I actually juggle interaction with Exchange in a couple ways.
In Mail.app, I don't automatically accept meeting invites because they don't make it to my Exchange calendar which everyone in the company relies on to schedule meetings. So instead, I'll go to Outlook Web Access (OWA) and accept the invite from there which puts it into the my Exchange Calendar on the global servers. Then, using Mail.app, I go to my Trash IMAP folder on Exchange and find the accepted meeting invite and click on the .ics file attachment which then puts the meeting in my iCal. I then go to iCal to accept it and have to manually set the alert function.
If I have VMware's Fusion running with Windows XP and Outlook running, I'll switch to Outlook and accept my meetings there. Ironically, Outlook puts the accepted meeting information into my "Calendar" IMAP folder which is where I then have to go to repeat the same process as above. I'm just now experimenting with YAI from John Maisey http://www.nhoj.co.uk/youreinvited/ to see how well this works. So far, his other tools are wonderful and help me with other issues relating to iCal's dysfunctional issues such as the uncontrollable auto-reply problem.
I *_absolutely will not_* however, use Entourage ever again under no circumstances. That program creates more problems than it helps. Maybe others have better luck than I have but my experiences with this program makes me shutter to even think about. I have to say that I'm greatly disappointed in the long anticipated Office 2008 suite for Mac. I really don't believe they improved anything other than giving these apps more features and try to keep them similar to the Windows counterpart. At this point, out of sheer necessity I keep only Excel and PowerPoint on my Mac and no other Microsoft application running native Mac will exist on this computer. I use Fusion regularly to ensure my coworkers can share with me Visio documents and that my PowerPoint slides I create are formatted correctly for them to view and use. Ironically, there is no porting over from native Mac PowerPoint or even Keynote to Windows PowerPoint that doesn't require minor tweaking and adjusting of fonts and graphics. I have no idea why but this app seems to be stuck in the 90's and can't get past it.
I didn't mean to get caught up on Microsoft here but the bottom line for me is that there just isn't a good product out there for simply managing your time and activity without introducing great complexity. Its a shame too because I believe that moving to the Mac has enabled me to leapfrog my coworkers in terms of productivity. A day doesn't go by that I don't hear someone say, "my Windows just 'blue-screened' and I can't talk right now" or "Outlook just froze up on me and I can't access your email" or "my system just crashed and I've lost everything". Since moving to Mac, I've only had one problem with the computer and that was due to a short in my powercord for my PowerBook G4. Once that was replaced, I've not missed a lick in 5 years. Impressive by any standard.

Massive creation of Top N List with BAPI BAPI_PPR_MAINTAIN

Hello guys,
We want to create massively Top N List (with its positions and Target
Groups) in CRM, all in one step.
We are using the BAPI BAPI_PPR_MAINTAIN to create a Top N list
with its products and Bussines Partners by a code program.
We have already saved a Top N List, however, when we assign the
products and we indicate Reference Type "1 Product (0)", the system
doesn´t discriminate the rest of the data by this value. Instead of it,
the system validates the Reference Type "88 Rule (0) - Rule Product
(0)". As a consequence, the system asks for a Rule ID which we don´t
have.
Finally, we got the message error: "CRM_PRP_CUST 003 Error trying to
read the Customizing Table CRMC_PRP_RULE_I;RULE_TYPE=PC".
The same problem is repeated with the Business Partner position. When
we indicate the name of our Target group, we got the
error "CRM_PRP_CUST 003 Error trying to read the Customizing Table
CRMC_PRP_RULE_I; RULE_TYPE = PA".
We don´t understand why this BAPI behaves wrongly. It mustn´t verify if
all the fields in the BAPI are filled, because there are data scenarios
in where is necessary to fill only some fields. Those data entries do
have be there accordingly to each other.
Are there possibilities to jump those "extra" verifications? Will this BAPI work
to create Top N List?
Do you know another BAPI, function module, program, etc. that we could use in order to create Top N List massively?

Hi,
I think that your WBS hierarchy structure is incorrect.
Activate error log for BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN using:
METHOD_PROJECT-OBJECTTYPE = 'Trace'.
METHOD_PROJECT-METHOD = 'Create'.
METHOD_PROJECT-OBJECTKEY = FILENAME.
APPEND METHOD_PROJECT.
If you would like to see how such hierarchy structure should be coded you can first read hierarchy for existing project using:
CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_PROJECT_GETINFO'
EXPORTING
PROJECT_DEFINITION = PROJECT_DEFINITION-PROJECT_DEFINITION
IMPORTING
RETURN = RETURN
TABLES
E_WBS_HIERARCHIE_TABLE = WBS_HIERARCHIE_TABLE.

ITunes top songs lists, calculation?

Does anyone know how iTunes "top songs" lists are calculated? Obviously they measure downloads, but over what time?
Also, there's one listing on the "portal" page of my country's iTunes store, but when I click it, songs are listed in another order. When checking the web site (with top songs by country), there's still another list. Why the differences, and which one is correct?
A related question: is it possible to see the number of downloads for a certain song?

Slightly more automated method:
Drag in the new song titles from the Store.
File > Display Duplicates.
Sort by Date Added. All the ones that are dupes and have a Buy button will now be together. Click the first, hold Shift, click the last to highlight the whole row, then Delete.
File > Display All. At this point, the remianing ones with a Buy button are known not to be dupes.
Since they are still sorted by Date Added, all the remaining ones with the Buy button will be together, and you can buy them!
Try this out with 8 or 10 new songs, including some that you know you already have and some that you don't. Give it a test before you do 200 songs.

When I was checking the top visitors list under web analytics report I see few user names as full name and most of other users as domain\userid. How can i show all the list as user full name.
We are using SharePoint 2010.

Look at some of the lunar events, and see what keywords they are using - eg moon or phase. Use one of those keywords in the search box. Find the earliast occurence in the list and delete it. This may take out all subsequent occurences, or you may have to delete them individually.

If you just want to export events then Bento will let you access and export your calendars. I think they still have a free trial version available. If you want to manipulate the actual ical data Bento will let you do that too.
Not sure if there's any other solution. Maybe someone else will have a good suggestion too.

How can I scroll down the top menu list and then the sub-menu lists when the iPod click wheel is broken?

I have an iPod Classic 4th Generation and my click wheel connection is broken and so does not work. I can still play music on my Bose dock station but I cannot choose which album I want to play because I cannot scroll down the playlists. I can just play the first tune in the list or from where I last paused a tune. Is there a way to scroill down the list, including the top menu list, without using the click wheel?

Index Values, I think, is the property you are looking for. Set the index to 0 to be at the top.

Error while deleting the Products from TOP N List

I have been using FM "CRM_PRP_PROD_I_UPDATE_DU" to delete products from the TOP N List but while executing i am getting an error "Error upon posting object 'PRP_PROD_I' / table CRMM_PRP_PROD_I'". Kindly let me know where am i going wrong.

I think in the ODS setting Unique Data Records checkbox is ticked........if so.........The DataStore object can be used for loading unique data records...........If the loaded request does contain data that is already in the DataStore object, activation of the request will lead to an error.
Find the request in SE16>>RSICCONT table .........and try to delete there....it may work........

Ok, here's what seems to have worked....but will need to monitor to see if this stays "stable".
1) As suggested by King_Penguin in another Discussion thread [apple support > iPad > Using iPad > Discussions] (https://discussions.apple.com/message/15911962#15911962), I turned off iPhoto startup on the iPhone. Then ejected iPhone from USB.
2) Reconnected iPhone via USB. iTunes did not start up. Started up iTunes manually. Went to Summary page for iPhone, unchecked the "open iTunes" option, selected APPLY button. Let iTunes run its application process.
3) Then checked the "open iTunes" option. Selected APPLY button. Got a dialog box asking if I wanted "iTunes Helper" to be installed; selected YES. Let iTunes run its application process. Ejected iPhone. Closed out iTunes. Reconnected iPhone via USB. AND iTunes STARTED UP AUTOMATICALLY (yay!). Let iTunes do some backup and sync'ing. Ejected iPhone. Closed out iTunes.
4) Connected iPad via USB (on computer). AND iTunes STARTED UP AUTOMATICALLY (yay!).
I don't know for sure that the iPhoto "automatic launch" was causing the interference, but it seems like the "uncheck/check" the "open iTunes" option seemed to re-set the problem that I encountered. I don't want to say for sure that this issue is fixed, but it appears to be under control for the moment.

When I change size of icons, or icon vs list display, why does it affect the whole computer? In some folders I want to see a list and others I want to see an icon and I don't need a large icon in all folders. I used to be able to set each folder separately in the old OS. How do I fix this?

I can hilight an item, go to the finder/file/getinfo but there is no box next to icon view.
I can go to view/options and adjust the icon size etc, but this applies to every folder in the whole computer. I need varied options in different folders, i.e., I want to view images as icons and text as text. I have to change it every time I open a folder. I used to be able to set it per folder in the old OS.

How to get my company in the top company list?

My name is there in the top contributor list for Solution Manager. But I can't see my company in the top company list for Solution Manager. I am pretty sure its not because of the points as I myself have more points than some of the companies listed there.
I also checked some previous forum post . As per them, if I maintain my e mail id as my company id and maintain the company name in my profile it should work. But its not working for me. Any idea?

I just checked that you are the second highest contributor to SolMan with 106 points in the last 30 days.
But your company name appears no-where in the top list for that area.
Have you updated your email address to the new corporate one very recently - like yesterday or today?
If yes, then please wait for a day or two.

This time INDEX_N3 will be used.

The explain plan will show full scan.

The most frequent site is not at top of list on location bar dropdown in 10.0.2

Previous version ordered the drop down history on locator bar by frequency of use. This meant my most commonly visited site was at top of list and I used that to select my site. Now it's halfway down the history list and more inconvenient to access. I tried selecting the site many times to see if it would move up. No luck. Any way to change the order? Liked the old way better.

I don't think LabVIEW 6 generated those error log files as LabVIEW 7
does. Not sure if it did generate an error log at all, but definitely
not in ...\My Documents\LabVIEW Data directory. It may however create a file in the temporary directory.
As to the error message it is probably worth a try to enter 6.0.2
instead. It is not very likely that the code base of LabVIEW has
changed so significantly that this message would be in another place.
That said the error page on the NI site has not a single time helped me
up til now. I always seem to only get errors NI hasn't felt like adding
to that database.

I know a lot of people with iphone 5 and have never heard them complain about top button always brake and screen that decides to pop off or the back of their case is bending.
That sounds like a phone that has been dropped a numerous times.
