ICal don´t sync allday appointments with SE Phone P800

Hello,
since updating to 10.4.6., Isync 2.2., with ICal 2.0.3, i am not able to sync all day appointments that I had new created on a mac with my Sony Ericcson P 800.
If I create a appointment with hours it is syncing. What could be wrong?
Has someone the same problem and a solution?

I found out that it is a question of time when the appointment would happen.
All day appointments in the futute are not syncing, for example from yet, end of april a new appointment in september is not synced. It is correct that the newest ISync/ICal only sync 8 weeks in the future not longer. Knows someone what is the current longest period to sync?

On your phone: Settings>General>Usage>Music...tap the Edit button...then the red minus sign. This will delete all music on your phone.

It depends on what you mean by "sync the iPad with the iPhone". Technically, you can't sync the devices like you would sync with a computer anyway, so you can't think that way. You can keep the two devices in sync, but if you want two devices with identical content on them, you have to restore one device from the backup of the other device for starters.
After that, you would have to download the same apps on the one device that you have on the other device, download all of the same songs, movies, TV shows, podcasts, and so on. The you would have have iCloud enabled on both devices in order to keep app data in sync, if the apps work with iCloud. So enable iCloud on bit devices and go to Settings>iCloud and turn on all of the items in there...mail, notes, reminders, Safari, calendar, photo stream, contacts, documents and data, etc.
You would also have to turn on automatic downloads in Settings> iTunes & App Store>Automatic Downloads> on for songs, apps and books so that whatever you download on one device downloads to the other device.
If you have any apps that do not work with iCloud for the purposes of syncing app data, it will be impossible to keep the two devices identical total in content.

Bookmarks don't sync from PC to myAndroid phone or tablet.

version 32.0.2
FF on PC, tablet & phone are all up to date.
New sync is being used on all 3 devices.
FF says sync is working, but:
the only bookmarks that sync are from my android phone to android tablet.
Nearly all of my bookmarks (thousands) are on my desktop PC Firefox.
How can I get my PC's FF bookmarks to sync onto my phone & tablet?

Also, the bookmarks on my PC were partially corrupted by the sync process. I just had to restore an old set of bookmarks & overwrite them onto my PC. I really don't want to risk having this happen again.
I am primarily on my desktop PC - that is my primary unit. This list of bookmarks should be available on FF for android on my phone and tablet.
Any advice about making this work, without risking the corruption of my main bookmark list again?

Over the weekend I added appointments to my iPad calendar, then went to sync the appointments with my Mac and iPod. The calendar in both of those were wiped clean. The calendar with new appointments are on my iPad but it will not sync with the Mac

Since there was no response I upgraded to Outlook 2010. All sync problems have been resolved now... but I have to learn a new version of Office.

Itunes don't sync Outlook calender with IPad/IPhone

When I use Itunes to sync Outlook 2013, installed on Windows 8, with IPad/IPhone it will not sync the calender, but the contacts sync very well.
What do I do to solve the problem?
AND ICloud is NOT a solution.

Want to locate my iphone, icloud not installed, don't have serial number with me, phone not synced to iTunes.

Title of post kind of says it all. Cannot locate my phone, wanted to use the service to find it, can't even get into chat or phone with Apple Support because I am at work and the paperwork for the phone is at home.

Wait till you got home, if you didn't set up the service int he first place you can't do it now. Sadly contating your carrier and police from here is all you can do

Sadly Mac OS X 10.9 did indeed remove sync services. You can either wait for http://www.markspace.com/ to improve their software to support it on its own, contacting them asking they do so, or if your machine is older than Mavericks boot off of the original operating system it came with when you need to sync data from contacts and calendars, or get an iCloud compatible device for syncing.

Problems syncing i-tunes with i-phone on new computer

I've got a new laptop as my last one died and it wasn't worth repairing. I have set up i-tunes on the new laptop, de-authorised account on the old computer & have authorised the new laptop in i-tunes but I'm having problems syncing my i-phone.
It's not recognising that i-tunes on the new laptop is the only authorised computer and won't sync automatically. If I select manual sync, a warning message says that all existing apps and their content will be replaced with the content of the i-tunes library. Not all the apps in the library are currently on my i-phone due to the size of the apps. Help!

5800 sync address book with Landrover phone kit

I have succesfully connected the 5800 via bluetooth with a Landrover Freelander 2 car kit. But I cannot get the address book to down load - it says downloding, but then the in car address book is empty. Does anyone know how to solve this?

For the benefit of anyone else reading....I've found a partial solution.
Land Rover website (http://bluetooth.landrover.com/dial.aspx) says Nokia 5800 should be campatible with exception of call lists and automatic phonebook download - so the "copy from phone" won't work, but you should be able to select contacts on the phone and send them as business cards to the Freelander via bluetooth (you can "mark" more than one to send at once).
Unfortunately, I can't get this to work for contacts in my phone memory (though the website says it should work). You can get around it by copying your contacts to your SIM first, and then sending them as business cards.
A bits fiddly, but it does work. You can then delete all the SIM contacts - see the phone handbook for details.

Are you trying to sync calendar and contacts? If you are referring to email, it would be good to know what type of email account you are talking about. The only way email would be the same on Outlook and the phone is if the accounts are either IMAP or Exchange. Can you provide more information about the accounts, what you are trying to do and what is actually happening.

My ical won't sync with my iphone and ipad calendar?

I cannot get my Mac ical calendar to sync new appointments added from mac to iphone and ipad calendar. I have downloaded iCloud. When I add a new appointment to my iphone it syncs rights away to my ipad calendar but not to my mac computer and vice versa.
Any suggestions?

On your Mac, go to sytem preferences and click on the icloud icon. Turn on iCloud.
When prompted, enter your Apple ID for iCloud. If you don't see a prompt, click the Apple icon at the top left of your screen and choose System Preferences. Click iCloud, enter your Apple ID, and select the services you’d like to enable.
One of the services is ICal.

Permanently selfduplicating contacts in adress book, iCal no longer syncs with Outlook

From one Day to the next my mac stopped syncing my outlook calendar with iCal. I tried to reset sync; deleted prefs; deleted cache files, nothing worked for me. Not all of the outlook calandar groups appeared in iCal, now after the calendar groups don't even appear in iCal anymore. I use Outlook 2011 with OSX 10.5.8 (i have to use this as long as we don't get a new database in our company.
Now I realized that one adress in adressbook starts to duplicate itself hundreds of times.
What can i do? How do I stop the selfduplicating adress and how can I fix the sync between Outlook and iCal.

It appears I have solved the issue myself and thought I would share the solution in case anyone runs into this problem.
In Outlook, I only have one profile. However, Outlook somehow had some settings changed where it prompted me for which profile I wanted to use each time I started Outlook (even though I only have one profile). Because it was prompting me to choose when I start Outlook, I am guessing that when iTunes tried to access Outlook, it was also prompting iTunes to choose which profile to use as well. Since iTunes didn't know which profile, it wasn't syncing properly (note, iTunes never asks you which profile you want to use).
To fix this, I went to the control panel, double clicked the mail icon, clicked the button that says "Show Profiles". I highlighted the only profile I have listed in the drop-down menu and checked the box that says "Always use this profile".
I then sync'd iTunes with my phone and the calendar and contacts finally updated!

I synced my photos with one of my macs. Now I want to transfer those photos to another mac

I had a bunch of photos on one of my mac books. I wanted those photos on my iPhone 6.
I have synced the folder with my phone - and now I'm able to see those photos in one of my albums on my iPhone.
However, now I want to transfer the photos from that album onto another mac but I find that when I connect my phone to that mac, and I browse iPhoto or Image Capture I'm only able to see photos taken with my iPhone Camera and not the photos I just transferred into the new album.
Am I doing something wrong or is it really not possible to transfer photos this way (i.e. Mac A ---> iPhone 6 ----> Mac B) ?

Essentially my events become albums...I still have the separation ..correct?
Why would this be a problem?
This was a response from an earlier post from Vanoord that concerned me: quote..see next-

This response implies that all my 300 events will become separated into thousands of moments. What does this mean? Is this true?
Won't my Events just become albums as you suggested?
I have years of events that have accumulated and collated photos. They must stay separated.

Example:
I have 300 albums with 30K photos distributed in various numbers in each album ( used to be events according to your response)
I add some photos in each album each day
I set all my devices to the cloud etc...
the cloud synchs from my designated "source" Macbook...
the cloud sees this and uploads
then the confusing part...the other devices ( MacBooks, I pad, i phone) all will see the synch and can then be designated to download to each device in the original form as we view it on a Macbook or i phone? What does "full resolution" or optimized previews mean as Leonie replied above?
I need my JPEG images for my education keynote presentations and e mailing images as required from each event as needed ( soon to be albums)

How have you tried to sync it ? With the phone connected and selected on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, you should be able to use the Books tab on the right-hand side of iTunes to select and sync the audiobook to the phone's Music app - if there are audiobooks on your phone then you should get an Audiobooks option in the Music app.
