(Ich habe den code mehrfach überprüft)
Wenn man eine "Rescue email Adresse" aufgesetzt hat, kann man die Sicherheitsabfragen bei "MyApple ID" https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ zurücksetzen: Dann bekommt man eine email von Apple an die "Rescue Adresse" und kann die Fragen und Antworten neu einrichten.
Ohne Recue email Adresse hilft nur der Anruf bei AppleCare http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57); die können die Antworten zurücksetzen.

Ich habe ein Upgrade von Elements 8 auf 13 vorgenommen. Dabei wurden meine Alben nicht übernommen. Was kann ich tun, um nicht viele tausend Fotos neu zuordnene zu müssen?

Ich hab jetzt doch noch eine Lösung gefunden, für alle die dieses Problem auch haben.
Mit Hilfe von AdwCleaner habe ich herausgefunden, dass es einen Ordner "C:\Users\#USERNAME#\AppData\Roaming\HELPER" gibt, da steckt der Bösewicht.
Ich hab den Ordner einfach gelöscht und tataaa, allet prima. -

Hallo ich habe mir ein iPhone 4S gekauft simlockfrei und eine neue SIM Karte allerdings kann ich das Telefon nicht komplett anschalten da es über die Aktivierung nicht hinauskommt, es sag der aktivierungserver sei nicht verfügbar... Ich habe es versucht, weil in einem ähnlichen Fall jemand schrieb, dass hier auch Mitarbeiter mitlesen. Ich hatte hatte dort die Antwort eines Mitarbeiters so verstanden, dass er das Lizenzproblem lösen konnte. Deshalb habe ich es auch mal versuchen wollen. Habe ich wohl missverstanden. -

Sorry, ist ja klar dass es ohne Infos nicht geht. Betr.-System: Mac OSX 10.9.3 neuste Version von Maverick.
Hätte ich vorher gewusst wie problematisch dieses Maverick ist, ich hätte es nicht geladen.
Habe CC die einfache Version für Sfr. 14.- abonniert u. den CC-Installer geladen.
Dann versucht Photoshop CC , Lightroom CC u. die Bridge CC zu installieren.
PS CC ist die früher geladene Testversion.
Wie du auf dem Bild siehst, sollte alles Aktuell sein, ist es aber nicht.
Bei Lightroom wird noch die alte Version LR5 angezeigt.
Die Bridge ist korrekt installiert, PS u. LR nicht.
Schon mal herzlichen Dank für die Hilfe. -
