ich will fotos mit dem e-mail versand verschicken und zwar mit windows-live mail, das funktioniert leider nicht . ich bekomme immer die rückmeldung, daß es fehlgeschlagen hat. kann man fotos nur mit dem adobe-mail versand verschicken und wie ändere ich jetzt im nachhinein mein e-mail konto? besten dank im voraus für Ihre Hile.

Tut mir leid das ich erst so spät Antworte. Beim Wechsel des Betriebsystems gab es etwas Schwierigkeit. Ich musste alles neu installieren. Nach der Neuinstallation von Photoshop funktioniert alles ohne Probleme. Das Problem hat sich somit erledigt.

Well believe it or not
As Larry says, it's a $15 app. For that you get a lot, but not everything. Perhaps if you pay more you'll get an application that does what you want. Aperture, for instance, can export projects and import projects from Library to Library.

Windows Live and Yahoo Calendar are no longer supported for synchronization using the BlackBerry Desktop Software. You can configure wireless synchronization for your Yahoo Calendar by going to Email Setup, selecting your Yahoo account, then changing the synchronization settings.

Can you please HELP??
I recently had to change my hard drive for my laptop (Sony Vaio). The IT guy replaced my HDD and ghost all my information
from old to new drive. Everything works perfect except for Windows Live Mail.
When I open WLM I get this error:
“Windows Live Mail could not be started. Closing Windows Live Mail. Your calendar contains corrupt data that is forcing
Windows Live Mail to close. (0x8E5E0247)”
I have since done the following:
PROBLEM SOLUTION 1:
1. Close Windows Live Mail and any other Windows Live programs.
2. Click Start (then Run for
Windows XP), paste the following path below and press Enter:
%Localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Calendars
3. Rename the folder of the account you use to sign in to Windows Live Mail to
sync your calendar (ex. rename [email protected] to [email protected]).
4. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
5. Launch Windows Live Mail again.
THIS DID NOT WORK SO I DID THE FOLLOWING:
PROBLEM SOLUTION 2:
I removed WLM (uninstall) and reinstalled and still nothing.
PROBLEM SOLUTION 3:
I also renamed the WLM folder and reinstalled WLM, then deleted the new WLM folder and still nothing.
PROBLEM SOLUTION 4:
I also tried to import my emails from WLM to Microsoft Outlook but I only have a copy of my mails from the directory.
I do not have an EXPORT copy saved anywhere. Is there any way I can export the WLM to Microsoft outlook?
PLEASE HELP I AM AT WITS END.

I have had many problems with permissions on Windows Vista, 7,8 & 81.1. It is usually after an update or installation, especially one that requires a reboot to finish (some AVG, Windows Live, Windows Updates, etc). Once File(s), Folder(s)
and Registry Key(s) permissions are screwed up, it can take days to work them out if ever.
After having spent several hours on a clients PC and online forums with this problem. I transferred her user profile with a free program called
Transwiz (run as Administrator) to a zip file on the HDD. I renamed her user in manage User Accounts to "Username old". I then ran Transwiz again to restore the profile but telling it to create a new user using the original Username.
After it completed restoring the profile, I logged out of "Username old" and logged in to Username and all wass well, I only needed to supply the email password which is not transferred. When you move profile data, all the old permissions
have to be removed and <st1:personname w:st="on">new</st1:personname> permissions added so the data and files belong to the <st1:personname w:st="on">new</st1:personname> user. This cleared up all the permission
problems.

Why does Mail pull in old emails from my windows live email address?

I've got various active e-mail addresses from new and old internet providers, and if i use them they will continue to work, (so i'm told)
but the one i've got from when i had a windows phone (i know.... i was er... experimenting ) and for my xbox account, just seems to
pull in old e-mails (a week or more, e-mails i've already had through other e-mail addresses) noticed it more this xmas,
as the sales had ended by the time i received an e-mail from windows live,
does anyone know why?

You have posted in the Mail & AB forum for Leopard, and not Snow Leopard, and the system info posting below any of your responses reports 10.5.6 -- you should correct the latter.
For some using Snow Leopard and using Time Machine, this has been leading edge issue, and one that hopefully will be dealt with by the next update to SL. What seems to happen with Mail 4.x and use of Time Machine, is that the file that in normal use prevents duplicate downloads gets restored to an old version, and thus Mail does not know it has downloaded the messages previously. Purging the MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded3 file will cure briefly (after enduring one more download of all messages on the server, but the problem will return because of Time Machine. Are you using Time Machine?
As for housekeeping, if you quit Mail, and then shut down your laptop (or maybe even if only putting it to sleep by closing the lid), then Mail housekeeping tasks, which include keeping the index up-to-date do not get finished, and then can be problems. Now that I know you are using Snow Leopard, I am less suspicious of that.

Kann ich synchronisierte Fotos auf dem iPhone löschen?

Die Frage ist folgende:
Ich synchronisiere meine gemachten Fotos vom iPhone automatisch mit Lightroom Mobile.
Diese erscheinen dann brav auf meinem Client am Mac und werden dort als "Originalfoto" angezeigt.
Um jetzt Speicherplatz am iPhone frei zu bekommen wüsste ich gerne, ob ich die 8,6GB an Fotos in der Foto.app auf dem iPhone bedenkenlos löschen kann, wenn ich sie anhand Lightroom Mobile synhronisiert habe, ohne dass sie dann vom Mac oder Lightroom Mobile verschwinden?
Und sind diese synchronisierten Fotos dann wirklich die originalen in Größe, Auflösung und allen Metadaten?
Meine Musiksammlung ist etwas größer und daher sind gesicherte Fotos die ich löschen kann ein willkommener Speicherzuwachs.

With Windows 8, the new message sometimes hides in the taskbar
When you see the spinning circle, look at the taskbar to see if the Windows Live Mail has grown another task. Hover over the icon on the taskbar to shown the two images, right click on the right hand image and then select maximize. That should show the message ready for sending.

When I upgraded to IE 10 or IE 11 my window live mail quit working. I upgraded to windows live mail 2012 and it still I can't open my email. I get no error messages just a small black spot in my screen with the blue circle then a
message telling me window live mail can't open then I check for a solution and am told one can not be found.

Locate to event log to check if there are related logs helping us fixing this issue.
Go to Control Panel, sort by category, select Uninstall a program, and find windows live mail 2012, then try to repair it.

I downloaded the Windows Live Essentials for Windows 7 running under Parallels 5.0.9310. When I try to bring up Windows Live Mail I receive the error:
Windows Live Mail could not be started. Closing Windows Live Mail. Your calendar contains corrupt data that is forcing Windows Live Mail to close. (ox8000fff).
I have:
1. Done a repair via control panel
2. Deinstalled just mail from the control panel, removed the registry entries for Windows Live Mail in hkey_current_user and hkey_local_machine.
3. Reinstalled just mail.
Nothing seems to work. I am still getting the error.

Since it is to be more of Windows Live Mail issue, I kindly recommend you to contact Windows Live Mail Technical Support Team for a specific solution. Here I would like to share the following method based on my research:
You can click Start, click Control Panel and click Clock, Language, and Region, click Date and Time, click Change time zone and uncheck the box in front of “Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time”, click OK twice.

Can't Send or receive e-mails from Windows Live Ma...

I've been successfully getting mail though my BT Internet account and Windows Live Mail up until a few days ago when WLM just stopped working and I get the following error message.
"Unable to send or receive messages for the Btinternet xxxxxxxx account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.
Server: 'mail.btinternet.com' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F Protocol: POP3 Port: 110 Secure(SSL): No"
Checked all the settings and SMTP authentication and even tried deleting and setting up the account from scratch but still no joy. Weird thing is that when I tried bt broadband desktop help to check e-mail connection it comes back saying everything is ok and I get a message from them in WLM inbox!!
Confused?!

This is probably the intermittent, random problem that's been discussed at great length on the forum, eg here. It's improved considerably but is still affecting a few people occasionally. Hopefully it will go away of its own accord, but you may be able to clear it just by logging in to BT Yahoo! webmail.

Very recently my university mail changed from the regular webmail to Windows Live.
The question is :
How do I set up an account for emails, calendars and contacts in my mail.app?
Also do I have to use entourage for this purpose or will the mail app be able to figure it all?

You will need your email server addresses for the incoming and outgoing mail servers, your email username and password, and whether you need to use login security, POP or IMAP or Exchange account type, and any relevant port numbers. Then for Mail it's simply creating a new mail account and providing the above information where requested or needed. For assistance with the use of Mail select Mail Help from Mail's Help menu and search for relevant keywords. Same with iCal. In iCal Preferences click on the Accounts icon to configure an Exchange account.
My guess is that if you ask at computer services at your university they can provide the web page at which you will find configuration instructions for using different email clients.
I am not at all familiar with Windows Live but it appears that it may be a browser based information system meaning you may not be able to access it from Mail or iCal. Again discuss this with the IT people at your university.

Windows Live e-mails

Something happened to my Windows Live e-mails. When they appear on the Windows Live site, the left margin is cut off so that I cannot see all the letters on that side. I can make the print smaller but the left margin stays the same--cut off. Can you tell me how to re-format the e-mail site so that the margins are correct?

bei mir kommt immer die Meldung "Verbindung zu ...(mein WLAN) fehlgeschlagen".
Nachdem alle Empfehlungen wie Neustart, WLAN aus und einschalten etc. nicht geholfen haben, habe
ich auf Empfehlung von telefonischem Apple Support mein iPhone 4S auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt und als neues iPhone konfiguriert. Leider ebenfalls ohne Erfolg! Meine sonstigen Geräte (iPhone 3GS, iPad2, ein weiteres iPhone 4S, die alle noch unter IOS5 laufen, funktionieren einwandfrei!)
Wer weiß, wie man wieder auf das gute alte IOS5 zurückkommt, zumindest bis Apple das Problem gelöst hat?
