Quit iTunes on your PC, switch your iPhone on and make sure it's not locked, before connecting it to your computer. Then wait a minute or two until the "Download Photos" dialogue box pops up. When that happens, launch iTunes and wait a minute or two until iPhone shows up as a connected device.

Why is my battery life dieing every 5 minutes. What should I do?

I have had my iPod for about 3 years now. After the one year warranty my battery life slowly started draining. Then I decided to take it to apple support but it didn't help I did every thing the man told me to do. Still my phone has not worked. Now I need a new battery if its possible. My Ipod won't turn on and it's fully charged, what should I do?

I was listening to music on Pandora and all of a sudden my Ipod touch started flashing to the power off screen. At that point I tried powering off to reboot and the slide bar wasn't working very well. When I finally got it off I left it off for a few minutes and then tried to turn it back on. The first time I tried it wouldn't even turn on. The second time it froze on the opening apple screen. I tried again and this time it took me to the lock screen and it started flashing on and off. I tried turning it off again and letting it sit for awhile and the same things happened again. Now it will only turn on randomly.
