ICal Delegates Unreliable - Time Out

Question

I've got three users from about 50 who are having this particular issue.
All are on Lion.
The iCal Server is Leopard.
Not all have the issue with the same delegated calendars.
The situation:
Person A delegates access to their calendar to Person B. Read Only.
Person B has been granted delegation access by about ten others as well. We'll say Person(s) C, D, E, etc. Read Only.
Person B goes into iCal preferences and selects the checkbox to view Person A, C, D, E, etc.
The delegation for Person(s) C, D, E, etc. show up without fail.
The delegation for Person A gets the "!" mark and doesn't display.
Person B can still invite Person A to meetings.
Person A has no problem seeing the delegation of Person B's calendar.
Person B can still see available meeting times for Person A when creating the event and clicking on "Check Available Meeting Times".
There are two delegations Person B has this issue with.
What I've tried:
On the original box, I've:
deleted preferences
deleted local calendars
deleted and re-added accounts
had Person A delete and re-delegate access to Person B.
On my machine, I've:
Set up my iCal as if I was Person B. Things work fine consistently.
On a new machine, I've:
Set up Person B's calendar, it works sometimes but others it doesn't.
Sometimes I need to deselect the delegation in the preferences and reselect it.
Sometimes I need to deselect the delegation, quit iCal, and then restart iCal, re-add the delegation.
Errors I've found:
I've looked in the console log on the new box and found:

On the original box, in the console log, I found that Person B's iCal was trying to find a calendar that doesn't exist (the error was different) and the UID being sought is not one I've been able to find. Its really out of whack there!
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! This is one of three "big" issues I'm trying to resolve right now.

I suspect a time zone setting (on your Mac or T610)
If that doesn't solve it, you might want to try at the iSync discussion.
