Hi,
Did you get any solution for this?
I have a similar requirement.
I want to enhance the Service Order view in ICWC (component ICCMP_BT_SVO)
The change needed is make 2 tabs appear in one view and initialize SLA tab on item level by default instead of Notes.
Thanks,

  • Entering Business Partner data from IC Webclient - CRM2007

    Just wanted to check that if I enter Business partner data from the IC Webclient is the data stored in the CRM backend tables for example BUT000, BUT050 etc and if so is this done on the fly or a scheduled update? If not what tables are they stored in.  Also can I see the same information once it is entered in the webclient via the CRM transaction BP Thanks

    Hi Niten,
    The tables are the same (for example: but000 for master partner data, but050 for relations, and so on...).
    The data is updated when you press the respective save button, or when you press the 'end' button at telephony bar (to end an Interaction Center Interaction).
    And yes, you can then check the information in BP t-code.
    Just try it and see by yourself
    Kind regards,
    Garcia

  • CRM2007 upgrade and IC webclient issue.

    Hi all,
    We have successfully upgraded from crm4.0 to 2007 last weekend.
    However when I launch IC Webclient, it is blank. Is there something that I missed?
    Also, I have applied  note 1144511, still same issue.
    Regards,

    Hi KG,
    May I know how you started the IC webclient in CRM 2007?
    Are you using crm_ic transaction?
    For CRM 2007, different steps have to be used.
    For CRM 2007, you might have to use transaction
    bsp_wd_cmpwb and component = crm_ui_frame to test.
    This will start the new WEB UI with a user id has business role related to IC Webclient. The standard role is IC_AGENT.
    You may have to assign it in ppoma_crm for the position using the same step as you assign a ic webclient profile, but instead, you need to assign a business role = IC_AGENT.
    Hope these could do help!

  • IC Webclient: Blank Page

    Hello Friends,
    In last days, for the first time, we are trying to launch a 2007 IC Webclient application in a machine with SP2.
    However, when we try to load it and after we choose the profile, we get a blank page.
    We searched and searched in this forum, and we were able to collect valuable information to resolve it. But unfortunally, the problem still persists. We already:
    - Check note 1144511 to adjust two parameters
    - Check note 1152983 to ensure that we use a recommended JRE version (we're using JRE1.5).
    - In a desperate act, we activated all services just to check if the problem resided there. No luck.
    - Web settings regarding security, are low.
    - Bussiness role is defined for the user, using organizational management functionality (we're using IC_AGENT).
    - Also checked note 1120400, and did initial custom table filling in t-code SU25. Also current user was SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW authorizations.
    We're running out of ideias to resolve this issue. Does anyone have any more clue?
    Thanks in advance for any help.
    Kind regards,
    Bruno

    Hi Bruno,
    We have also recently updated our CRM2007 from SP00 to SP02. The WebClient screen was working perfectly fine in SP00. After we updated, and when I start the WebClient screen, I just get CTI Toolbar at the top. (I'm using Navigation bar profile for IS-Utilities). Also, I get a broadcast bar at the bottom. but not the main IC functionalities. I also referred all relevant SAP Notes and activated mandatory BSP services. But still cann't figure out what is preventing the display of main application. Can you please let me know what is to be done to display the IC application ?
    Regards,
    Ram

  • IC Webclient color setting

    We are going to implement IC Webclient and our Agents will each have 2 logins - one for incoming Emails and one for incoming phone calls since SAP with Genesys routing does not allow for two open interactions at the same time.  The users would like a visual cue so they know which instance they are working in but since this is a web GUI, I can't find a way to change the overall color.  Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how?  Thank you for your consideration.
    Kathleen McCullough

    Kathleen,
    I don't want to disappoint you, but versions before 2006s (even there it is still in development phase) and as of CRM2007 it's standard, are impossible to change the stylesheets.
    I give you an example why it is impossible:
    This is for example an extract from the IndexListView.htm page (BSP application IC_BASE crm version 5.0):
    <STYLE>
    .desc_text {
         font-size:1.0ex;
         font-family:Arial;
         text-decoration:none;
    </STYLE>
    As you can see they have hard-coded (beginners mistakes ) styles in their pages.
    As of version 2006S and 2007 there is a report that can be used to create skins for the new webui.
    There is already a report in 2006s which is still in development that can be executed to see the future worktool for skins. In 2006s in TX se38 search for Zskins  You will find something...
    Hope this clears things out for you!
    Kind regards,
    Micha
    ps. I asked the same question in Walldorf when I was there for the Rampup of 2006s a few months ago...

  • How to get PROCESS MODE in CRM 2007 WebClient

    Hi all,
    Currently, we're implementing CRM2007 WebClient -- Service Transaction.
    In the past(CRM4.0 Version), we used the function 'CRM_INTLAY_GET_PROCESS_MODE' in the BADI of SAVE Service Order to identify it's a new create order or changed order.
      CALL FUNCTION 'CRM_INTLAY_GET_PROCESS_MODE'
        IMPORTING
          ev_process_mode = l_dialog_mode. " A created, B changed
    Now, this function does not work in Web Client. So, I turned to another function 'CRM_ORDERADM_H_READ_OW' try to get the flag of process mode.
    CALL FUNCTION 'CRM_ORDERADM_H_READ_OW'
      EXPORTING
        iv_orderadm_h_guid               = lv_guid_ref
    IMPORTING
       ES_ORDERADM_H_WRK                = l_CRMT_ORDERADM_H_WRK
       EV_MODE                          = l_dialog_mode
    Yes, function 'CRM_ORDERADM_H_READ_OW' works in WebClient. But when creating new service order, the l_dialog_mode  = 'B' which is same to changing an exsiting order.
    So would anyone kindly help me, How to get the process mode properly in WebClient, especially in Service Order. I need to identify the order is new created or is changed.
    Your comments is really appreciated.
    Best Regards,
    Tony

    Use function module CRM_ORDERADM_H_ON_DATABASE_OW to check, if the order has already been save on the database. If not, you are in create mode.

  • Opportunities in crm2007 IC?

    Can opportunities be created via crm2007 interaction center?

    Hello,
    The Interaction Center does not provide a native (IC specific) Opportunity screen. However, with CRM 2007 you can access any of the other CRM WebClient screens from the Interaction Center, including the CRM WebClient Opportunity. In this manner, it is possible to create, edit and display opportunities from the Interaction Center agent role.
    Warm regards,
    John

  • Is WebClient still existing in CRM7.0?

    Experts:
    Information about CRM WebClient is only seen under CRM2007 in SMP.
    Is WebClient still existing in CRM7.0?
    Blogs and links appreciated.
    Best regards!

    Very much. Indeed going from strength to strength, got more advanced. I guess folks at SAP are taking time to keep pace with the documentation in SMP. The CRM 7 section is yet to be updated in SMP with more Webclient UI documentation. An SAP insider may throw more light on this.

  • What are the additional features in CRM2007 as compared to CRM2006s ????

    Hi All,
          I want to know what are the additional features that have been added in CRM2007 as compared to CRM2006s ?
    Are there any changes made to the architecture ?
    Regards,
    Ashish

    First of all and for clarification, CRM 2006s was already based on IC WebClient technology.
    As said before personalization by drag'n drop of ...
    - Assignment blocks on overview pages
    - Blocks on Home and Workcenter pages
    Additional important improvements were done for tables:
    - Drag'n Drop of table columns (sequence and column width)
    - "Excel"-like sorting and filtering of table columns (by clicking column header).
    Also an additinal, new skin has been added ("Standard" or "Signature Design") representing the SAP-wide future look and feel.
    "CRM Business Role" maintenance from within the WebUI itself.
    Adobe Flex based planning grid improves performance of planning applications.
    Support of Firefox  2.0.
    Concept of a "Working Context" in some parts of CRM (e.g. TPM).
    Integration into SAP Enterprise Portal as an option.

  • Search Help for WebClient

    Hi All!
    I'm working with CRM2007 over WebClient.
    I've enhaced a new Z field in a standard view with the Easy Enhacement Workbench (EEW) and I don't know how to make a Search Help. Can someone help me?
    Best regards,
    Alejandro.

    in CRM2007 you have a default method trying to build the search help for fields of a structure in a generic way (this method is GET_V_S_STRUCT and is inherited by all context nodes)
    this method does in order:
    - look for a specif search help (method GET_V_fieldname)
    - if not found, tries to find Design Layer for the field
    - if not found, looks for a value list in domain related to field
    so if you field is defined based on a data domain having a list of fixed values (not a check table) then you will get the search help automatically
    now if none of these three possibilities is available, then you have to create you own search help^.
    This is done by creating the GET_V_fieldname method (you can copy existing method IF_BSP_WD_MODEL_SETTER_GETTER~_GET_V_XYZ so you are sure to have proper signature for your method)
    in this method, you put this code:
      data: lv_ddlb_threshold      type i value '20', "0: DDLB n: 1-n:, DDLB >n: F4-Popup
            ls_tabname             type ddobjname,
            ls_fieldname           type fieldname,
            lv_op                  type seocmpname,
            lv_component           type name_komp,
            lv_call_search_help    type boolean.
      ls_tabname   = me->base_entity_structure.
      ls_fieldname = component.
      rv_valuehelp_descriptor = cl_crm_uiu_md_valuehelp=>v_getter(
                               is_tabname        = ls_tabname
                               is_fieldname      = ls_fieldname
                               iv_index          = iv_index
                               iv_ddlb_threshold = lv_ddlb_threshold ).
    doing this, you will rely on search help as defined on your field (in table definition) and you will display a drop-down list if number of values is less or equal to 20, or a search help if number of values is greater than 20
