ICal Creation Date info - how do u find it?

Does anyone know a way to discover when an entry to iCal was created? specifically the date and time that it was created. Its not showing up on a CTRL click, that just shows the appointment date and time.
Could really use some help on this, its very important I find a way to get this.
Billy

In the File menu, select Export, then select Export in the submenu.
Save the calendar that the event is in.
Open the file in a spreadsheet program like Excel — using tab delimited is fine.
Data will all be in one very long column, so you probably want to use the search function to locate the event by name (should have "SUMMARY" in front of it).
About eight lines below that (give or take) will be the event's creation date — the first eight digits after "CREATED" are the creation date.

Once you are in Recovery Mode, it's too late to do any backup. I am afraid you are going to lose your data.

  • Why is the folder strukture based on the import date, and not on the Creation date? How can i setting this?

Why is the folder strukture based on the import date, and not on the Creation date? How can i setting this?

    What folder structure?
If you're referring to how Aperture stores the originals in a managed library then the answer is you can't change it.
If having the originals stored in a specific file structure is important to you you will need to switch to a referenced original setup.

  • My ipad 2 shows a lot of "Others" data. How do I find out what they are?

    Can anyone help?

How much space is your Other using? You may be able to reduce.
How Do I Get Rid Of The “Other” Data Stored On My iPad Or iPhone?
    http://tinyurl.com/85w6xwn
With an iOS device, the “Other” space in iTunes is used to store things like documents, settings, caches, and a few other important items. If you sync lots of documents to apps like GoodReader, DropCopy, or anything else that reads external files, your storage use can skyrocket. With iOS 5, you can see exactly which applications are taking up the most space. Just head to Settings > General > Usage, and tap the button labeled Show All Apps. The storage section will show you the app and how much storage space it is taking up. Tap on the app name to get a description of the additional storage space being used by the app’s documents and data. You can remove the storage-hogging application and all of its data directly from this screen, or manually remove the data by opening the app. Some applications, especially those designed by Apple, will allow you to remove stored data by swiping from left to right on the item to reveal a Delete button.

  • Where do I find my upgrade date and how do I find out when I bought the phone??

I need to know where I can find my upgrade date and is there any way to find out when I started my services with Verizon?someone help plezzzzz! thanx

Log on to your account, and click on the picture of your phone. It will show you when you can upgrade and when your contract ends. You can go back two years (or one year, if you opted for a one year contract) to figure your start date for that contract.
If this was not your first contract, and you've been with Verizon for several years, you may need to call customer service to find out your original start date.

  • There are errors in my Autofill data. How do I find the file to correct?

There are mis-spellings. Where is the data located?

You can't edit saved form data in Firefox.
Best is remove erroneous entries and let Firefox save them again if necessary.
Use these steps to remove saved (form) data from a drop-down list:
#click the (empty) input field on the web page to open the drop-down list
#highlight an entry in the drop-down list with the mouse or cursor Down key<br>do not click the mouse or press the Enter key
#press the Delete key (on Mac: Shift+Delete) to delete the highlighted entry

  • How do you find the number of lines in a file?

I need to count how many lines there are in a file, I am using a BufferedReader to read in the data, but how can I find the number of lines?
    Thanks

That depends. How do you define a line? Is it a specific number of
characters, a String that's terminated by a newline character or some
    combination thereof?

  • Restrict GR date prior to PO creation date.

    Dear experts,
The Present configuration allows GR date prior to PO creation date. The system allows users to post Goods receipt (MIGO), even if the GR date is prior to the PO creation date.
How to restrict this? Is there a standard customization in MM or it requires ABAP programming?
Please suggest me a solution as early as possible.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Burn disc - 1970 creation date

I burn folders to discs from the menu ("Burn ABC to Disc"), which usually works fine except for one thing: the creation date on every single file is changed to 12/31/1969, which - not surprisingly - can show up as 1/1/1970 in the Terminal.
    - The modification and acces times of the files on disc are correct.
    - The original files have correct creation dates - seen both in the Finder and Terminal ("ls -lU").
Is there any way to burn discs that fixes this problem?
    Thanks

The date is significant in Unix systems, is called "the epoch". You see, date and time are stored as an integer number counting the seconds that have elapsed since the 'start of time'. If the counter is set to zero, Unix thinks it has just been born, which is the first second of the first day of 1970: 1/1/1970, 0:0:1.
In your case, I have no idea why the creation date is reverted to that, while the modification and access dates are not. Perhaps someone else who has recently burned folders to disk can pipe in after checking the results, so we can pinpoint whether this is something isolated to your Mac or a a general Lion bug.

  • How to find the creation date of a column in a table?

    Hi,
i scroll all the view and table of the Oracle RDBMS catalog and i didn't find how i can find when a column has been added to a table.
Is there a way i can find this info?
The column added is not the same date tehn the date of the table creation or the analyse column.
    Thanks

    Hi,
    Something like this
    select table_name, created from user_objects where object_type = 'TABLE'Regards

Oops: I did not see the requirement correctly. If auditing is not the option for you then logminer (if archive is present) else no other option i can think of.

I have made a burn folder with photos exported from I-photo.  It now shows in information, that the date  created and modified is different from the original digitized date.  How can I get the original date to show in the info from Finder?

The Finder reports File information. The date and time of the photo are in the Photo's Exif metadata. The Finder has no awareness of this. All photos apps on any system do.
