Ich versucher unter Premiere Elements 10 mit Disc menü (1 Hauptmenü -2 Szenenmenüs zu in den Ordner zu brennen. Beim Kodieren des Menüs 100% Beim kompilieren d. M. auf 25% kommt Immer die Fehlermeldung: Interner Softwarefehler: Vobulator\Block Planner\Block Planner\cpp.Zeile 215
Bemerkung: Beim Einschalten vin Automatisch Abspielen d. h. ohne Discmenü erfolgt die Codierung tadellos!

Premiere elements 7 mit Vista 64 bit

Hallo community
ich plane derzeit den Umstieg von DV auf HDV. Arbeite seit Jahren mit Premiere und in den lezten Jahren expliziet mit Premiere elements 3 auf einem Rechner speziell für diese Anwendung konfiguriert.
(Quad core; 4 GB RAM etc)
Im Rahmen der Planungen beschäftige ich mich auch mit OS 64 bit.
Konnte bis dato nicht eruieren, ob Premiere elements 7 unter Vista 64 bit läuft (wohl wissend, dass es sich dann um eine 32 bit Emulation handelt)Die bessere Speicherverwaltung eines 64 bit Systems wäre aber gewinnbringend.
Hat jemand damit bereits Erfahrungen gesammelt die er beisteuern kann. bin dankbar um jeden Tipp.

ich habe Premiere Elements 7 mit der 64 Bit Version von Vista laufen. Tatsächlich läuft es als 32 Bit Emulation, ansonsten konnte ich keine Einschänkungen festellen.

Premiere Elements 9 mit unschönen Kacheln

Hallo zusammen
Ich weiss nicht, ob Kacheln der richtige Ausdruck ist.
Ist das Ausgangsmaterial eine mpg-Datei von einem DVB-Empfäner, so ist das geschnittene Ergebnis einwandfrei.
Ist das Ausgangsmaterial allerdings eine mpg-Datei von einem Analogen-Kabel-Empfänger so sind im geschnittenen Endergebnis bei Kameraschwenks oder einfach nur bei raschen Bewegungen unschöne Kacheln zu sehen.
Wichtig, beide Ausgangsdateien sehen vor dem Schneiden nahezu gleich aus, also keine groben Auflösungen.
Woher kommen diese Kacheln und wie kann ich das verhindern?

So, endlich konnte ich meine Versuchsreihe mit besserem Ausgangsmaterial fortsetzen.
Zuerst sah alles tiptop aus, bis zum ersten Schnitt, von da an war alles wieder beim "Alten" --> Kacheln so weit das Auge reicht.
Ich habe es dann aufgegeben und den Film mit PVAStrumento (demultiplexen), Cuttermaran (schneiden) und mit ImagoMPEG-Muxer (multiplexen) bearbeitet.
--> tiptopes Endresultat!
Ich bin von Premiere schon sehr enttäuscht.
Dazu kommt, wenn ich einwandfreies Ausgangsmaterial (digitale Quelle, MPG-Datei und ca. 2GB gross) bearbeite (ca. 15 Minuten herausschneide), wird der Film (MPG-Datei) schlussendlich über 6GB gross!!!
Da ist ja Nero noch wesentlich besser!

Ich habe mir vor ein paar monaten Elements 7 gekauft und ich bekomme jetzt ein Upgrade auf Windows 7 läuft es jetzt immernoch auf dem neuen Betriebssystem?

PSE7-Foto lauft beim mir seit Windows7-Beta und Windows7-RC ´von Anfang an einwandfrei und stabil. Ob bei der endgültigen Win7-Version ab 22.10. auch noch so ist, ich hoffe es.
PSE7-Film allerdings, haengt sich oft auf, bzw. stürzt ab. Ich benötige dieses Prog. aber z.Zt. weniger.

Premiere Elements 12 braucht unter OSX Mavericks ewig zum Öffnen eines vorhandenen Projekts

ich habe mit Mavericks von Premiere Elements 9 auf Elements 12 umgestellt. Mein erstes Projekt ist schon ein Desaster. Es besteht bis jetzt aus einem einminütigen MPEG-Full-HD-Film, 2 JPG-Bildern und 3 statischen Titeln. Das Speichern des Projektes hat schon ungewöhnlich lange gedauert. Als ich es aber zur Weiterbearbeitung wieder öffnen wollte brauchte Premiere Elements gestoppt 4,5 Minuten um das 1,5 Minuten-Projekt wieder zu öffnen. Zum Test hatte ich daraufhin alle Cache- und Projektdateien gelöscht, Premiere komplett deinstalliert und frisch installiert. Das Projekt habe ich anschließend neu erstellt. Beim Abspeichern hat es schon wieder sehr lange gedauert und das spätere Öffnen wie oben erwähnt, dauerte länger als 4 Minuten. Woran kann es liegen, dass die Ladezeiten derart lang sind? So kannte ich das unter Premiere Elements 9 nicht. Lässt sich die Ladezeit verkürzen? Meine Befürchtung ist, dass sich das Projekt mit zunehmender Länge gar nicht mehr laden lässt.
Ich benutze das Programm auf einem Mac mini unter OSX Mavericks mit 8 GB RAM und 500 GB FusionDrive von dem 3/4 noch frei sind. Die verwendeten Medien sind lokal gespeichert.
Schon mal im Voraus Danke für jede Hilfe.

I am strictly an Elements Windows user.
I suspect that the Fusion Drive is at the core of your Premiere Elements 12 on iMac Fusion issue.
But, I have seen many reports of slow performance of Elements products when iMac Fusion drive was involved. Please clarify what you have stored on the fusion drive? Are that Premiere Elements source media stored on it? Where are the Scratch Disks directed?
From what I have read, the Fusion drive consists of two drives, one traditional hard drive about 1 TB and SSD about 128 GB. Is there any way to take the Fusion drive out of the equation and just use one traditional hard drive. From the following article, it sounds like the traditional part of the Fusion drive has the specification of only 5400 rpm.

Qualitätsprobleme beim Erstellen einer Disc mit Premiere Elements 12

Hallo zusammen,
ich versuche mit Premiere Elements 12 Filme auf DVD zu brennen. Soweit funktioniert das auch, nur die Bildqualität geht gar nicht!
Ausgangsmaterial ist ein MOV Video mit der Größe von 1,8 GB. Also kein Problem für eine DVD.
Nach dem Brennen befinden sich auf dem DVD Film nur Querstreifen über dem Bild und geben dem ganzen Treppen statt rundungen. Eine Bildqualität, die sich nicht auf dem TV gucken lässt ohne das Heulen zu kriegen.
Leider habe ich die selbe Bildqualität auch beim Film brennen mit Toast. Von daher dachte ich, ok, mit Premiere geht es besser.
Hat jemand eine Idee?

die *.TS Dateien liegen als MPEG-2 vor. Das Seitenverhältnis ist immer 16:9. Ich arbeite mit verschiedenen Aufnahmen. Es gibtg HD mit 1080p, HD mit 1280x720 und SD mit 720x576.
Die TS Dateien mit 720x576 wurden mir zuvor auf meinem Windows PC auch so angezeigt und so verarbeitet in bester DVD Qualität. Seit einer Woche habe ich keinen Windows PC mehr
und bin komplett umgestiegen auf einen Apple IMAC 2,9 GHz Intel I5, 21,5 Zoll, 8GB RAM, OS-X 10.9.men
Hier werden mir die SD Aufnahmen nicht mit 720x576 angezeigt, sondern mit 1024x576 ??? Ich muss diese erst mit ISkysoft Video Converter umwandeln. Damit es danach als Vollbild läuft, muss
ich als Auflösung 720x408 wählen, sonst läuft es in einem Fenster mit dicken schwarzen Rahmen. Auch Premiere Elements 12 produziert die schwarzen Rahmen, wandele ich es nicht vorher um.
Ich lade gerade ein paar kleine Testdateien von ca. 2 Minuten Länge in mein Mediencenter. Das Beste ist, Du schaust Dir die Dateien selber einmal an. Ich werde hier gleich noch
den Link veröffentlichen, um die Dateien aus dem Mediencenter zu laden.
Es sind folgende Dateien:
Original1280x720HD.ts = Original HD Datei aus der Dreambox
Test720x408.mov = Convertierte HD TS Datei zu SD. (Mit ISkysoft Video Converter)
mov2dvd_Premiere12.vob = Konvertierte MOV Datei mitPremiere Elements 12 zu DVD umgewandelt. Hier sind die Treppen und Querstreifen Horizontal gut zu sehen.
Original2dvd_Premiere12.vob = Original HD TS mit Premiere Elements 12 zu DVD umgewandelt. Qualität fast OK, bei schnellen Bewegungen Treppen und Querstreifen Horizontal.
mov2dvd_Xilisoftdvdcreator.vob = MOV Datei mit dem Xilisoft DVD Creator zu DVD umgewandelt. Qualität OK keine Treppen, keine Streifen horizontal Auf dem TV super! Leider nicht genug
Schnittmöglichkeit wie unter Premiere Elements 12.
Wenn gewünscht, kann ich auch noch eine Dreambox SD Originaldatei hochladen mit eigentlich 720x576, die hier mit 1024x576 angezeigt wird.
Die SD Dateien sind nach Umwandlung mit Premiere zu DVD qualitativ noch schlechter als die HD Aufnahmen, obwohl nach Umwandlung beides gleich sein müsste.
An meinem alten Windows PC habe ich die Dateien mit Nero Video geschnitten und zu DVD gebrannt. Funktionierte immer ohne Probleme und gute Qualität.
Ich werde gleich noch den Link zu meinem Mediacenter posten und hoffe auf weitere Hilfe.

You should be able to copy your homemade Premiere Elements Blu-ray disc format on Blu-ray disc
using the burn software that came with the burner.

Premiere elements does not recognize Blu-Ray disc, says media not present. Under 12 I was able to record 3 blu-ray dvds using the same burner and discs I'm trying with 13. What is the problem?

I installed PE13 and cannot burn blu-ray DVDs. I was able to burn 3 blu-ray DVDs using PE12. When I select DVD from the menu it recogniazes that it is not a stadard DVD as I get an 'incorrect media' error message. It will burn standard DVDs of the same video using standard DVD mefia.
What is going on here?
When I loaded PE 12 back on the computer I cannot load a file created with PE13. Looks like a format change? Can I convert file back to PE12?

Please let me know if this ISO Image choice is going to work for you. But I will keeping searching for the answer to these no media present situations.

Premiere Elements 8 - Importierte Dateien haben eine schlechte Qualität

Hallo
Dies ist mein verzweifelter Versuch, mein Problem doch noch irgendwie zu lösen, mit dem ich schon seit einiger Zeit scheinbar leben muss. Ich benutze seit kurzem vermehrt Premiere Elements 8 zum Schneiden von Videos, um sie dann auf meinem Youtube-Kanal hochzuladen. Doch bisher habe ich noch kein einziges Video hochgeladen, bis auf eines, das ich direkt über Premiere Elements 8 hochgeladen habe (also mit der eingebauten Hochlade-Funktion), das habe ich aber wieder heruntergenommen wegen der schlechten Qualität, und hier kommen wir auch schon zum großen Problem.
Ich nehme das Aufnahmeprogramm "Fraps" her, mit welchem ich gute Aufnahmen erzielen kann, das Programm speichert diese regulär im vorgegebenen Ordner, wo ich die Dateien einsehen und mir über den VLC-Media Player, welchen ich benutzer, auch in voller Auflösung, also 1920x1080, ansehen kann, ohne irgendwelche Probleme. So weit so schön, aber: Wenn ich jetzt die Dateien in Premiere Elements 8 einfüge, wird die Qualität auf einmal sehr schlecht, wenn man sie in der Vorschau in Premiere Elements 8 ansieht, außerdem wird die Auflösung dadurch auch plötzlich gesenkt. Beim ersten Mal hab ich mir auch nichts dabei gedacht, bis ich eben das Video hochgeladen und die schlechte Qualität gesehen habe. Seither versuche ich, das Problem selbst zu lösen und habe auch schon diverse Internetseiten durchsucht, um zu einer Lösung zu kommen, eine richtige Lösung war aber noch nicht dabei.
Jetzt zu meiner Frage: Gibt es einen Weg, dieses Qualitätsproblem zu lösen, oder ist dies ein Bug aus PrE 8 und wurde in den neueren Versionen gefixt, weil dann muss ich mich nach Freeware-Software umsehen bzw damit umgehen lernen, da ich auch schon andere Softwar ausprobiert habe, jedoch war diese nur auf Englisch und das Handling hat mich fast wahnsinnig gemacht.
Falls jemand zur Problemlösung noch weitere Infos braucht, ich versuche alles bereitszustellen, was in meiner Macht steht. Außerdem füge ich hinzu, dass ich nicht wie ein wirklicher Profi mit dem Programm umgehen kann, Deshalb nach Möglichkeit eine Erklärung, die ich auch verstehe.

Keine Ahnung, aber wenn es genau mit der halben Bildrate angezeigt wird, deutet das in der Regel darauf hin, dass die eingebetteten Metadaten, also MPEG Streamflags, falsch interpretiert werden und Fields/ Halbbilder gesehen werden, wo keine sind. Das könnte alles mögliche sein von verratzten CoDecs auf Systemebene bis irgendeiner falschen Einstellung...

Premiere Elements 8 wird nicht richtig beendet

Ich nutze Premiere Elements 8 mit Windows Vista 64bit. Allerdings habe ich das Problem, dass das Programm nach dem beenden nicht ganz geschlossen wird. Im Task Manager unter Prozesse steht immer noch "Adobe Premiere Elements.exe *32" mit einer CPU Auslastung zwichen 23 und 26.
Solange der Prozess dort aktiv ist, läßt sich das Programm auch nicht nochmal starten.
Ist das Problem bekannt? Weiß jemand Rat?

das Problem scheint leider an Premiere zu liegen, man kann es wunderbar im Taskmanager beobachten.
Bei kritischen Projekten (wo das vorkommt) habe ich den Taskmanager immer geöffnet und überprüfe regelmäßig wie viel Arbeitsspeicher Premiere belegt.
Wenn er in die Größenordnung 2 GB kommt speichere ich das Projekt und starte Premiere neu.
Je nach Projekt fängt er dann so bei 1,2 - 1,5 GB Speicherbelegung an und geht dann während der weiteren Bearbeitung wieder Richtung 2 GB,
dann also wieder das selbe Spiel. Eine bessere Lösung haben ich dafür leider nicht gefunden, aber ich kann damit zumindest arbeiten. Wenn dein Projekt natürlich schon nach dem Start an diese Grenze kommt ists schwierig.
Ich war auch der Meinung das es helfen könnte auf Windows 7 64Bit auf zu rüsten, leider sieht man dann erst, dass Premiere E 8 auch nur ein 32 Bit Proggi ist und somit nur 2 GB zur Verfügung stehen. Na eventuell wird es ja mit der 9er Version eine 64 Bit Version, dann sollten solche Probleme der Vergangenheit angehören.

Warnung beim starten von Premiere Elements. "Kein Datenträger im Laufwerk..."

Ich benutze Adobe Premiere Elements 9 und sehr häufig, wen ich PrE9 starte bekomme ich die Warnung "Es befindet sich kein Datenträger im Laufwerk. Legen Sie einen Datenträger in Laufwerk \Device\Harddisk\DR4 ein." Dann sind da 3 Buttons: "Abbrechen/Wiederholen/Weiter" aber wenn ich auf einen von Ihnen klicke kommt die Warnung nur zurück (in weniger als einer Sekunde). Deswegen kann ich PrE nicht benutzen und das stört wirklich! Ich habe bereits versucht es zu De- bzw. Neuinstallieren doch das hilft alles nichts.
Ich benutze Windows 7 64 Bit.

erstmal danke das du dich um mein Problem bemüht hast.
Ich habe mittlerweile auch ein ähnliche Möglichkeit/Idee woher diese Meldung kommt. Bei mir ist es so, dass wenn ich in mein internen Cardreader die Karte der Kamera oder auch einfach nur einen USB-Stick stecke, dass dann diese Meldung auftaucht. Herrausziehen oder erneut anschließen bringt dann gar nichts. Man muss den USB/die Karte vom PC trennen und ihn neu starten, damit das Problem und somit die Warnung verschwindet.
Das war meine Lösung zum Problem, welches echt nervig ist. Da man allerdings, wenn diese Meldung auftaucht, weder speicher noch sonst irgendetwas machen kann, habe ich den Intervall der automatische Speicherung etwas herunter gesetzt:
Bearbeiten > Voreinstellung > Automatische Speicherung
Das nervige hierbei ist aber auch, das die Auto. Speicherung erst nach dem 1. manuellen Speicher eintritt.

"No Disk" Error (premiere elements 12)

When making an Auto Movie in pre12, as soon as i click the next button having selected the theme that I want, I get (No disk in drive D:), but if I eject the empty tray and leave it open all works fine.

It does not make sense.
The SmartSound/Sonicfire Pro 5 feature is gone in Premiere Elements 12 and has been replaced by Music Scores which is in concept like SmartSound but is not SmartSound.
I think that your happening was by chance.
Recently I had a strange No disc situation. Never had one as long as I have been working with Premiere Elements products 4 to 12 over more than 10 years.
I decided to install CONTENT for Premiere Elements 10 on Windows 7 64 bit. After all was done apparently successfully. I started to use the program and went to apply a disc menu. That is when I got hit with the No disc message. I could not get rid of it. The only thing that would allow me to continue in the disc menu location was to insert the Premiere Elements 10 CONTENT disc which seemed unreasonable since all the CONTENT could be seen saved to the computer hard drive where it was supposed to be.
I decided to restart the computer for one reason or another. Immediately after the restart, there was no problem applying the disc menu in Premiere Elements 10. I did not have to work with the Premiere Elements 10 CONTENT disc in the burner tray to get my Premiere Elements 10 disc menus applied.
This one computer before and after this incident had SmartSound programs on it related to many earlier Premiere Elements versions that are on this same computer. So, SmartSound features or files did not appear to be implicated here in this No disc matter.
So I would caution you about a jump to judgment on
but somehow still looking for those smart sound files...
Please consider if there are any alternative explanations for your results.

Premiere Elements 9 PC: Major Importer Failure

I think that I have gone down every troubleshooting road on trying to discover why "all of a sudden" Premiere Elements 9 PC will not import anything via Get Media/Files and Folders into its Organize interface as is its default behavior. The program fails at that point and shows the message "the program is not responding". Yet if you force the closure of that particular project and reopen a new one, you find that those media that failed to import into Organize in the first project now are live and well in the Organize of the new project. You can drag them from the Organize to the Timeline and use them in this new project. All other functions of Premiere Elements 9 PC appear unaffected by this import failure. AND, source media can be video (any format and size) and photos (any size). This happens even with import of the first and only file being a jpg (800 x 600 pixels).
My history of Premiere Elements 9 PC/baddrivers.txt file/ and "incompatible driver messages" is well documented in these forums. That involved Windows XP Professional SP3 32 bit and a NVIDIA display card. And, I have been moving along successfully with Premiere Elements 9 PC for several months. About two weeks ago, I upgraded my computer to Windows 7 Professional 64 bit Intel Graphics Card, and Premiere Elements has been performing great until yesterday when what I call "major importer failure" struck. The computer has about 800 GB free hard drive space and about 2.5 GB out of 4.0 GB of available RAM. All of this worked great for about two weeks and now suddenly this yesterday. Did I do anything different or unusual? I think not. I also have Premiere Elements 7 and 8 on this same new computer, and they continue to function perfectly in all respects, whereas Premiere Elements 9 does not. AND, yes I have had the Premiere Elements 9.0.1 Update installed and in use before and after the importer failure.
Troubleshooting has included
a. Uninstall/Reinstall from Premiere Elements 9 installation disc + uninstall/reinstall of QuickTime + Photoshop Elements 9 as well.
b. System Restore (as well as a restore of an earlier version of the installed Premiere Elements 9.
c. Removal of possible interferring program, such as, Nero InCD.
d. Removal of recent Windows Updates
e. Uninstall/reinstall of Intel driver since at one point in the failure the Edit Mode Monitor was displaying part of the Disc Menu Section while the program was in the Organize Mode.
f. Have looked at permissions, running as Administrator, etc.
One of the things that I will try this morning is installing Premiere Elements 9 PC on the previous system Windows XP Professional SP3 32 bit to see if there is any major importer failure there at this time.
If anyone has the time, I would appreciate any comments on a troubleshooting avenue that I may have overlooked. This appears to be another Deja Vu all over again. I hope not.

I still have not pin pointed why my Premiere Elements 9 works great EXCEPT it will not import media into the Organize with Get Media/Files and Folders and attempts to do that drive the program into unresponsiveness and extreme difficult closure, even with the Task Manager.
Yes, I have already looked at the workaround that you suggested for moving forward in my Premiere Elements 9 PC project, that is, entering all my source media into the Elements Organizer (can do from Photoshop Elements side) so that the source media thumbnail will be in the Premiere Elements Organize "ahead of time", and I will not have to depend upon Get Media/Files and Folders to get that job done.
But, until I hit the key to this, I think I have an almost perfect better way. My computer is now Windows 7 Professional 64 bit that comes with the Windows XP Mode. Essentially what you have in this mode is a virtual Windows XP Professional SP3 32 bit machine (best I can determine, Microsoft Generic Card). I can install Premiere Elements 9 (same serial number as on the Windows 7), and IT WORKS, no problem with the Get Media/Files and Folders. The one glitch in this perfect solution is setting up to burn to DVD. The Windows 7 Windows XP Mode Virtual Machine will not recognize installed internal DVD/CD drives when you go to write a DVD. The explanation is that the optical drive in XP Mode is a virtual device - read only. I have confirmed this. In order to use Premiere Elements 9 PC burn to disc in this Windows XP Mode , my answer here appears to be plugging in an external DVD burner USB and then using the USB Attach of the Windows XP Mode.
When Premiere Elements 9 PC was released, I was forced into much troubleshooting of the display issues which are very widely documented here. But then I was using "a real" Windows XP Professional SP3 32 bit" with a NVIDIA card. In the trial version, the BadDrivers.txt and VideoRenderer.dll got me through that episode. For me, the purchased version "essentially" was not afflicted with these same problems, and it has been running great. Now when I go to a new computer system for better performance/greater computer resources (by the way, Intel HD Graphics card), Premiere Elements 9 runs great for two weeks and then this no Get Media/Files and Folders matter sets in accompanied by program going completely knocked out by the event. In all of this, old or new, I have Premiere Elements 7, 8, and 9 installed on the same computer. While Premiere Elements 9 is being hit with these issues, Premiere Elements 7 and 8 are not , same computer environment, same source media, same project preset, et al. For me, the Premiere Elements 9.0.1 has not hit the mark.
I have done extensive troubleshooting of the this current matter, too long and involved to go into now. I am preparing a full detailed description of the issue and the troubleshooting that went into the search for a fix. I will be posting it at the forum that I frequent. When I post it there, I will supply a link to it for whomever is interested. I have filed a bug report with Adobe on this matter in abridged format as per the space provided in its bug report online form.

Premiere Elements 11 Download interupted

While installing Premiere Elements 11 from disc to my Windows 8 computer, my toddler turned off the power supply. When I have rebooted my computer the icon appears on my start screen, but when I go to open it it says there is a problem and I must uninsatll and re-install the product. However, it won't let me uninstall it.
It comes up with the error message 'Error Applying Transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid'. I cannot seem to resolve this problem.
I have tried restoring my computer but it won't let me do that either. It says 'system restore failed while scanning the file system on the drive C. The drive might be corrupt. Try chddsk. Unspeicified error during system restore (0 x 81000204).
I've tried Chkdsk and nothing comes up.
I have tried the adobe CS5 cleaner tool which runs but doesn't seem to do anything.
I have downloaded the Adobe support advisor which comes up with error 'A resatart is pending. Bootstrapper error has occurred.' It then says to restart the systeme which does nothing.
Please!! Can anyone help me?

I've managed to restore my computer to before the date I installed Premiere Elements by temporarily deactivating my Anti virus and the Adobe Premiere Elements has gone. However, I'm now trying to re-install it and it is coming up with the eror of failing to Install Shared Technologies.
I've then followed the troubleshoot tip on Shared Technolgies which told me to use Adobe Support Advisor. This came up with two issues;
cpsid_82829s1: "A restart is pending," bootstrapper error has occurred.

No Menu with Premiere Elements 12

after install and open it up okay, there was no menu (eg file edit tool etc...).
so that means it is difficult to shut down correctly and also
difficult to navigate as it is better for me to have everything in the right place (eg menus)
I run windows 8.1 and Photoshop elements 12 too no problems here menus are okay where they should be.
appreciate some help.

Just a few extra questions
1. Does your computer use any of the Windows High Contrast Themes?
2. What is your computer's video card/graphics card? Is it up to date according to the web site of the
manufacturer of the card? Do you have 1 or 2 cards?
3. What is the native resolution of your computer's monitor and is the display set at that? Are you running a dual
monitor system? Are you on a business or school network?
4. Under Control Panel/Appearance and Personalization Display
What are the sets for
"Change the size of all items" - gives a scale of small to large
and
"Change only the text size" - gives a place to select where the text is, like Menus, a place for font size, and a check off
place for Bold.
Please consider, and then let us know if any of the above has any impact on your lack of program menus.
