Ichat disconnects and reconnects airport when I open the application
iChat is disconnecting EVERY time I start up the application. It will then automatically reconnect. Every once-in-a-while it will do this during a chat or videochat. This problem only happens when I am on my wireless network at my house.
I believe my firmware on my Linksys wireless router is up-to-date. But I am on a university campus so I cannot connect to the Linksys ip-address page to confirm as they insist I must.
I have been searching through these forums and have tried changing a number of settings with no success. I also cannot find a thread with this exact problem. Please help, thank you!

Can you confirm you have your own router in your room as well as the connection that makes to the Uni's network ?
Which Linksys is it ?
I take it you are trying to access the IP shown in System Preferences > Advanced Button > TCP/IP tab at the "Router IP" spot ?

If you ave created the form and then filling it yourself and saving the form, the filled data should be there when you reopen the same form.

Uninstall Keynote; this must be done with an application remover tool to delete the installation properly. Appcleaner is known to work correctly for this purpose, it is free and can be downloaded from here: Appcleaner Download

I have not accessed my iBook library for a month. When I opened the application awhile ago I found that all my books except for 2 books have disappeared. What happened and how can I retrieve my books.
CharlesOne possible reason is have you synced to your computer's iTunes recently ? If so then it might have replaced the books that were on your iPad with those that are on your computer's iTunes library.
You should be able to re-download them via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app, or via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes and then sync them back to the iPad : re-downloading. If you re-download them directly on your iPad then you may want to copy them to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases, so that you have a backup copy of them and to see if it stops them disappearing from the iPad again when you sync (assuming that was the reason why they disappeard). -

I just upgraded to OS X Lion and now I can't open the application Adobe ImageReady CS because PowerPC applications are no longer supported. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
There is no fix. It simply means that the software is outdated. Adobe would need to release a newer non-PPC version that supports Lion. They may have done that already, I don't know.

My wireless keyboard disconnects and reconnects within seconds but all text that was typed during the time offline is missing. i have to go back and retype missing parts. What can I do to troubleshoot this. The computer is only about six month old. This problem is new in the last couple weeks. Thanks for suggestions.
Beat me to it, Donald. But there is a possible alternative. If the batteries have been replaced since new, were they replaced with the same batteries or another make. There are examples around which do not fit perfectly and leave a certain amount of movement inside the battery housing. That could lead to instability such as the OP describes.

I am using PS Elements 13 with Apple Yosemite. When I open the Organizer, import and select folder, it locks up.
I Did what you said. But when I click on Folders and try to open a sub folder it still locks up. All of the media I have opened is not divided into folder. Is there any way to remove all of them and start over? I have been using Bridge with PSE13 and it work great. With Organizer I get missing files. My organizer PSE12 works ok on my laptop.

Im trying to watch a show but because of this message its not allowing me to do so. Again the error message im receiving is " Your device's clock appears to be incorrect as a result you ,ay experince problems using this application" how do i resolve this issue?
If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then best is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

Just updated to OS X 10.8.5 - and got "You can't open the application Adobe Photoshop CC..."
The full message is "You can't open the application Adobe Photoshop CC because it's not supported on this type of Mac." - why ?
I notice people had the issue back in June, but this after the new point update for Photoshop CC - the update was OK but I can't access the program and it's regularly used.It's OK now - but seems that it was tied in with the .5 OS X update for any future reference !!!!

IyusJust for what it is worth - I am currently getting the same error "iTunes was unable to verify your device" when trying to restore my first-generation iPad. I restored it several times, even trying DFU mode - and each time, ultimately, I get the same message as the original poster in this thread. I have had this iPad since it was originally released, and have never run anything on it but standard iOS, I would not know how to begin jailbreaking or hacking an iPad anyway. It was working just fine yesterday. Then I decided to upgrade and to give this iPad to a friend, so I wanted to wipe it and restore. I wiped it, and now this. Very frustrating.

I did an update to the system and now compressor doesnt pop open when i click on it. The program opens but I cant get a batch window to compress anything. HELP
This is a Compressor "4" forum, but, here goes.
Look in the Preferences, there's an option to turn it on and off.
New Batch is in the File menu, and is Cmd+N.
