:
-Issue with PADbID - Run below query against SCCM DB to verify corrupt entries:
SELECT * FROM
ResPolicyMap WHERE machineid = 0 and PADBID IN (SELECT PADBID FROM PolicyAssignment WHERE BodyHash IS NULL)
Confirmed Bad policies entries in the SCCM database
Run below query to delete the bad policy after which we resolved the issue:
Delete FROM ResPolicyMap
WHERE machineid = 0 and PADBID IN (SELECT PADBID FROM PolicyAssignment WHERE BodyHash IS NULL)"

The data from a table of a database are not retrieved in ADF BC Application

I have two separate ADF BC applications. Each application retrieve
the data from the same scheme of a database. Both applications work
well when I launch them under embedded OC4J. I have deployed
these applications to a standalone OC4J. When I launch one application,
the data from a database's table are retrieved. When I launch the other
application, the data from a database's table are not retrieved. Why? Please,
help me.

SalesOrder characteristics are not retrieved using VC_I_GET_CONFIGURATION

We are using ECC 5.0. Some time back there was a requirement and I implemented BADI BDCP_BEFORE_WRITE to not generate change pointers for some particular type of Sales Order.
Now when we use function module(s) CUD0_GET_VAL_FROM_INSTANCE, VC_I_GET_CONFIGURATION, VC_I_GET_CONFIGURATION_IBASE or even try to use the value VBAP-CUOBJ and try to check in table AUSP we don't find a match for the same.
But when we use VA03 t-code and go to the configuration display of that item, it shows up the values.
Could someone please help me understand how can I retrieve those values using a function or a selct statement to get the characteristics values for the line item of the order.

Sorry i am checking your post late.
Even i faced the same problem earlier. But i found out the reason behind this. The function module related to Variant configuration will only gives the data existing in database. but where as the CU50 screen shows the data which was recorded recently. but there may be a chance that this data not existing in the database.
This depends on how you managed the data. To find out whether it is existing in the database or not.
Check the Environment - Change Documents where in you will find whether the characteristic result is added/deleted/updated.
so lets say if a value is entered and is updated in the database and later is been modified but not updated properly. this case you will see the valued which is updated but not the latter one.

Attachments with polish characters are not retrieved

Dear Experts,
when i try to retrieve attachments moved to DMS for a material document with Polish character, it says document not found.
steps:1. created attachments for a material document
          2. moved the attachments to DMS.
          3. When we try to retrieve it is failing.. giving KPRO error
When we debug. the Polish characters are converted to Normal characters and sent to DMS, When SAP tries to retrieve, DMS sending back the normal characters file, But SAP is not recognizing the file.
Eg. Ś is converted to - s,      Ż is converted to- z
any help will be highly appreciated.

The originals will be retrieved only when the characteristics are defined with respective document type class. and it sholud appear in the additional data fields as a field for the documenty type.
The charactersitics apart from the document class can.t retrieve the documents.

Website picture sizes are not being cached when I click on their properties

Since updating to Firefox 18 on my wife's laptop when she clicks on "View image info" the size is shown as "unknown (not cached)". When I try on my desktop the Kb of pictures are showing up as normal. The only difference between the two is the desktop is 32 bit and the laptop is 64 bit.

Is the cache enabled and working on that computer if you check that on the <b>about:cache</b> page?
Also make sure that you do not run Firefox in (permanent) Private Browsing mode.

Filters are not working on resulting image smaller than 8191x2048

I have created AIR application using SDK 3.5 over the Flash Builder 4, and I am targeting AIR player 1.5.3. I have large text where user can apply outline. And to apply outline I am using Glow Filter, but somehow it is not working for texts which are too large but smaller than required size which is 8191x2048.
I am wondering why it is not working even if it is mentioned in Adobe Official site.

If I remove the glow filter then it works.
Can any one suggest/advice, how the filter limit is not extended even if I am using proper SDK and AIR player.

I have set -target-player=10.0.0 in the command line argument in the Flex compiler setting but still we are facing same issue for the not generating full text more than 4000px if we have applied Glow filters on the Text but if we removed the Glow filters from the text. Full text is displayed.
Our text dimention is : 1850x7200(with glow filters), This is below the 16,777,215 limits of Bitmap text. But still we can't generate the Full text.

Query not retrieving exact results.

I have a query which shows different result from what i have it in the cube.
I have a document number in rows and two key figures one amount and another which shows no. of days for clearance. In the cube, for the same selection criteria , it gives me three records for the same document no. but in query its is gving me one record with different values in KF.
sample.
In cube
Doc Amount No. Days for CLearance
59    100 31
59    400 14
59    500 38
In query the result shows as
59   1000   1
Any Ideas where it is doing wrong. No of days for clearance is calculated from the difference btw posting date and clearing date. I need No. of Days to further develop this query.Is it something to do with compression, or query cache..

Large files are not in cache directory

I've been watching some training modules and in order to watch them off line I've been going into the cache and then just renaming the files with mp4 extension, so everything works fine except for one particular module whose size is 48344797 bytes (46Mb) Initially i thought that it was an issue with the object cache limit in ff (I'm working with 19.0.2) but in the configuration I can see the setting is 51200 (51Mb) so this looks fine.
to make matters worse if I disconnect the network after the file has finished downloading ( i use httpfox to check this) i can view the module without any issues so I ff obviously has it somewhere. I've looked in the about:cache (all the smaller files where there) but it's not there.
Where else can I look for this cached object?

It still exists but can't get the latest version fully reviewed b/c the people reviewing the addon are too slow for some reason.

Installing a Google Apps mail account as an Exchange cause Camera FaceTime and Photo Booth to disappear from the Deskotp and are not retrievable. A deletion of the mail account returns the functions immediately

Brand ne iPad 3. Installing a Google Apps mail account as Exchange kills my Camera, Face Time and Photo Booth. They disappear from the Desktop and are nowhere to find or retrieve. Deleting the mail accoun t brings them back immediately. I have already full reset the device and updated the software with no result.

Yep, Meg, you were right and here are the steps which cure the issue. Disable camera is actually a basic Google Apps setting .
Log in to your Google Apps Control Panel.
Click on your 'Settings' tab.
Under the 'Org Settings' tab locate 'Mobile Settings/Device Settings'
Enable 'Allow camera'.
Save changes.
Re-Install Google Apps E-mail account
It works perfectly fine now.

Inventory Non cumulative values are not showing correct result

Hi Guys,
I have created a report on Inventory cube taking material in rows and 0T0TALSTCK and 0VALSTCKVAL in colums and i created a variable on calender day . What ever the date if we give we will get the quantity and value as on that date.
Here Quantity is showing perfectly and in case of value it is showing wrongly. In this case the interesting thing is if we substract the (Reciet value - Issue ) value then i am getting the correct value.
Some times Even quantity is zero the noncumulative keyfigure (0VALSTCKVAL)is not showing zero it is showing some value but if i do (Reciet value - Issue ) it will show correctly.
Please help on this issue.

when the quantity is correct, then you have a problem with the values. You have loaded the infocube correcly.
check your keyfigures and the transformation with the BI content.
=> for example: do you have the coding in the BF transformation?

What support package level is your system on?
If you take a backup does it show in the history file but not in db12 ?
What way or you taking the backup?
you can change the alert configuration (for you needs) in the
DB6COCKPIT (ST04): Alerts -> Alert Configuration
=> mark the related line -> Edit
This way you can be alerted if no sucessfull backup was taken in the last while (you can set the duration until an alert is created)

Query not retrieving correct result set

I have a query that doesn't seem to be executing its where clause. I used getQuery to check it and ran it in SQL Navigator where it works fine. The same query doesn't work correctly when executed in the OA Framework. Any ideas?

Image requests from flash gallery are not caching

The image requests that happen from a flash gallery are not getting cached in Safari browser, they get cached properly in IE, Firefox & Chrome.
For Example - Load the following gallery (http://www.monoslideshow.com/demo/) in Safari browser, and monitor the HTTP requests using Charles proxy tool or any other similar tool.
The images are downloaded during the 1st iteration of the gallery, which is expected, but even for the further iterations the images are downloaded from the source, rather than taking from the cache.

Alerts not retrieving the correct number of records

I have created alerts to run plans. These plans are getting records from DB and populating the ADC. The alerts are getting executed but are not retrieving the correct number of records.
I have created 5 alerts to run 5 plans all in the same time. The error at the "Data Flow service status" window is :

This error is seen for 2-3 plans .......
But if i execute the plan manually from design studio there is no error.
So
1. Do i need to change anything in the config files to increase the MAx memory block?
2. Is there any way, the plans can be run one at a time i.e. configure alerts in such a way that if one plan finishes the other one starts automatically? Currently i have scheduled the plans to run at the same time using Alerts..

Here is one 'culprit' you can verify. Open DesignStudio. You should "--not--" see any grids or icons on (near) the botton status row. If you see them - right click and delete them. These are plans with same_names put in 'locked' state. After you do this. close your design studio.
Note- if you ever open a plan in designstudio, always "save" it and close it (exit). Donot click on window [x] mark to close the appl.
After above verifrication -- restart EnterpriseLink and restart PlanMonitor, verify if everything runs fine.
