IC WebClient extending the BOL for BTOrder

Hello out there,
we will soon start a project for service with implementing the ICWC. But in a very early review we find out that some special information of the service order is neither in ICWC nor in PCUI accessible.
The data i mean is "Account Assignment" wich you can find on the tabstrip with the same name of the service-order in the sap-gui. But there nothing about it in PCUI or ICWC. I checked out the complete BOL-structure for ICWC with transaction CRMV_GENIL but can not find a relation to BTOrder wich holds the data. A link to displaying the service order in PCUI isn't a solution because the data is missing here too.I read the IC-Consultant Cookbook a few times but can't find a good answer.
How can i create the BOL-Entity wich holds the needed information ? I found the Method DERIVE_RUNCLASS_FROM_OBJ in class CL_CRM_OBJ_FACTORY_BTIL wich build the runtime class of the BOL-Object with a hard-coded pattern: CL_CRM_<bol-entity>_RUN_BTIL. If i cretae a BOL-entity BTACAssign and a class ZCL_CRM_ACASSIGN_RUN_BTIL in the customer-namespace the method could never create the runtimeclass.
has anyone an idea to solve that problem ????
Kindly regards,
André Borrmann

Hello specialists,
is there now one who can help. Where are the sap-gurus ?
The Accountingdata is impossible to see and fill in in the PC-UI in the CRM-SI ADDON, too.
Please help. Because if there is some data and functinality is missing in the PCUI, we have no arguments to our customer to start a project to change from classic gui to pcui......
Best regards,

  • Extending the time for a photo inserted into Motion timeline

I'm a newbie to Motion and I've downloaded the dvMatte for Motion so I can do what I hope to do, which is to shoot a short Monthly PodCast in front of a green screen and insert a Virtual Set behind me.
I insert my clip into motion, apply the dvMatte filter, then add a picture of the virtual set as a layer to the timeline.
It looks great, initially. But the image/picture is inserted with a duration of only 3 seconds. I can't seem to locate a way to extend the duration for that picture to the same as that of the keyed clip.
The clip is, in this case only 8 seconds. So I end up with a great 3 seconds of my virtual set with me in front of it, then just the black matte behind me.
Are photos not permitted to be extended?

  • Can my Airport Express be used to extend the signal for an iPad2

I am using a Linksys wired router as the beginning of my home network. There is an ethernet cable running from it through a wall to the Xbox 360 and an Airport Express serving as the base for the wireless network. I have an iBook on the other side of the wall and about 10 feet and an iMac about 20 feet with one wall in between. These two have some fluctuation in their signal but only between 4 bars and 3. I just got an iPad 2 and it is causing me grief because it struggles to maintain a connection just another 10 feet from the iBook. If I put it next to the iMac when it has full 4 bars the iPad gets maybe 2. The iPad has full bars if next to the router. That kind of defeats the purpose of buying an iPad. So, my question is how to rearrange the network so the iPad is happy in the living room where I mostly use it. I had considered moving the iMac and using it as a base station to free the Airport Express for other duty but where I want to move it is further away from the living room. Right now the Airport is wired to the router. Is this necessary for it to be a part of the network? I know I can use it to get music from iTunes to speakers but would that placement also work as a wireless extender? Would just buying another router for the Xbox location and putting the Airport there also be a better solution?

ladybastet, let's clean up some terminology. You should designate only one router for your network. At present that is the Linksys. Your wireless access point is the Express, and it gets its network connection from the Linksys. Is that correct?
If I put it next to the iMac when it has full 4 bars the iPad gets maybe 2. The iPad has full bars if next to the router.
Now that you know your Linksys is the router, is the above correct? Unless the Linksys is also a wireless access point, the iPad's proximity to it will not matter. Only its proximity to the device creating the wireless network is a factor. In your case, I believe that is the Express.
There is an ethernet cable running from it through a wall to the Xbox 360 and an Airport Express serving as the base for the wireless network.
I'm not sure I understand. Is one Ethernet cable going to two places? What is it connected to, precisely?
Right now the Airport is wired to the router. Is this necessary for it to be a part of the network?
In the case of a wired router, yes.
I'm wondering if you have things configured properly, particularly if you have configured the iMac to share its network connection over AirPort. I'm even wondering if your iPad has unintentionally joined a neighbor's wireless network.
I had considered moving the iMac and using it as a base station to free the Airport Express for other duty but where I want to move it is further away from the living room.
Using the iMac to share a wired Ethernet connection to create its own wireless network is certainly possible, but it is less than ideal. For one, the iMac would have to be powered on all the time.
You do not need or want another router.
It is impossible for me to be certain of your network environment (meaning, the size and configuration of your home, the proximity of competing wireless networks, the number of network devices, and the potential for interference) but you might be better off replacing the wired Linksys router with an AirPort Extreme. That would give you the ability to create a "roaming network" or to use your Express to extend the Extreme's wireless network. I think this would be the easiest solution, but given the uncertainly of your description this expense may not be necessary.
Much of my confusion stems from your original question: "Can my Airport Express be used to extend the signal for an iPad2" - the quick answer is yes, but a prerequisite question is, "what signal?" The only "signal" I can determine that may be relevant is the one created by the Express. Once we have the terminology fixed, perhaps we can fix what's wrong with your network.

  • I need to extend the schema for iPlanet Dir. 5.0 and add custom objectclasses and atributes. I do this by adding entries in the 99user.ldif file. Its not working. Any ideas?

    Hi
I need to extend the schema for iPlanet Dir. 5.0 and I do not want to do so from the console. As per the documentation, I need to either add entries in the 99user.ldif file or define my own custom [00-99]myname.ldif file. I tried this but its not working.
I have made the assumption that there is no explicit import step for the 'user defined' schema files (as it is for user data ldif files). I assume that on start (or on opening the console), I'd be able to see the new schema after the server has read the schema file.
I have verified that entering new objectclasses and attributes from the console adds entries into the 99user.ldif file. So why is the reverse process not working. Can anybody throw some light on this? Also in case my assumptions are faulty, please let me know.
I did not change the aci entries in the existing ldif file. Is any modification needed there? I was logged in as the Directory Manager during this testing process.
    regards
    Sikka ([email protected])

    Hi Sikka,
The server reads its schema configuration on startup. If you manually modify the schema files while the server is running, it will not have any effect. You have to restart the server.
The console adds the new schema elements over LDAP (you could do that as well, you only have to modify the cn=schema entry), so the server is aware of the changes immediately and thus restarting is not needed.
    I hope this helps.

  • Extending the class - For extra feilds\properties on service requests

We have extended the class for service request so we can have extra properties for user input on service requests. These extra feilds are now visible via the extensions tab at the top of the service request and also on a new tab next to Histroy.
However each time we open a new service request the default tab it opens onto is this new "Notes" tab and not the "General" tab, causing a lot of fustrations. See below:
Anyone know how to change this default view back to the general tab?

An annoying "feature" of SCSM form customisation is that the last tab changed becomes the default tab shown. Open your custom form MP in the Authoring Tool again and go to the general tab, change the top margin by 1 of the title or something
similar, reseal, import. The general tab will be the default once more.

  • Extend the network for airport extreme

Problem overview. I have a timeWarner cable modem that has both wired and wireless output supporting four external ethernet ports. I want to extend my network (bridge) to use the extreme in another room and connect other hardware that has only ethernet capabity only. My test configuration consist of an Imac wired to TimeWarner Modem and a stand alone laptop (Macbook pro). I can connect to both the wireless and wired configuration for TIme warner with out a problem.
If I take the airport extreme, and connect teh Timewarner ethernet output to the WAN input and the laptop to the free extreme ports, then I am able to add capability where the extreme can create a new wireless network and the laptop can gain access to the internet via the new wireless an wired network fine.
This was done as an initial test to verify the extreme was working but really is not what I want. I want a bridge connection. Therefore
    1) Using airport express I changed the wireless settings to Extend the Network.
    2) Removed the WAN cable from the extreme.
    3) Was able to connect to the extreme using the airport utility and show the status as an extended network.
    Overview
The network shows to be the ssid of my local network (Walmart)
    The IP Address is 192.168.0.6
    The serial number is COPJ900JDM72
    Version 7.6.1
    Status: Extended Network.
Now when I hook my Macbook pro to the ethernet port into 1 of three ports on the extreme.
    The ip address shows 169.254.98.37
I never acquire a valid IP address to connect to the network from the Macbook Pro.
    What am I doing wrong?

Hi - if I understand correctly, you want to connect the Express wirelessly to the TWC modem/router and then connect your MBP to the ethernet port - is this true?

  • Is it possible to extend the ReadStrategyR3 for ISA5.0

    Hi All,
I would like customize the ISA 5.0 as per my client requirement.
I have to extend the ReadStrategyR3, I'm using the NWDI.
but I'm unable to extend it.This class not available.
is it possible to extend it?
    Regards
    Srikanth

    Hi Srikanth,
    You can extend th ReadStrategyR3.
The class is available in package com.sap.isa.backend.r3.salesdocument.rfc
Please write a import statement in the java file as:
    import com.sap.isa.backend.r3.salesdocument.rfc.ReadStrategyR3;
Also remember there is no default constructor for the ReadStrategyR3, so need to call the constructor with arguments as R3BackendData.
    public Z_ReadStrategyR3(R3BackendData xxxxx) {
              super(xxxxx);
Hope this will resolve your query.

  • HT1515 The wifi router I use to connect to the internet is in the room directly above me. I am trying to use my airport express to extend the network for better coverage down here. It works fine with the setting "join a network" but will not extend it.

I have 2 airport expresses. The issue is the same with both of them. What am I doing wrong?

I assume that you already have one Express configured to "join" the network.
Power up the other Express for a few minutes, then hold in the reset button firmly on the back of the device for 10 seconds and release. Allow a full minute for the Express to restart to a slow, blinking amber light.
Connect an Ethernet cable from the LAN <--> port on the "joining" Express to the WAN "O" port on the second Express.
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
    Click Other WiFi Devices
    Click on AirPort Express
Click the Other Options button and select the option to Create a new wireless network.
Follow the guided steps, and ignore the step about powering off the modem and restarting.
Once the Express restarts, it will still have a slow, blinking amber light. Open AirPort Utility and click on the amber dot, then select the option to ignore the Double NAT error so the Express will display a green light.
Select the wireless network that you named during the setup of the second Express and enter the password to connect to the network.

  • Extend the time for a title to show

how do you add time to a static title - say to hold it for 10 seconds in a movie

    Welcome to the forum.
If it's just a static Title, click-drag on the Tail in the Timeline, and extend it, as desired. I like to have the Info Panel open, and visible, to see just what the Duration of the Title is.
    Good luck,

  • How to extend the warranty for my mac book pro once it gets older than 1 year?

my warranty for my mac ends this september and i wish to extend its warranty!
what should i need to do forit?
    how much would it cost?
and how far is it useful to exteend my warranty?

    chaitanyeah,
purchasing an AppleCare Protection Plan (in legal terms, it’s not a warranty extension, though it functions like one) can be done for your MacBook Pro while it remains in warranty. Once the Plan is purchased, you will need to register it with Apple as applying to your MacBook Pro. Its cost depends upon which country you’re in and from whom you purchase it. Its usefulness depends upon your tolerance (or lack thereof) for risk; it’s analogous to an insurance policy.

  • How to extend the timeout for long running queries

I unfortunately have a query that needs to run for 2 hours (long story) to load a year's worth of data into PowerPivot (RTM).  PowerPivot stops with an error after running for 1 hour.  I tried changing the "General Timeout" setting from 0 to 28800
(8 hours) in the SQL conneciton settings (native client 10.0) and I also managed to get the server owner to increase the "Query Timeout" setting in the SQL Server's Connections dialog but PowerPivot still errors out after 1 hr.
A workaround will be to use SSIS to run the query and store the result in another database but I'd rather not do that if I don't have to.
    Error Message
The refresh operation failed because the source data base or the table does not exist, or because you do not have access to the source
    More Details:
OLE DB or ODBC error: Query timeout expired; HYT00.
An error occurred while processing the 'XXXX' table.
    The operation has been cancelled.
Is there any other place where the timeout can be set or controlled that I've missed?

    Try
    1) Setting "ExternalCommandTimeout" in the server configuration file (msmdsrv.ini) to a multiple of seconds you want (in this case >7200, by default it is 3600(1hr)).
    2) Restart the server.
    3) Refresh the data.
Please let me know, if this doesn't work.

  • Extending the AD schema

Every article I have ready about extending the AD schema states that it is a forest wide change.  Is there a way to extended the AD schema to just our domain?  Our domain is one of a few other child domains.  I am just trying to extend the
AD schema just to our domain.  Is that possible?

Additionally, the schema extension for ConfigMgr is simply adding three new classes and 18 (I thin) attributes for those classes -- none of these have anything to do with any existing classes (or objects) or services. Thus, they are completely isolated from
the rest the schema and have no dependencies whatsoever so their impact is minimal on the existing schema.
I also second Torsten's statement of never having heard of any issues -- note that the schema extension has been around since SMS 2003 so that's 10 years of folks implementing it (both Torsten and I have been implementing SMS/ConfigMgr for customers since
before then) and neither of use have ever heard of any issues caused.
IMO opinion, extending the schema for ConfigMgr is about as low risk as you will ever see.
