Tried to reinstall everything for a few times, but nothing helps.

When I search for updates the raw converter doesnt get update automaticly. Frustrating, is costing me the whole morning.

I'm panicking like crazy here. I don't know what's happened but I went to open FCP 5.1 tonight and it wont even open any more. I click on the file in the applications section and it momentarily blinks in the dock and then just vanishes and doesn't open and I dont know what I can do to fix this. I am unable to open images in Develop Mode in Lightroom 5.4. I keep getting system crashes. Now they wont even open images up at all in any mode.

I have Lightroom 5.4 under the CC from Adobe. EVerytime i opened an image up in Develop mode, the program would crash and Microsoft would tell me its stopped working. After playing around with it, now it wont even open up images in ANY of the modes, WHAT IS GOING ON WITH LIGHTROOM ?!?

First of all, if you don't know much about how applications work inside of the OS, its wise to not look in the application folder(s). Deleting anything here can make your apps go haywire. If this happened, then you are best to 1)unregister photoshop, 2) uninstall your entire suite. 3) reinstall the suite and finally 4) reregister photoshop.
All images/textures/photo's including dng, cr2 and nef files need to be stored in your pictures folder and no where else, unless you're an intermediate user on your OS. In your pictures folder you can create folders for organizing the pictures whether by location, season's, time, or file format.
Then when you back up you can just drag a copy of the files to another drive including cd's or dvd's.
This will make sure you don't accidently delete important app files.
All this said, my OS of choice is Windows, so if anything does not sound right, thats why.

Start with testing iTunes in a different user on your iMac and see if it opens. You may just need to reinstall iTunes to resolve the issue.

I'm having a problem with itunes8. When I doubleclick on the desktop icon, or access itunes from any shortcut or the direct EXE the mouse cursor turns into the hourglas for about 3-5 seconds, goes back to normal cursor, then nothing happens. itunes wont even pop up. I get no error messages, and I DONT get the BSOD like most are reporting problems getting. I get NOTHING at all.

disabled firewalls completely PLUS adding all Apple applications to exception list just in case
done COMPLETE uninstall of ALL apple products plus used microsoft install cleaner then reinstalling

Installed quick time separately first, then itunes

I thought MAYBE it was because I'm running a custom version of XP (Bariski edition) so I installed itunes 8 on my other computer which is running the plain old XP SP2 from MS and it actually did the exact same thing. It "pretended" (as i like to say) to load itunes then never popped up.

ok ive tried installing itunes many times now, but every time i click on the installation file, nothing happens. and by nothing i mean, nothing opens up. even the installation for quicktime wont open. so i tried downloading the file again only i clicked on "run" this time. then its giving me this message after its done downloading: Internet Explorer - Security Warning. with that one (even though you're getting a slightly different error message), start with the following document:

The only reason I installed this is because an academic site I need to use requires Firefox ( my IE 10 is not compatible apparently). This is the MOST useless browser I have ever tried!
